Thank you TShirt Source! It was a pleasure to meet you and do business with you. I had a late bday request to get name and number on back of Mexican soccer jersey for my brother and they finished my rush order early and in time for upcoming World Cup game! I would absoltoely recommend you! read more

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I brought my graduation stole to T-Shirt Source in Daly City for embroidery and even paid extra to expedite the order from the normal 7 days to 3-5 days because my graduation was coming up. The day before I was supposed to pick it up, they called me and told me they had "lost" my stole. Instead of taking accountability, they told me to go buy another stole myself and that they would embroider the replacement "on the spot." I ended up taking time off work trying to deal with this mess, and to make things worse, I could barely even get ahold of the store while trying to figure out what was going on. When I asked if they could at least reimburse me for losing my stole, they told me they couldn't because they were "no longer making a profit" off my order. There was little to no apology, no urgency, and absolutely no professionalism. Then after all the back and forth, they suddenly "found" my stole and told me to come pick it up at 5:30. It became pretty obvious that they never actually lost it -- they just lied about it to buy themselves more time. This was one of the most stressful customer service experiences I've had, especially considering this was for a major life event. Really shitty service. I would not recommend trusting them with anything important or time-sensitive. read more

Overall, I got what I wanted however, there was an error in the spelling of administration. During the process, I went ahead and had to double check the front desk person on the spelling twice and made sure it was correct on pick up day. However I noticed that there was an error with the spelling that day. I contacted the store letting them know that there was an error in the spelling, they first told me that they'll call me back on Monday unfortunately I did not receive a call back so I have to call them in which they told me to double check my spelling which I did. I went ahead and sent them an email to which they said that they would make me a new one and cover the cost of the sash unfortunately, I didn't have time to drive three hours there and back because I had a tight schedule and a photo shoot as well so I just kept it as is. Keep in mind to make sure that your spelling is completely correct before going ahead with the order but overall they were pleasant in store, but I just wish the spelling was correct and I had a refund. read more

Poor quality, incomplete order, slow responses, and no accountability. Do not recommend.

2nd time I have used this place-they are outstanding! Very courteous and patient helping with my order. They have a good variety of shirts and sizes so you can see what size works best(so much better than trying to size something online). They said shirt would be ready in one week- and it was and it came out beautifully. I thought pricing was fair as well. I would not hesitate sending anyone there. read more

Huge shoutout to Sameer for the above and beyond customer service. He was so patient and put our vision to life and couldn't thank him more. They followed up and replied quickly whenever I had a question. The piece turned out flawless and couldn't have asked for more. The customer service is amazing!!! Sam took great care of my order. I had some Chef coats embroidered and one of the coats had the wrong name. I needed it for an event first thing in the morning. Not only did they fix it right away but he drove it out to my Buisness location. Unfortunately I wasn't there but Sam called me, and he drove it to my house. I'm a life long customer and I'm so pleased how well everything went. read more

Good quality at a fair price with excellent customer service and fast turnaround. Highly recommend!

I was in need of custom embroidery work with a turn around time of less than 24 hours! EEK Sameer answered all my questions & was upfront about the placement I chose potentially affecting the design for an outside garment I'd brought. I appreciated that and went with his advice. Couldn't be happier with the turnout! Something I came rushing in to "just personalize" as a parting gift for my client turned into a moment shared we both will always hold dear. My heartfelt gratitude to T-Shirt Source for granting me that. Their care and integrity is woven not only in their work but also in the memories that will last for their customers. Will definitely be back! read more

Best customer service! I've ordered from here twice now and both were pretty last minute, but it was no problem for them. They fulfilled my order quickly and the quality was still great! I believe the person that helped me both times was Freddy and he's very kind and helpful! I highly recommend T-Shirt Source Daly City for all of your custom apparel needs. read more

