If I could give 0 stars, I would…read more I brought my graduation stole to T-Shirt Source in Daly City for embroidery and even paid extra to expedite the order from the normal 7 days to 3-5 days because my graduation was coming up. The day before I was supposed to pick it up, they called me and told me they had "lost" my stole. Instead of taking accountability, they told me to go buy another stole myself and that they would embroider the replacement "on the spot." I ended up taking time off work trying to deal with this mess, and to make things worse, I could barely even get ahold of the store while trying to figure out what was going on. When I asked if they could at least reimburse me for losing my stole, they told me they couldn't because they were "no longer making a profit" off my order. There was little to no apology, no urgency, and absolutely no professionalism. Then after all the back and forth, they suddenly "found" my stole and told me to come pick it up at 5:30. It became pretty obvious that they never actually lost it -- they just lied about it to buy themselves more time. This was one of the most stressful customer service experiences I've had, especially considering this was for a major life event. Really shitty service. I would not recommend trusting them with anything important or time-sensitive.

I called on a Tuesday asking if two medals I already had could be engraved and ready for a middle school graduation on Thursday. I was told yes and to come by. While Yelp says they close at five, the gentleman on the phone said he would be there until 10 pm (!!). Great! I arrived same day at 3:30 pm. I wrote down what I wanted and asked again if the medals would be ready considering the short notice /turn around time. He (don't know his name) said yes. He told me they would be ready within 24 hours, but to wait for his call. Wednesday came and went. No call. I called him. No response and the call went straight to voicemail. I called again. Same thing. Well, it's Thursday and the graduation is tonight. I called and no response. I called again. No response. I decided to drive over from Redwood City. I got there at 11 or so and the door was closed. The sign said open and I was there during business hours, but nothing. I just called at 1:35 and someone picked up! Yay! I asked if the medals are ready. He said let me check. Gets back on the phone and says they will be ready after 3:30. I explained that I didn't have time to do all of that, so were the awards finished or not. He admitted he hadn't started. I said, you know what? How about this? Don't start them. I will come by to pick them up from you tomorrow. Don't worry about it. And his response: PERFECT. ?! Odd and annoying all the way around.
