Four months later, the permit process has still not been properly submitted and the project has not moved forward. During this time, the company was sold to new ownership and we were not notified of the transition. Their office location closed and their main phone number was disconnected, which initially led us to believe the company had shut down after collecting our deposit. After considerable effort, I was able to track down a number for one of their project managers (Doug), who was helpful and put me in touch with the new owner. The new owner was apologetic for the delay and assured us the permits would be submitted last week. Since then, I have followed up three separate times and have not received confirmation that the permits have been submitted or any clear update on next steps. For any business, exterior signage is critical for visibility. A four-month delay after a $7,000 deposit, combined with nonexistent communication, has been extremely frustrating. I genuinely hope to update this review with a positive follow-up stating that the project was completed and commitments were honored. I would gladly revise this review if the situation is resolved promptly. At this time, however, we are still waiting for meaningful progress.

I had my C8 Corvette Z06 wrapped in a full stealth PPF, and this was not an easy job. The team went above and beyond by custom wrapping corners wherever possible instead of taking shortcuts, and they even applied clear PPF to the exposed carbon fiber pieces that are often left with pre-cut gaps at other shops. The attention to detail was outstanding. A couple of weeks after the install, I brought the car back for the post-install inspection. They carefully went over the entire vehicle, addressed a few minor bubbles and edges that needed attention, and made sure everything was perfect before I left. That level of after-sale support gave me a lot of confidence in their work. The package also included a 9-year ceramic coating, and after getting quotes from several well-known shops around the Bay Area, AutoXpert came in with the most competitive pricing while still using high-quality film and offering a strong warranty. There were no surprises or hidden costs. What stood out the most, though, was their transparency. Mohsin took the time to explain the installation process, the film options, pricing, and what to realistically expect from a full stealth conversion. I never felt like I was being sold to--they genuinely wanted me to make the right decision. Tahir, the owner, spent 5-7 years mastering the craft before opening his own shop, and it shows. Unlike many larger shops where the owner is rarely involved and work is handed off entirely to employees, Tahir is there every day, working alongside his team and personally making sure the quality meets his standards. That level of ownership is becoming harder to find. I brought my 2011 Camaro to…read morehave old tint removed and new tint installed thinking this would be a seamless experience, but absolutely nothing went as expected. When I went to have the windows tinted, they mentioned they could also do reflectors and back lights for $150 which I definitely had thought about and gave the okay to do. Later that day when I came to pick it up, the back lights weren't tinted, only the reflectors were... i brought this up and they said the back lights would be even more money. This seemed rather expensive, but I figured I'm already here so I guess I'll just get it done. I also had to go back to have the tint fixed on the driver side window due to a major gap at the top. The spacing didn't match the gap on the passenger window, which was slightly less of a gap. When I went to discuss this with their team, I was consistently talked out of having it fixed with the excuse that "the tint films are pre-cut and a gap is normal". While a gap is normal, it shouldn't be as large as it was. This was 100% an install issue. I ended up needing to bring my dad with me to talk to these guys. It didn't seem like they wanted to remedy the situation, and I didn't feel like I was taken seriously. I have a hard time speaking up for myself, and I felt that was taken advantage of. Finally they agreed to fix it after quite a bit of discussion with my dad. A few days later, I noticed a rattle in my rear speaker that I went to check out, and that's when I saw a bunch of tiny flakes from my old tint all over the place. On the floor, behind the back seat, on the back seats... just a mess. I took out a flashlight to clean this up myself, and noticed that there were water marks dripping all down the sides of both the inside and outside of my car below the windows from the install. I would expect both the old tint and all watermarks to be properly cleaned up, and this wasn't the case. I paid $100 for the old tint to be removed, $300 for new ceramic tint installed, $150 for 4 reflectors to be tinted, and another $100 for rear lights to be tinted. For $650, you'd think you'd get more professional and overall better service. This is not the place for that. I'm really disappointed with my experience. I will not be back and do not recommend this business.