Sameer and his team were awesome to work with! I ordered five custom hoodie prints and received email draft previews so I could make adjustments. He gave honest feedback on what would look best on the hoodie, which I really appreciated. The whole process was smooth, and I got an email within a week when the hoodies were ready. I had a great experience at T-Shirt Source. I had a quick 2-day turn around for 3 hats and worked directly onsite with Sameer. He was extremely nice, accommodating and detailed with my specific requests about logo size, thread color and embroidery positioning on the hat. My only heads up is that if you inquire online, the quote request is sent off-site to someone that is generating pricing. So the request does not go directly to the team that is working in the store. For my quick turnaround it was more effective to go in-person to discuss the details with Sameer vs. having to wait and go back and forth via email. My quote was definitely premium priced but I was asking for a very quick turnaround, so that was fair. The embroidery stitching was tight and the hats looked great! And in the end they gave me an extra hat for no additional charge. They also completed my order before the guaranteed time. read more

I had my husband's company logo printed on two shirts, and they came out AMAZING! Sam was incredibly helpful and kind. He even did the order same day and allowed me to pick it up about 15 minutes after closing--now that is customer service. I was also able to bring in my own shirts; they just printed them with no issues. I will definitely be back! read more

It was really easy to place an order online. Their pricing is good, and my item came out better than expected. They also had an incredibly fast turnaround time and very friendly service. Highly recommended! read more

Honestly this place great! I found them on Instagram and messaged them about pricing and they got back to me quick. When I went into the store they were VERY patient, helpful, and polite! When it came to educating me about the different fonts, threads, placement, and which was popular and commonly used from other students at my school. I went in on Monday to drop it off and it was ready pretty quick! I will be recommending this to my friends and friend! read more

Such great service...so easy to work with! Thank you for bringing my idea/ project to print...

Helpful customer service and timely correspondence. I sent an email to them and they replied the same day. I provided them with my draft design and they provided me with what the apparel would look like. It was very helpful to see what my idea would actually look like. I called other places for quotes and they didn't provide me with a draft of what I wanted. I received my order in 4 days (probably would have been sooner if there wasn't the Thanksgiving holiday) Definitely ordering from them again. I wish they would have texted me instead of sending an email when my order was ready, but maybe I should have specified that. read more

They totally saved the Day! I couldn't get a funny 21st birthday shirt in time for my nephew's 21st birthday. Yes, that even includes Amazon! I went calling around and the store personnel was either too mean, wouldn't do just one shirt or couldn't do it in time. For an expedited turn around all the places charged about the same ($40ish). By my 3rd call for quotes, I wasn't in sticker shock anymore. I only got positive vibes from this store from the beginning, and I'm very happy I took my business to them. The brothers (who sound the same on the phone) were very considerate and really tried to help. I had less than 2 days to get the shirt for the party. Just to make sure I got the size right, I went to the store (Thursday afternoon) and they helped me choose a size. They suggested I get a file from Etsy. That day I bought a 21st bday file from Etsy. On Friday, I was wondering why I didn't get an email from them. Looking through my emails, I realized that I sent the file to an incorrect address! Then, I realized that the Etsy print read "IVE" instead of "I've"! I frantically sent them a screen shot and called them to tell them what happened. Since we were running out of time, I just asked them to choose a better type font and color to go on the black shirt. They did a really good job! The font and sizing was great and they chose a great color! Whew! After all that, everyone loved the shirt and it was a very good quality shirt! They have a huge selection at the store! It's a very clean and neat shop. I particularly love that they have nice selections for women. V- neck and tank tops. These brothers are so helpful and thankful. I haven't seen customer service this good in a while. I definitely recommend. If you go to the store and see the selection of what they can print on I'm sure you'll be pleasantly surprised! read more

I would highly recommend T Shirt source to everyone. Their response time is quick! I mean really quick. I needed sweaters done within 48 hours for my bachelorette. From design request to approval was done via email. They would also give you a call as a reminder since the sooner you respond, the sooner they can start production. There is a one time design fee! Just make sure it's charged for one piece because the design is used for multiple items any way! I made the design on Canva and sent them the design. They go over the design and send you an approval. You can either choose the clothing items they have at the store or bring in your own! I brought in my own Crewneck! read more
