The bad: I just had the most horrible unprofessional interaction with their manager regarding a delivery order. I placed a same day delivery order for helium filled balloons. When the delivery guy arrived the balloons were in a plastic bag and not inflated. After calling the store the manager claimed when the delivery guy arrived they didn't see in their system that they needed helium so they handed him the balloons. They said I'd need to take it up w Door Dash. I pushed them on this bc it wasn't clear at all on the Michael's site that I was booking a Door Dash order--I was placing a Michael's balloon order and they were responsible for ensuring the order was correct, not some random delivery guy. Anyways, never again will I get delivery. Now I need to go to the store before they close to get inflated balloons and also deal with Door Dash who may or may not reimburse the issue with the order. What a mess and joke of an operation.

It's like the difference between Home Depot and your local hardware store, I now do all of my printing jobs there. The owner, Frank and his son are two of the freindliest chaps that I have ever met. It is not uncommon for them to offer to deliver a finished job to my office, without me requesting them to do this. Service has always been professional and quality is always top notch. Their prices are competitive with the big box stores but they go the extra mile to help you, something that you will never recieve from big box copy stores. My dear old dad would always say , there's no business like a family business , and with Green Graphics this is very true. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing xerox copies,readers or any large scale print jobs.

I wanted my son's graduation stole customized with his name, degrees, and honors on it. I visited T-Shirt Source for a quote and hired them after a consultation. They went above and beyond in helping me design and embroider the lettering.
