Courtney did a bang up job. I was working with a fulfillment center in South Carolina before coming to Courtney - they were sending my customers alternative tees of lesser quality and/or the wrong color, sending blank tees, and their turnaround time was long. Courtney not only suggested little tweaks with design placement and color, he got my blank apparel quickly and his printing turnaround time is fast. When I choose business partners, I choose professionals who I can rely on to get the job done. Lucky Mule is definitely that. Moreover, Courtney's years of experience in the industry make him an asset to anyone in the apparel business. read more

I feel so fortunate to have found Courtney at Lucky Mule... best thing yelp ever did for me, for sure. So it's my turn to add to the raving reviews that convinced me to reach out to him. Courtney is easy to talk to, easy to schedule with, easy to work with all around... but more than easy - he's super efficient and pleasant to talk to, as well as fantastic at what he does. He's also willing to try new things - particularly environmental impact improvements. I brought him a bucket of recently invented algae-ink with the literature and he was game to give it a go. He figured out to work with the unusual medium and what would make it work best - a quick study wielding humble expertise. He's made a huge difference in my outlook as a new business person. I appreciate the accessible pricing and community feeling, and I'm more positive than ever on what can be done. read more

I found Lucky Mule on Yelp and called based on the good reviews. I was looking to have a T-shirt made for my friend's band, and because the project was so small, I didn't know if anyone would be willing to do it for me. I called and spoke with Courtney, the owner. He was really friendly, told me to come by and was happy to make the shirt for me. He helped me to design the shirt based on a CD cover that I'd brought in. When the first shirt that he made wasn't 100% perfect (one of the corners wasn't sticking properly), he made me another one free of charge, and it looks great! If I ever have another T-shirt printing project, I'll definitely bring it to Courtney, and I would happily recommend him to others. read more
