Have been using this business for printing for years. After Melissa left this place has gone down hill. No one ever calls you back. They only want to do anything through email, which is fine but we don't work on a computer it's easier to ask questions on the phone. They never can figure out re-prints from previous years they always want you to resend it to them instead of looking it up on their end. The final straw is this year's carbon copy, as you can see from the pictures the only part that needs to change is the calendar and they seemed to shrink that part. Called to talk to manager, employee answered "hello" so when I asked where I was calling they said BR Graphics totally fine I don't need a super welcoming answering of the phone but I wanted to talk to the manager. Called him and left a message last week. Knowing they don't really like phone calls I decided to email manager, info, and graphics as well trying to get someone to get the manager to answer me. Called several times to talk to a manager left several messages. Today I called and finally asked for the owner to call me back. Magically the manager called me back! He was defensive from the start, trying to explain what the difficulties we have been having with the business and he asked "what do you want me to do" "I sent you a sample" you're correct you did send a sample but you can't tell how microscopic you made the calendar part. Anyways, just asked for my images back and we'll be taking our business else where. I'm sorry to see this business go down hill the way that it has. But hopefully one day they will get someone in there that likes what they do and has more of a customer service base than the people currently working there. read more

Came in to see if the can do a quick turn on a banner for school. They seemed taken back by someone walking in for info. A gentleman from the back came out and said they can do the banner. Art work was turned in that Monday and was ready Wednesday. Now I call that a fast turn around!! We ordered a 3x5 banner and it was priced very reasonably. read more

Outstanding service. I'm in there 2-3 times a week picking up construction drawings. I email them down, and I typically get a "your order is ready" within 15 minutes. This place was great. Tommy the manager was very nice and helped my fiancee and I print our save-the-dates and wedding invitations. The quality turned out awesome. We visited the shop and found out my image needed a bleed section so I had to alter it for printing. Tommy had me just email the fixed image over to them and they printed them for us in like 16 hours. We had budgeted $100 for them all and they turned out to only be $66. It's great to save money anywhere. We will definitely use them again in the future. read more

I took in a very small job that I was reluctant to bother them with, but they handled it like it was the only thing they had to do today..........and since they did not charge me for the service, you can not get better prices than that!!
