Have placed 2 orders with these guys. I'm pretty familiar with printing / customization and when I had to order race jerseys, I contacted 10+ different businesses on yelp. Most of them quoted high prices, high number of shirts or an unwillingness to print on shirts that I supply. These guys were easy to work with, didn't try to over complicate things and were very reasonably priced. My 2nd order with them had some issues - it took longer to get everything done (although that was also partially on me b/c I wasn't in a rush and didn't light that fire under their butts). One printing of the shirts didn't come out very well - the ink had migration and was washed out and blotchy. I took photos and they addressed the problem immediately with a replacement order for me. Never has working with a silk screen company been so easy and pleasant with such fast turnaround time. I was under a very tight deadline and Ray K. and the entire team were professionals. They knocked it out of the park. They went above and beyond and didn't mind my slew of questions nor constant updates/changes. They are one of the few silk screen places that open at 9am. Most open at 11am so as I was going down the list to call, they were the first ones to answer and they got my business. I didn't need 20 shirts, I really just needed the one for my friend and I wasn't sure who could help me with this. I called and even visited several places around town, all to no avail... BUYER BEWARE! Minus 5 stars! Doesn't take care of the customer. Makes errors in which not willing to fix. Blames you for the mistake when clearly it's theirs. He said the Pantone color was not communicated therefore they matched it with whatever color blue he saw fit even though we sent him the exact image. In addition the image was morphed and said it was our eyes. Lol. Ok. Very rude and unprofessional. Will not return! Do not go to him for professional attire. I went with Mike and Silk Screen Savages based on all the positive yelp reviews. Unfortunately, my experience wasn't like the others. 1. Sometimes Mike was so fast to respond and other times, he's just be out of town and not respond for stretches of time. No OoO notification. 2. The back and forths were painful. For example, it took him 3 times to get the invoice correct. 3. The mock up wasn't an image of a real sample with the shirt print. It was just a digital image, in which, I gave him in one of my first emails to him! 4. We asked for a specific shirt brand and instead of checking with us, they just used a different brand. 5. He said the shirts would be ready by x time and they weren't ready until the next morning, even after I told him we'd be there. Simple courtesy to tell us that there was a delay would have been nice. We arrived and had to return later. 6. Out of 75, 10 shirts were off center and another 10 shirts had ink goup on them. 7. One shirt was missing and after another bunch of back and forths, couldn't believe this was still going on and declined the missing shirt replacement. I gave them an extra star because they were definitely the best in term of cost. But, maybe the lesson here is, you get what you pay for... read more

I was looking for someone to make custom "suit of cards" T-shirts for my daughter's soccer team, and not only did their graphic artists do a fantastic job, but also the turnaround time was quicker than I expected. Since I needed 13 different designs on the front of the shirts (as well as 13 different jersey #s on back), they used a "vinyl" process rather than silk screen. Personally, I couldn't tell the difference. The following week, I placed another small offer (6 t-shirts) for an event, and again, was VERY impressed with the quality of work and turnaround time.
