If I could give 0 stars, I would. I brought my graduation stole to T-Shirt Source in Daly City for embroidery and even paid extra to expedite the order from the normal 7 days to 3-5 days because my graduation was coming up. The day before I was supposed to pick it up, they called me and told me they had "lost" my stole. Instead of taking accountability, they told me to go buy another stole myself and that they would embroider the replacement "on the spot." I ended up taking time off work trying to deal with this mess, and to make things worse, I could barely even get ahold of the store while trying to figure out what was going on. When I asked if they could at least reimburse me for losing my stole, they told me they couldn't because they were "no longer making a profit" off my order. There was little to no apology, no urgency, and absolutely no professionalism. Then after all the back and forth, they suddenly "found" my stole and told me to come pick it up at 5:30. It became pretty obvious that they never actually lost it -- they just lied about it to buy themselves more time. This was one of the most stressful customer service experiences I've had, especially considering this was for a major life event. Really shitty service. I would not recommend trusting them with anything important or time-sensitive. read more

Overall, I got what I wanted however, there was an error in the spelling of administration. During the process, I went ahead and had to double check the front desk person on the spelling twice and made sure it was correct on pick up day. However I noticed that there was an error with the spelling that day. I contacted the store letting them know that there was an error in the spelling, they first told me that they'll call me back on Monday unfortunately I did not receive a call back so I have to call them in which they told me to double check my spelling which I did. I went ahead and sent them an email to which they said that they would make me a new one and cover the cost of the sash unfortunately, I didn't have time to drive three hours there and back because I had a tight schedule and a photo shoot as well so I just kept it as is. Keep in mind to make sure that your spelling is completely correct before going ahead with the order but overall they were pleasant in store, but I just wish the spelling was correct and I had a refund. read more

I provided them with my draft design and they provided me with what the apparel would look like. It was very helpful to see what my idea would actually look like. They totally saved the Day! I couldn't get a funny 21st birthday shirt in time for my nephew's 21st birthday. Yes, that even includes Amazon! I went calling around and the store personnel was either too mean, wouldn't do just one shirt or couldn't do it in time. For an expedited turn around all the places charged about the same ($40ish). By my 3rd call for quotes, I wasn't in sticker shock anymore. I only got positive vibes from this store from the beginning, and I'm very happy I took my business to them. The brothers (who sound the same on the phone) were very considerate and really tried to help. I had less than 2 days to get the shirt for the party. Just to make sure I got the size right, I went to the store (Thursday afternoon) and they helped me choose a size. They suggested I get a file from Etsy. That day I bought a 21st bday file from Etsy. On Friday, I was wondering why I didn't get an email from them. Looking through my emails, I realized that I sent the file to an incorrect address! Then, I realized that the Etsy print read "IVE" instead of "I've"! I frantically sent them a screen shot and called them to tell them what happened. Since we were running out of time, I just asked them to choose a better type font and color to go on the black shirt. They did a really good job! The font and sizing was great and they chose a great color! Whew! After all that, everyone loved the shirt and it was a very good quality shirt! They have a huge selection at the store! It's a very clean and neat shop. I particularly love that they have nice selections for women. V- neck and tank tops. These brothers are so helpful and thankful. I haven't seen customer service this good in a while. I definitely recommend.
