The shirt came out so well and great as a gift perfect for kids and adults like birthdays and anniversary graduation stuff like that.

Sloppy work done last minute. Came in on a Thursday with a design. Worked with the salesperson who said it would take a 2 days because it required some fonts to be layered over a picture. Came back Tuesday, the following week, to find it was not yet done. Was told to return in 30 minutes only to learn it was still not done. Waited around and watched while it printed. What I ended up with was a pixelated picture and poor cropping of the design. UPDATE on 10/20/2018 After my original review, I was contacted by the owner, Shoka. He was quick to remedy the situation. He offered a full refund or a replacement of the project that would be to my liking. I chose the latter. What I got was a finished product that was a 100% improvement over the previous order. I should have read the reviews to this place before I went in. I rarely leave reviews but I'm doing it so that no one else experiences the same thing. Took in a t-shirt idea and asked for a quote. T-shirt idea had 1 photo and the rest was script writing. Usually when you get a quote, it's supposed to be for the entire coat. The gentleman I spoke to told me $35. When I came back to pick up the shirt, the $35 I was quoted turned into $75!!!! Apparently, the script writing was not included and was extra. So then why is $35 the only price I was told? Wouldn't it have been more honest to say the total price for the shirt to be done is "X" amount of dollars. If this is a common business practice, then that's a terrible way to do it. I would blame a language barrier but I speak Spanish too, so there was no misunderstanding on my part. Be upfront and give your customers the total cost on a quote, otherwise, you should honor the price based on the misunderstanding and lack of being detailed enough on your charges. It diminishes the quality of your work instantly! This place just lost a potential customer for good based on the lack of giving a proper quote. I invite whoever the owner is to coach Gustavo how to properly quote customers that come into your shop. If a design is shown don't be dishonest and say $35, quote me upfront for the whole thing so that it's clear that it costs more. read more

Not only do I find them to be overpriced, the only thing I took from their customer service was that they're so money hungry. I called in the AM inquiring very clearly about a last min order for a 4 shirts w printing needed. We agreed it could be done and continued the ordering process via email. As I called into pay, every time I tried to get confirmation that I'd get my order later that day or early the next day- he would disregard my question and ask to go ahead with my card number. The FOURTH or FIFTH time I slowly and sternly brought up fulfillment time and needing it the time I did, he finally chuckled and insisted that it wouldn't be possible. He stated that was the agreement earlier when I called but now that it's getting late it would take longer. So annoying that he would attempt to take payment before confirming any changes on my order... This place is a god send. If you need any image/design printed on a shirt with a quick turn around time (1-4 hours depending on Shoka's workload) this is the place! I had 4 shirts which needed to have a design printed up in less than 24 hours. Shoka offered to have them done the same day, but I was in a bit of a rush and didn't have time to wander around the mall. You can bring your own shirt or buy one of the shirts there, either way, the images will turn out great. It won't be exactly like designer quality, especially depending on the design, but close enough for what will likely be a one-time special occasion for your shirt. Like most shirts that matter to you, make sure to flip it inside out and set the machine to delicate. If you decide to just go for it then oh well sucks for you if the design gets ruined. This is an overdue review of two custom jackets I had made my boyfriend for Christmas.. I couldn't post it at the time I got it because we're friends on Yelp and he would've seen it and the gift would have been spoiled! I create branded promotional giveaways for my current company and I got the idea of customizing jackets for my BF's gifts. He had been wanting Saint Pablo Tour Merch but one, it's too expensive and two, Yeezy is so Hypebeasty, if I were to get him something like that, I wanted it to be different.. So why not personalize it? I had initially just wanted to go to the printing shop my company goes to but it was too far and I wanted something fast. I thought of this place at the mall with pre-designs and thought I'd look them up on Yelp.. They had amazing reviews and it got me super excited to try them out. I was met with the infamous Shoka who is well-praised here on Yelp and I can see why.. He knows what he's doing and has battle scars to prove it.. I told him what I wanted and he knew exactly what to do.. He had the right fonts, knew the best placements that would look good and worked his magic on my cheap Target jacket I bought on clearance.. I wanted writing on the sleeve and he asked me how I wanted it place it, totally didn't think about what words belonged on which arms but he figured it out for me and it turned out PERFECT! Seriously turned my $15 jacket into something priceless. I was SOOO happy with how the first jacket came out that I came back to make a second one.. Different design but again, I explained to him what I wanted and he brought my imagination to life.. Now I just want to make a whole bunch of different designs for him to execute for all my close friends and family as gifts. 6-16-19 Update: The store manager reached out to my daughter via email soon after we left and, apparently, before I even had a chance to write the review. He offered to have us come back in to have them redo the t-shirts and offered to pay for the cost of both the original t-shirts and the new ones that I had to rebuy. I didn't feel that they needed to pay for all four, so I just asked that they pay for the new shirts. The mistake was corrected within 20 minutes. While I do wish that this hadn't been an issue in the first place, I do appreciate the way things were handled and would consider doing business there again. 6-13-19 I am so disappointed. I have done business here several times over the years and have been extremely satisfied...until now. My teenage daughter wanted to get her dad specially made t-shirts for Father's Day, one for him and one for our dog. (I know, silly!) The gentleman helping us seemed to be a little distracted, but given that he's helped us before, I didn't give it much thought. My daughter told him which print was to go on which shirt. The man clarified and told us to come back in 90 minutes. When we returned, the prints were switched. There was no apology, no ask how he could remedy the situation. All he said was "she told me it was this way". I would certainly believe that my daughter may have mixed things up, except that I was right there when she let him know where things belonged AND I was there when he repeated it back to us. I went to their mall location at Serramonte. The previous person I spoke to had not instructed me to bring a digital image so I had brought it in paper. The person I worked with this time was able to take the linked Dropbox Microsoft Publisher file I emailed from my phone while standing in the store, remove the extra image I didn't want, size it for the front of a shirt as I watched and then print it beautifully on 3 shirts I provided in 35 minutes!
