Our business has used the screen printer for several years because they are local, we're reasonably priced, and used to be responsive. Something major changed! We have worked with a couple of different sales reps and their online system which drops your artwork onto a T-shirt so you can see what it will look like just like every other online T-shirt company and just a few weeks ago we processed a re-order and received it perfectly. But when we tried last week and today to order new T-shirts with a new design the "owner" who we have never worked with before made it as difficult as possible and tried to charge us $500 to change the size of the artwork for the small child size shirts. This is after making us pre-pay before we could receive a "mock up" even though the mock up is not a real shirt, it is an online image with art put on top of it...We placed two orders of two different shirts and had to pay for them before they would show us what the shirts would look like. When they tried to charge us $500 to size the art down for smaller sized shirts we asked if we could just cancel the smaller size shirts then and continue with the adult shirt order. Instead of doing that they canceled both of our orders and told us they would only refund us part of the amount since they had "done work" on our art. We are in disbelief that a company could treat a repeat client with consistent order history the way they have treated us this past week. Whatever happened at this company, if they have a new owner now or are just not interested in doing business anymore please be forewarned that they don't seem to take any interest in providing their products to customers. read more

I've used them once and I'm in the process of putting in my second order. They are incredibly easy to work with in terms of meeting my price expectations, are timely with their communication, and great quality. I'm the type of person that sends tons of emails so Sean was patient with me as I asked over a dozen questions over the course of a dozen emails. I also did some extensive price comparisons with other locations and EBS was very competitive in terms of price and quantity. The only con is that I had difficulty finding the shop but that's super minor. Def consider them for your jobs. read more

I was delighted by the professional, thoughtful staff as well as the quality of the final product. Though I knew I had placed my order in the middle of a busy week at their shop, all communications and tasks were handled so promptly, I had the impression that I was their only customer. Sorry I only need 100 shirts and not 1,000.... they were completely rude, unhelpful, and did not want my business as soon as they knew I only wanted 100 shirts. The first thing they asked me when i called to inquire about placing an order was how many shirts do you need. When i said 100, I was told "we are very busy". Okaaayyyyyyy...... "so can I talk with you about I need?" ......they told me to submit my project through their website for a quote. I did as they asked, event wrote out my questions in their comments section of the online quote page. Their response did not address any of my questions....pretty sure they didn't even read them based on their response! When I called to go over my questions the man was very short with me. I asked if I could just come in to talk with someone and was told after much resistance, "we'll pencil you in". Getting information from this company is like pulling teeth and a total fiasco! Horrible customer service! Would never recommend this place to anyone! ..... I find the comment below from this company hilarious. Wish I could think of what to say that hasn't already been said on these positive reviews. Responsive, professional, helpful. After I got totally burned by ooshirts.com(which I see now might not even actually be an actual company), I needed shirts fast. They promised a three-day rush turnaround and THEY ACTUALLY GOT IT DONE IN TWO DAYS. They even had to tweak my design and they did it and improved it. They responded to emails within 10 minutes and were great to communicate with by phone too. This place is awesome. I unfortunately lost someone very close to me this year and wanted to make shirts for everyone as a memory for my friend that passed away. I called this place on Monday morning and needed them within a few days and they even got them to me early! Every person I talked to was so nice and professional. They explained everything to me about the process of getting the shirts and I didn't have any problems. I was so nervous that when I got the shirts they would be messed up or not look nice but they were perfect. They made a hard time a little but easier for me and I thank them for that. These people are absolute LIFESAVERS! I ordered 15 fairly simple custom t-shirts from ooShirts.com, and was repeatedly told during the two-week process that they were "on schedule" and would be delivered to me the day before I flew out for a very important company meeting where these shirts were to be utilized. Needless to say, at 3:00 PM the day ooShirts was supposed to ship my order, I followed up and was horrified to find that my shirts had not even been printed. They also said there was no way they could be printed/shipped to the city of my meeting the next day, either, and their empathy towards the situation was basically the equivalent of "lol, sorry". LUCKILY, in a mad dash to resolve the issue, I was able to get in touch with East Bay Screen Printing, who created in 1.5 hours what this useless ooShirts company couldn't complete in TWO whole weeks. Amazing!! They were the nicest people, charged a pretty darn good price for the last-minute nature of the order, and were the only company in the entire Bay Area who would even humor the chance of making 15 custom t-shirts with 1.5 hours left in the day. Every other place was the spoiled equivalent of a BART worker who wouldn't dare lift a finger higher than is needed in support of his job, but these guys hung around until 5:15 PM so that I could drive out from San Francisco and retrieve the shirts in time, since I was flying out at 9:00 AM the next day. Seriously, greatest human beings on the planet. I would have been 100% SOL without their fast turn-around and hard work! AND the amazing part is that when I finally received my crappy ooShirts in the mail a week late, the shirts East Bay Screen Printing made in 1.5 hours looked better than the ones that took two weeks! After getting a quote from East Bay Screenprint, then working with staff to finetune the order, the owner suddenly tacked on a $50 rush fee; after the sales person specifically told me in an email there would be no rush fee. I am not sure what was going on over, but I had no indication of a problem or issue with my order until I tried to place it. When I saw the charge I called to question it and Sean became unfriendly and basically they didn't want the business afterall. So I was put in a major bind to go back to all the other suppliers; which probably now will be a rush job. It seems that they tried to hook me in with a low quote, then kept raising it and finally tacked on the fee, then said screw you. read more
