Phri and his team are amazing! We needed 500 blankets embroidered on a last minute basis for one of our clients and he was able to deliver. His prices are reasonable and the level of service they provide is top notch. Highly recommend! Thanks Phri and team for all of your help with our order. We look forward to working with you again. read more

The best shirt printing place you'll find on the Peninsula hands down. Budget, service, quality, and turnaround time were awesome. I emailed at least 10 other places asking for quotes for 15 women's t-shirts and Bay Ink Screen had the best price and was the most professional. They sent over a professional quote within a couple of hours of me asking. I just sent them a pic of what I wanted printed (found on Pinterest/Google Image Search) and they were able to create a mock (free of charge and the result looked exactly like what I was looking for and I didn't have to ask for any changes). Bay Ink Screen was also the only place that offered to do a gold "foil" print for the same price as regular silkscreen print colors. Phri, the manager, was so helpful and accommodating. I went into the shop to check out the shirts and he was so knowledgeable and was patient while I even tried a couple of things on so I could get the sizing right. This is my go-to silkscreen printing shop for sure. There really isn't any point checking out other shops. read more

Fast turn around on a last minute tshirt order. Great customer service. Great prices and great tshirts. While it's easy to use the online vendors which I have in the past - Bay Ink is both faster and has better service. read more

I've been ordering dri-fit wiki/performance jerseys (e.g., unisex, men, women, sleeveless, T-shirt) since 2011 for three dragon boat teams from Phri. He is responsive and helpful for drafting designs, quoting prices, and completing our orders with two weeks notice and without rush order fees all online. We only step into the store for pick-up, which makes my our lives easier in a digital age. As a repeat customer, I also appreciate his discount as a small token of appreciation too. Unlike orders from other vendors, my team and clients have been satisfied with the look, feel, price, and quality of these jerseys. We've tried several companies where we've had to return jerseys and get compensated with replacement orders without refunds for mistakes in the design and/or orders. If you can work with Phri and his staff earlier, then it's likely you won't have to compete with his clients, who may order bulk quantities for various festivals. This year, I'm placing orders for two teams and starting the process early for another banner year of jerseys that make us look and perform amazing at races! read more

Great great quality at competitive pricing. We have been going thru Bay Ink for about 5 years now and they never disappoint. We usually get our uniform polo's and jackets embroiled. Quick turn-around! will always recommend this spot read more

Phri was excellent. I had 14. North face jackets that needed to get embroidered. I've had bad embroidery done before so I was very particular to get this right on expensive jackets. Phri came through. He gave me his input on the font, size, color of the embroidery. He emailed me multiple models until I was satisfied. Embroidery was excellent and well done. My office loves the jackets and get a lot of complements on it. Highly recommend. read more

"FRY" is the guy! Went in there to order some shirts for a fallen colleague & rider. Only had one week's time to get them ready for a memorial service. Fry took care of the rush order (normally 2 weeks). Emailed proofs to confirm before he printed. Shirts came out nice, on time and good quality. Thank you brother! read more

So how do you please your teenage daughter who comes into tickets for a concert suddenly and has "nothing" to wear? You bring her to Bay Ink Screen. Problem solved! What, you want to know how so? Well let me tell you a story... So my daughter got a text (because you know, kids don't call each other anymore) asking if she wanted to go to the One Direction concert in San Jose. Well duh! After she calmed down from her initial excitement that she got the ticket of the century to the latest boy band, she suddenly realized that nothing in her closet was good enough. Of course not, who are we kidding here, those clothes in her closet ought to be burned. But she had a grand idea to get a custom sweatshirt made, since she only had two days to get it done and ordering on-line from anywhere wasn't going to happen. Anyway, we tried some place at the mall, which didn't really win me over. If I'm going to drop some cash on a pricey custom made shirt, the least you can do is give me more than a monosyllable reply. Fast forward a couple of days later and I see the great reviews for Bay Ink Screen on yelp. Well, that peaked my interest so I called to ask some questions about costs and time. They guy was very helpful and told me how much it would cost to print, which I thought was very reasonable especially for same day service. Also told me ahead of time that they only had black hooded sweatshirts in stock, but we could bring our own clothing item in as long as it had a cotton blend. No problem. We searched high and low and couldn't find the right size and color for a plain sweatshirt, so we decided to just bite the bullet and buy a shirt from them. That actually was the better option, because he gave us a discount for buying the sweatshirt there and getting it printed. My daughter explained to him what she wanted on the shirt and he was very patient and helped look up images on line for her to look at. Once he found what she was looking for, my daughter went ahead with the order, and even added an image to the back. Why not? You don't order a custom item every day - might as well go all in. About an hour and a half later, we're picking up a very nicely screened hooded sweatshirt. http://www.yelp.com/biz_photos/QvYvnGlfrfNfn3kuwIyzrQ?select=iOtCSuk_5C5sRkvf-67K3A#tE4UHAPLYoLpGLCWn97pFQ I swear the smile on her face was from ear to ear. As I type this, she's on her way down wearing her one of a kind sweatshirt, sure to be the envy of all the hundreds of other teenage girls ready to scream, cry and sing along with One Direction. If it's not obvious, this place rocks. Professional, courteous and helpful. Thanks Bay Ink Screen! read more

