The best shirt printing place you'll find on the Peninsula hands down. Budget, service, quality, and turnaround time were awesome. I emailed at least 10 other places asking for quotes for 15 women's t-shirts and Bay Ink Screen had the best price and was the most professional. They sent over a professional quote within a couple of hours of me asking. I just sent them a pic of what I wanted printed (found on Pinterest/Google Image Search) and they were able to create a mock (free of charge and the result looked exactly like what I was looking for and I didn't have to ask for any changes). Bay Ink Screen was also the only place that offered to do a gold "foil" print for the same price as regular silkscreen print colors. Phri, the manager, was so helpful and accommodating. I am 50/50 about this place. They are fast and the quality of the job was done well- but it didn't follow the specifications I asked for and I'm not sure if it's bc the guy who I ordered from wasn't listening or just forgot. Came in to get a jacket embroidered for a friend. When I came in, the guy wasn't wearing a mask initially and was busy doing something on the computer. I waited a few minutes and kept my distance, finally when he was done and I started asking questions I still felt like he was distracted maybe from whatever he had just finished or paused on the computer. Anyway I explained to him what I wanted and he said he could do it. I wanted the embroidery to be done at the bottom of the sleeve which at the time he said he could do. He had me write down all the information on a piece of paper which I did trying to be as specific as possible. He told me it would be done within 3-4 days and to wait for their call. About 5 days went by and I didn't receive a call so I decided to follow up because I was on a bit of a time crunch (had to mail the item). When I called they said it was ready for pick up. When I got to the store, they were locked even tho they said they would be open. I noticed a sign on the door saying if the door is locked to knock on the garage like door on the right side of the front door. When I knocked on the garage, nobody answered. I knocked multiple times and was there for about 10 minutes before I looked in and noticed there was someone sitting at the computer front desk. I wasn't sure if he had headphones on so I tried knocking again on the front door. Finally someone from somewhere else opened the door. When I got my item, I was surprised to see that the embroidery I asked for was on the shoulder and not on the bottom of the sleeve like I asked. When I asked they said they couldn't do the bottom of the sleeve bc of the way the jacket was made. I wish they had said that to me when I asked him last week about it or if he realized it to give me a call and ask me if I still wanted it on the shoulder that way I wouldnt be surprised when I picked up the jacket. The quality of the job was nice and overall the jacket came out nice. I just felt like the communication wasn't all that great. If I ever needs other item embroidered I would come back here but I'd make sure that I'd be even more detailed and let them know if they can't do it to ask me before doing it. The jacket is a surprise so I haven't given it to the person it's a gift for yet, but I'm hoping she likes it still. I think it came out nice. read more

We searched high and low and couldn't find the right size and color for a plain sweatshirt, so we decided to just bite the bullet and buy a shirt from them. That actually was the better option, because he gave us a discount for buying the sweatshirt there and getting it printed. My daughter explained to him what she wanted on the shirt and he was very patient and helped look up images on line for her to look at. I came here looking to order some custom shirts. I was greeted by Phri who works the front desk. He is very helpful and let me know any promotions. I ended up purchasing t-shirts and hoodies for my basketball team which included a original design. Phri was able to transfer our design onto our t-shirts, hoodies and uniforms. The quality on all three items was top notch. The turnaround time was sooner than the actual quoted time which is a big bonus in my books. I returned back for a spot order which was needed for a camp. They were able to get me 30+ t-shirts back to me in less than 7 days!! Months later the t-shirts, uniforms and hoodies are all in very good shape. I've used other companies that after a few washings the paint starts to crack on the t-shirts and uniforms. This was a big concern for me but, after buying from Bay Ink those fears were an afterthought. Their screen printing and paint last! That's very important especially when it comes to the uniforms. Great experience here recently. I went into the shop and the guy were so helpful because I ended up with EXACTLY what I wanted. Nice to have a local print shop to go to for your special trip/event gear. I already had an idea of what I wanted for my Disneyland trip shirts. 1. Shirt Type: I picked Hanes Tagless Cotton which comes in sizes (S-6XL) smaller sizes like XS have to be ordered as youth XL etc. If you are not familiar with brands like Hanes, Gildan, etc., I would go in person to check out their sizes. (usually run bigger in my experience) 2. Color: Phri sent me the various colors available for the shirts. Tip: not every color is available if you are ordering different SKU shirts (ie: youth and adult) 3. Design: I picked some images off of Google and gave Phri an idea of what I wanted. He responded very quickly the next day via email with an updated quote and a sample proof of the shirt. It looked awesome! 4. Placing the Order: I called to confirm the details and placed the order without any problems. They are busier in the summer time with all the summer trips/events etc so expect anywhere from 1-2 weeks for your shirts depending on the order size. 5. Final tips: Making a shirt was pretty easy. (this is my first time) I would recommend going in store to get some ideas of their sample shirts/designs. You could also browse the millions of shirt printing websites online to get an idea of shirt type/color/design. I called about a week ago and talked to the manager name Phri (pronounced Fry.) he was very nice over the phone and super patient with all my questions (i had a lot.) i asked if i should come on by so i could take a look rather than talk over the phone and he was very inviting. Methinks not. I have called this place on 5 separate occasions (and on a few of those occasions, yes, I admit I blew up their phone....a little), during business hours, and gotten no answer. Their voicemail recording says "to better serve you, please send us an email...", which I did after my first 2 unsuccessful attempts at calling. A week later, after no response, I tried calling again: Nothing. So I sent a followup email: Nothing. They don't even have call waiting, dude. If you call, then call back a minute later, but their machine isn't done spitting out it's useless message, you get a busy signal. And if they are on the phone with someone, you can't even leave a message. Bay Ink Screen: the 70's called. They wanted their non-call-waiting phone service back, but they couldn't get through to you to ask because you were on the line. I told them I'd send you guys an email.... My only assurance that there are in fact people ever there answering the phone is that I just now made my final round of attempts calling, and their line has been busy for the last 15 minutes. So someone actually got them on the phone---heyoooo! To whoever that is, congratulations! I'm horrendously jealous of you! I'll go ahead and even pay more to work with a place that can answer some GD costing questions without me having to go into the shop. Ridic.
