Authentic Imprints rocks!! Mayra and designer graphic artist worked hard to create this last minute gift for me. It was a miracle and I thank them from the bottom of my heart for their amazing customer service, kindness and creativity!!! If you need professional and custom printing, and amazing customer service and creativity, you need to look no further... Authentic Imprints will take care of your needs!!! And handle 1 or thousands of items to be printed!! They said simple text only but they went ahead and added embellishments.. car Imprints and a border!! So nice!! Now that is customer service above and beyond!! Thank God they had a machine to do one shirt at a time!! Just got that machine recently she said. The others are set up to do big orders. Even with 4-5 annoying ( I'm sure cuz they were so busy!!) nervous phone calls from me after I left the store changing colors or asking tons of ?s Or just being a nervous Nelly... Mayra helped me through the process and gave the guys leeway to do their creative thing!!! Thank you for being so kind and tolerant of my worries and changes. It turned out awesome and hats off to Authentic Imprints!!! Thanks again so much!! I pray it fits my Dad.. I know he'll love it! Here's the details of my first experience with this business I came in yesterday ... Friday at 10:30 a.m. desperate to order a custom T shirt for my Dad's milestone 85th birthday. Although it was Friday and they were TOTALLY slammed with orders, they agreed to create this shirt for me ...same day ...had to be text only, but had to check if they had the size I needed. Unfortunately I wanted an XXL regular neck style T shirt in a light grey but, but they only had an XL in white and an XXL in slight V comfort neck...Thank God when I held the two next to each other there was minimal difference. it looked about the same size so I went for it. Even though it took awhile for me to decide all that I wanted on the shirt... Mayra was so patient with me and even asked if she could have the liberty to put some embellishments on the shirt? I said my Dad has always been a car guy... his first car was a 1934 Ford.. plus loved the Boss 302 and Pantera in his life.... I left it up to the designers if he/they could incorporate a car into design with so much text? Or they could just add a border or whatever?? Well they were able to add the Boss 302....plus incorporate the hearts I had written down....it turned out just amazing!!! I was so very pleased!!! I got a call and text about 3 to say it was finished!!! Now how about that for service!!! read more

Authentic Imprints was excellent to work with. They were extremely responsive from the start and were flexible with us working on the design concepts. The designer understood our aesthetic from the get-go, offered great suggestions and was quick to get us our edits back so we could make a decision in a timely manner. The install turnaround time was greatly appreciated with our short timeframe. The quality of work speaks for itself. AI did our van wrap for our Morgan Hill based construction company and we know that their work will draw business with the quality of graphics they installed on our vehicle. We'll be back! read more

5 star service all the way! I was in search of a company to print and install decals onto my storefront. From the time that I made my request via yelp to the time that the decals were installed, it was about a week. Jesus helped me out from day one. He was able to quickly respond to my inquiry, provide detailed pricing and set me up with an install appointment. His quality work and speediness are more than deserving of this review. read more

Had a great experience working with Authentic Imprints. Jesus and Drew were extremely helpful with getting this completed for us in a timely manner. They told us a day they would have the first design and they delivered. They told us what day they would be done and again they delivered. Andy put together a great design for us and this van gets a bunch of attention. I plan to bring any vehicle I want to wrap to them. I highly recommend everyone to trust these guys with your designs they will knock it out of the park for you. read more

I did a hundred order of jackets for a company I worked for. Authentic Imprints does a quality job for embroidery and name imprint on jackets. The prices vary, but are little more on the expensive side, especially if your ordering multiple custom embroidery jackets like I did. Depending on which jacket you purchase and how much embroidery/name prints you want on each jacket. The prices get cheaper if your amount of order is larger. I believe its 36 minimum jacket orders and slightly more cheaper if you order 150+ orders and so on. They have huge selection of jackets, sweater shirts, shirts you can choose from, be sure to take a sample or two to get a feel for it or if you want to show the employers the size. The jackets themselves tend to be slimmer and smaller, even for the labeled size, and will shrink after wash, depending on which you purchase The one issue I ran into was that there were multiple errors on the name embroidery imprints on some of my jackets orders. Unforuntately almost 10% of my orders had to be corrected multiple times, ex. letters were missing, names misspelled, or entire words for position titles missing, of which wasted a lot hours of my time trying to figure which ones were wrong. Granted its understandable that we're all prone to human errors when order multiple jackets, especially hundred orders, but really I had to send several jackets back about 3 times as they made the same mistakes on the same jackets in a row before everything was corrected. And of all of jackets they could've messed up on....most of them happened to be my managers/bosses. Fortunately, Jesus and some of staff practiced good customer service, they compensated a little by correcting the error embroidery jackets free of charge, and even delivered/picked up the jacket orders free of charge from my company. It's just that it unnecessarily took so much of my time inspecting every jackets 3 times in a row for their errors and sending them back and forth 3 times, not to mention my own embarrassment to explain to my managers why their custom embroider jackets would take longer. I think it would've been reasonable to receive additional compensation for the time loss. Thus why I brought it down to 3 stars. Overall they do quality work, just need to be on top of name imprint accuracy, double check and not misspell or leave out letters/words. read more