I am 50/50 about this place. They are fast and the quality of the job was done well- but it didn't follow the specifications I asked for and I'm not sure if it's bc the guy who I ordered from wasn't listening or just forgot. Came in to get a jacket embroidered for a friend. When I came in, the guy wasn't wearing a mask initially and was busy doing something on the computer. I waited a few minutes and kept my distance, finally when he was done and I started asking questions I still felt like he was distracted maybe from whatever he had just finished or paused on the computer. Anyway I explained to him what I wanted and he said he could do it. I wanted the embroidery to be done at the bottom of the sleeve which at the time he said he could do. He had me write down all the information on a piece of paper which I did trying to be as specific as possible. He told me it would be done within 3-4 days and to wait for their call. About 5 days went by and I didn't receive a call so I decided to follow up because I was on a bit of a time crunch (had to mail the item). When I called they said it was ready for pick up. When I got to the store, they were locked even tho they said they would be open. I noticed a sign on the door saying if the door is locked to knock on the garage like door on the right side of the front door. When I knocked on the garage, nobody answered. I knocked multiple times and was there for about 10 minutes before I looked in and noticed there was someone sitting at the computer front desk. I wasn't sure if he had headphones on so I tried knocking again on the front door. Finally someone from somewhere else opened the door. When I got my item, I was surprised to see that the embroidery I asked for was on the shoulder and not on the bottom of the sleeve like I asked. When I asked they said they couldn't do the bottom of the sleeve bc of the way the jacket was made. I wish they had said that to me when I asked him last week about it or if he realized it to give me a call and ask me if I still wanted it on the shoulder that way I wouldnt be surprised when I picked up the jacket. The quality of the job was nice and overall the jacket came out nice. I just felt like the communication wasn't all that great. If I ever needs other item embroidered I would come back here but I'd make sure that I'd be even more detailed and let them know if they can't do it to ask me before doing it. The jacket is a surprise so I haven't given it to the person it's a gift for yet, but I'm hoping she likes it still. I think it came out nice. read more

I'm a procrastinator...it's a fact. Bay Ink Screen to the rescue! Baby Jacks shower is this Sunday. I wanted to print a wise guy statement onto a Onesie for the occasion. "NOW you know JACK" or "you DO know JACK" were stuck in my head. I went into Bay Ink Screen yesterday morning and discussed my ideas with Phri. Since I was torn, I opted for both phrases. I was surprised that the job could be done in a day. Really? One day? Yep. One day. My four Onesies were ready for pickup at 3pm. They're better than I imagined! You will be lucky to get to work with Phri. Not only are his prices incredible but he is extremely thoughtful, helpful, and responsive. He helped me embroider 4 patagonias which was too small an order for many other places. Well experienced T Shirt Printing Business! Came in to get some Shirts done for my Church Youth!! Came in with my own Design and Phri executed the design and Colors Perfectly!! He definitely has Competitive Prices, with whats around the Bay Area. I'd say they are the goto Place for Quality, Professional Screen Printing Work in the WEST BAY hands down!! Turn around was super fast and exactly when He said it would be ready (Around 1Week!) Just a heads up, they are closed most Weekends, so make sure you pick up yo Gear by Friday if you need it for the weekend! read more

