Tom and Michelle are nothing short of amazing!…read more Our softball organization recently had jerseys ordered for the team, and unfortunately, I made a mistake and ordered the wrong number for one of our players. I realized the mistake and immediately drove down to Pro Image Sports, honestly not knowing if there was anything that could be done on such short notice. From the moment I walked in, Tom and Michelle treated me like family. They listened to the situation, understood how important it was to get this corrected for our player, and found a solution without making me feel like I was a burden or that my mistake was an inconvenience. What impressed me most was that they had the jersey corrected with the proper number within an hour! I walked in stressed and frustrated with myself, and I walked out with the problem completely solved and one very relieved coach. Customer service like this is becoming increasingly difficult to find, especially in a world where so much business is conducted online. Tom and Michelle genuinely cared about helping me, and it was obvious that they heard the urgency in my voice and wanted to make sure we were taken care of. I cannot thank them enough for going above and beyond. This is what great customer service looks like. If you are anywhere in the Brentwood, Antioch, Oakley, or Pittsburg area, GO SEE THEM! Whether you need team uniforms, customization, or anything sports-related, I highly recommend giving Pro Image Sportswear your business. Thank you, Tom and Michelle, for saving the day! You guys are the best!

They only want to do anything through email, which is fine but we don't work on a computer it's easier to ask questions on the phone. They never can figure out re-prints from previous years they always want you to resend it to them instead of looking it up on their end. The final straw is this year's carbon copy, as you can see from the pictures the only part that needs to change is the calendar and they seemed to shrink that part. Called to talk to manager, employee answered "hello" so when I asked where I was calling they said BR Graphics totally fine I don't need a super welcoming answering of the phone but I wanted to talk to the manager. Called him and left a message last week. Knowing they don't really like phone calls I decided to email manager, info, and graphics as well trying to get someone to get the manager to answer me. Called several times to talk to a manager left several messages. Today I called and finally asked for the owner to call me back. Magically the manager called me back! He was defensive from the start, trying to explain what the difficulties we have been having with the business and he asked "what do you want me to do" "I sent you a sample" you're correct you did send a sample but you can't tell how microscopic you made the calendar part. Anyways, just asked for my images back and we'll be taking our business else where. I'm sorry to see this business go down hill the way that it has. But hopefully one day they will get someone in there that likes what they do and has more of a customer service base than the people currently working there.
