This review is very late, but I came across one of their pens at a friend's house and it reminded me of my pure frustration with Logoboss. I am mainly upset for the fact that I got numbers printed on the back of a track jacket and when I picked it up I noticed creases across the numbers. The lady told me after the guy had printed it he put the jacket in a bag. Now if this is all you do as a company... Shouldn't you know not to put a fresh and warm print wrinkled up in a bag??? My item was a gift if anyone cares, but basically I will never come back here. No apologies or even care for their work. Oh and the pen I used of theirs also sucked. I added the extra star for the fact that the quality was good despite the f up creases. So if they don't mess up... you're good! read more

Afterwards, I asked for a sample of what it would look like so I had to go back again and drop the vest off that I had brought with me the first time. I dropped off that vest almost 4 weeks ago. Requested a mock-up to be sent by email so I could see what it would look like before bringing the other 10 over. Logoboss saved my ass. My supervisor dropped a last minute project in my lap and Logoboss was the only shop who said they could get it done by deadline. And they did. The workmanship was beautiful. The project was for our retiring airport manager, a brass plaque with the airport logo he designed at the top followed by our message of congrats, all fitted to the wooden base of a display item (in this case, a Pilatus PC12 model) Bernadette and her coworkers were well ahead of the curve and went above and beyond to ensure that the project was designed to my needs and finished on time. Getting embroidery done on only 2 pieces of clothing isn't an easy undertaking. I tried getting this done by contacting about 5-6 other custom embroidery/sports shops which all either had large minimum quantity requirements or would take my tiny order but would ship out of shop, taking several weeks to get the job done. Luckily I stumbled upon LogoBoss while driving in the area. They were more than happy to take such a small order and because my shirts were volunteer shirts for VHS, the manager (or owner?) rushed my order for only a nominal additional charge. I went to logo boss after i had ordered an engraved cigar case online. When I received the item, the engraving was so light that I could barely see it. I asked Morgon, the girl at the front desk at Logoboss, if there was anything they could do to fix it. She told me that they would put a finish on the item so the engraving could be more visible. They did, it looked much better, AND they didn't charge me! Great customer service! I'll be going there in the future for engravings. read more