Bay ink is amazing these guys are super professional, fast and reliable. I wish I knew about them before I had my shirts done at a different location. At first glance I knew the quality is different from my previous shirts. It's more durable and brighter and more comfortable. I highly recommend bay ink because he took my logo and worked with what I had and made it into something professional. I will definitely buy from you guys again :) read more

They did a great job on the stitching, it was very clean and balanced on the lettering. They got it done pretty quick too. Definitely recommend this place based on quality and professionalism. From what I saw, they do jerseys, work shirts, back packs, and I got a apron stitched. read more

I came here looking to order some custom shirts. I was greeted by Phri who works the front desk. He is very helpful and let me know any promotions. I ended up purchasing t-shirts and hoodies for my basketball team which included a original design. Phri was able to transfer our design onto our t-shirts, hoodies and uniforms. The quality on all three items was top notch. The turnaround time was sooner than the actual quoted time which is a big bonus in my books. I returned back for a spot order which was needed for a camp. They were able to get me 30+ t-shirts back to me in less than 7 days!! Months later the t-shirts, uniforms and hoodies are all in very good shape. I've used other companies that after a few washings the paint starts to crack on the t-shirts and uniforms. This was a big concern for me but, after buying from Bay Ink those fears were an afterthought. Their screen printing and paint last! That's very important especially when it comes to the uniforms. The last thing any coach wants to worry about is the paint cracking after a couple of games. Rest assured that won't be the problem when you go to Bay Ink. Would I use Bay Ink again? I wouldn't even think twice about using them for any future orders!! I've referred to my friends and other coaches all of which have left very satisfied. read more

Great place! I needed to have 30 t-shirts printed for work, with an original design, and Phri was super helpful and accommodating in getting all the various sizes, colors, and specifications right. Great experience here recently. I went into the shop and the guy were so helpful because I ended up with EXACTLY what I wanted. I wanted 3 t shirts made for my bf, business partner n myself for their 1 year anniversary of the business opening. Needless to say I walked in not exactly sure what I wanted because I wasn't exactly sure what they could do (I've never had a T-shirt made before). What it seemed to be the main guy, maybe owner, I trusted him n he hooked it up!!! The boys n I are very happy will return next time I want T-shirt made! What else is cool is that they have a bunch of Bay Area shirts already made like Giants n Niners stuff!! Woot woot!! read more

These guys make the best/quickest/cheapest screen print shirts in the Bay!! I just ordered a batch of tshirts for my family, so when we go to family events we're all wearing shirts that match :) Don't be jealous of our cheesy family style, ok?? They were very reasonably priced and did the work in 1 day! It seems as though you can bring your own shirts etc in and have them do it or you can just use their stock of shirts. Their designer was very friendly and very good at graphic design, he actually had us sit there with him while he created the logo for us! Thanks guys, you are awesome and we'll certainly be back! read more

Bay Ink Screen was recommended by a friend of a friend. Went in to get some shirts made for our gym. Phri was awesome. Helpful and patient, he guilded us through the process from shirt to color selection. When we told him that we needed them in less than a week, he delivered at no extra charge. I picked up the shirts today and they came out awesome. The colors were right on and the quality is great. Looking forward to sporting these shirts with pride this weekend. I'm a repeat customer and plan on being one as many times as I can!!! I teach 3rd grade and at our school we have a program that encourages our students to work hard and focus on a future college education; each classroom adopts a state college and mascot, and wears the colors or a t-shirt each Friday to represent the college. Our college is UGA and our mascot is a bulldog...Bay Ink Screen designs our t-shirt every year! Working with Phri at Bay Ink Screen each year has been a great experience in that he helps with the layout and design and even double checks with me on the spelling of each of my kiddos names and our elementary school. Every t-shirt/year comes out GREAT and my kiddos and their parents LOVE the end result...we wear it all year long every Friday and our class always gets the most compliments! Since the elementary school is out of the area, Bay Ink Screen is able to ship our tee shirts and overall the cost of the shirts, designing, and shipping is a great value. Communication is very easy as well whether it be via email or phone--they always follow up and everyone is super friendly. THANKS Bay Ink Screen!!!! I hope you guys continue to gain MORE business because your services are VERY professional with great prices! read more

