When you do call to get information no one ever seems to know what is going on with your order. Several orders were done incorrectly with no real reason to why they were. The owner, Cheryl, got extremely crabby on the phone when I called to complain. On one occasion I had even walked into the office as they were talking badly about a previous customer, Sleepy Hollow, and how difficult they were to work with. Very unprofessional!