So i came here because Yelp suggested it since its close to where i live and because i was hoping for a better experience but i commute to the city for work and because of that i mentioned to Andrew i needed to handle everything electronically since at work I'm not allowed to use my personal email address for privacy reasons...I asked for specific quotes and he basically refused to give me clear estimates and said "Yelp wasn't the place to communicate about an order." Well if that's the case WHY do you have a Yelp Profile and why do you have a Quote Request button? I expect to receive a quote when i see a button for quotes. I don't know, seems sketchy he wouldn't provide estimates through here, almost as if he's pulling numbers out of thin air... read more

Just moved from the Los Angeles area and looking for a new local printer here in San Jose. I work out across the street from this place and have been looking forward to popping in and getting some quotes on apparel printing, banners and possibly wrapping my sprinter van, as I not only have my own apparel line but I also do creative for local mom and pop shops from LA to SF and I need a more local place for my Bay Area clients. I finally found some time to pop in the other day and to my surprise was not only not greeted for the entire length of my visit (I gave them ample time as I looked through their in house merch on the sales floor) but the front sales person seemed more interested in talking with his buddy that was there the whole time. Now it may have been another long term friendly client but I've been in the business long enough to know when when someone is just standing around BSing and when they are getting work done or talking about a project. This def. wasn't the ladder. I was really bummed to be honest. I would have at least been satisfied with a head nod of a hello to acknowledge I was even in the room. Did'nt even get a thanks for stopping in upon leaving. Sadly won't be getting my business. read more

WOW! Miguel came in to my office, and I had literally two days before ordered shirts for my company from CustomInk. Miguel said that his prices were lower, so I said I would contact him at a later date for more. I got my quote and I was AMAZED! The prices were significantly lower than CustomInk. I was very impressed. When my shirts arrived (LESS THAN 4 DAYS FROM THE DAY I ORDERED!) the shirts were EVEN BETTER than my order from CustomInk. I even used a logo that CustomInk had supplied me (meaning I just gave Authentic Imprints a picture of my design, and it still turned out better!) Needless to say, I will be using them again. We will only be using them from now on. Andrew was outstanding and helped us create a great logo. I opened my own business 3 years ago and we have used 5 different screen printers to date for our branded t shirts, tanks and hoodies. We've only ever used Tri Blend fabrics for our shop. I like the way they wear, feel and fit. Apparently the down side of 50/25/25 blends is that you can only use plastisol for print which gives the logo and print itself a thick crunchy painted on look and cracks over time. I was told by all the past printers we used this was all that was available to print and that's just what you're stuck with. I wouldn't give up. I knew and read online water base was a possibility which would give a more blended natural print on the Tri Blends. I happened to tell a friend who owns a small clothing company about my disappointment with all the other print shops and he told me to go see Andrew at Authentic Imprints, he can help. With my fingers crossed I walked into his shop and he was the first to greet us. Long story short. I'm finally after 3000 shirts getting exactly what I was looking for in a screen printer. Andrew eased my mind and said the water based is totally possible, it just takes more time and effort but I'll get it done exactly how you want it. This is the only place I'm bringing all of my branded product to from now on. They do amazing embroidery on hats too which I'll also bring to Authentic Imprints. Andrew knows his stuff and will spend the time finding out what you need from your own product. From my own business that has 54 5 star yelp reviews this review here is well deserved. Thank you Andrew. read more