Nice to have a local print shop to go to for your special trip/event gear. I already had an idea of what I wanted for my Disneyland trip shirts. 1. Shirt Type: I picked Hanes Tagless Cotton which comes in sizes (S-6XL) smaller sizes like XS have to be ordered as youth XL etc. If you are not familiar with brands like Hanes, Gildan, etc., I would go in person to check out their sizes. (usually run bigger in my experience) 2. Color: Phri sent me the various colors available for the shirts. Tip: not every color is available if you are ordering different SKU shirts (ie: youth and adult) 3. Design: I picked some images off of Google and gave Phri an idea of what I wanted. He responded very quickly the next day via email with an updated quote and a sample proof of the shirt. It looked awesome! 4. Placing the Order: I called to confirm the details and placed the order without any problems. They are busier in the summer time with all the summer trips/events etc so expect anywhere from 1-2 weeks for your shirts depending on the order size. 5. Final tips: Making a shirt was pretty easy. (this is my first time) I would recommend going in store to get some ideas of their sample shirts/designs. You could also browse the millions of shirt printing websites online to get an idea of shirt type/color/design. The possibilities are endless with shirt/clothing printing and it is a great way to enhance your trip/event/group. Best of luck! read more

I called about a week ago and talked to the manager name Phri (pronounced Fry.) he was very nice over the phone and super patient with all my questions (i had a lot.) i asked if i should come on by so i could take a look rather than talk over the phone and he was very inviting. I went there and at first glance the place totally has the feel of a MA AND PA type business, which i love and support! Phri took the time to answer all my questions, show me different shirt patterns, styles and colors that could work with my project. once we ordered i literally emailed a sketch of my logo and they made it look very nice and professional on the shirts. My fiancée and I have a nutrition coaching and fitness/bodybuilding business so we wanted shirts made for an upcoming physique competition. Long story short Phri and Bay Ink totally exceeded my expectations and did it with a short time frame (about a week.) Thank you BAY INK! We will be back for more shirts! My experience with Bay Ink (Phri helped me via email) - I was tasked with helping my little nephew get some t-shirts printed up. RUSH of course - I sent a quote request (included a jpeg of my logo) and heard back from Phri within about the hour. TIMELY - 1 Star. It was thorough, included a proof and informative - 2 Stars. Then I revised the job and still received another timely quote, with better prices and friendly demeanor - 3 Stars! Phri also anticipated the need for speedy delivery (given the logo and upcoming event) and factored that in. There is something to be said about people who actively are involved with their clientele. Anticipating and friendly. Phri is a valuable partner I look forward to continue working with. read more

Methinks not. I have called this place on 5 separate occasions (and on a few of those occasions, yes, I admit I blew up their phone....a little), during business hours, and gotten no answer. Their voicemail recording says "to better serve you, please send us an email...", which I did after my first 2 unsuccessful attempts at calling. A week later, after no response, I tried calling again: Nothing. So I sent a followup email: Nothing. They don't even have call waiting, dude. If you call, then call back a minute later, but their machine isn't done spitting out it's useless message, you get a busy signal. And if they are on the phone with someone, you can't even leave a message. Bay Ink Screen: the 70's called. They wanted their non-call-waiting phone service back, but they couldn't get through to you to ask because you were on the line. I told them I'd send you guys an email.... My only assurance that there are in fact people ever there answering the phone is that I just now made my final round of attempts calling, and their line has been busy for the last 15 minutes. So someone actually got them on the phone---heyoooo! To whoever that is, congratulations! I'm horrendously jealous of you! I'll go ahead and even pay more to work with a place that can answer some GD costing questions without me having to go into the shop. Ridic. Thumbs down for an utter lack of customer service. read more

I asked for a print and he told me that's gonna be to difficult to do because of the details and not that I'm looking at all the pictures they have on yelp the prints are way more detailed that what I wanted !!
