If I could give 0 stars, I would…read more I brought my graduation stole to T-Shirt Source in Daly City for embroidery and even paid extra to expedite the order from the normal 7 days to 3-5 days because my graduation was coming up. The day before I was supposed to pick it up, they called me and told me they had "lost" my stole. Instead of taking accountability, they told me to go buy another stole myself and that they would embroider the replacement "on the spot." I ended up taking time off work trying to deal with this mess, and to make things worse, I could barely even get ahold of the store while trying to figure out what was going on. When I asked if they could at least reimburse me for losing my stole, they told me they couldn't because they were "no longer making a profit" off my order. There was little to no apology, no urgency, and absolutely no professionalism. Then after all the back and forth, they suddenly "found" my stole and told me to come pick it up at 5:30. It became pretty obvious that they never actually lost it -- they just lied about it to buy themselves more time. This was one of the most stressful customer service experiences I've had, especially considering this was for a major life event. Really shitty service. I would not recommend trusting them with anything important or time-sensitive.

Ahmad assisted me with customizing options and dissuaded me from making some bad fashion designs with design. He was able to match the font exactly to what was preprinted, removed the background from the image I sent, updated a color choice last minute and advised on adding graphics to the sleeve. So clean! Overall, everything was done same day and I was blown away with the level of quality and professional. Ahmad is super patient, extremely friendly and helps you understand options. Honestly, for everything I asked, Ahmad was able to provide. My pieces are items you'd walk into a boutique and cop off the rack. These were done by Ahmad's hand and guaranteed to be one of a kind. If I was not the one who made the purchase, I'd believe these were purchased off the rack! I'm gushing because they are that fabulously amazing! I will definitely be returning for myself to make custom pieces, I love unique and Ahmad has made that possible for me. These pieces are for my 5 yo's spirit week. We submitted our simple, one color design and it turned out so great! For 20 Gildan XL adult tees with 1 color screen print, we paid about $170 (~$9 per shirt). Even better, they also shipped it to me for free which made a huge difference especially in the midst of the final month leading up to the wedding. A couple of quick updates: they're now in Oakland in a production only facility. We paid with Zelle to avoid credit card fees (3.3%) and the whole process was really seamless.
