I drop off Amazon packages here and the staff is always professional and polite. The store is in what might be called Sandcreek Crossing near Raleys. There is plenty of parking but you might want to drop off heavy packages at the store front. I used the notary service once which was fine, but I do not know what or if there is a notary availability schedule. I hope this helps someone read more

The notary is sooooooo slow, and conducts and investigation on your paperwork calling people verbose and pretentious. So annoying, don't use this notary unless you have all day. read more

I had a Amazon/UPS label on my phone. They weren't about to scan and print. I asked if I could email it to them and I was handed a price list. $3.50 for them to go to the computer and check their mail. Then it was $0.35 cents per page to print the label. Amazon charges $1 to print and USPS mail your label. This UPS Store gets paid for every package they receive to ship with UPS. Today is the last time I will use this store. There are other UPS stores in Oakley, Brentwood, and Antioch. Making a different location choice is EASY! They must be very busy to push business out the door! read more

We strolled in on a Sunday morning with 3 bags full of stuff to send across the country .. nothing boxed yet .. Debbie was working by herself and graciously took control of our chaos . Such a sweetie !! She handled us like a pro !! We let others slide in when someone came it but still were out in about 25 minutes ! We shipped tons of books and wall art as well as camera and other small items . She took time to make sure everything was packed with care ! Just like other reviews - drop off a package at this location and they told me for pre paid label I did not need a return label. Now it doesn't look like my package will arrive anywhere as the tracking number says that package has not been dropped off.. scam happening at this location ! I did a drop off package with a prepaid label. There were 2 women working and helping one customer. No problem, I waited. Then a gal reached out to me and asked what I needed. I handed her the package and said pre paid shipment. She took my package and tossed it into a container (I assumed) and walked away. Stunned, I waited and then asked the other girl for a receipt to which she replied "I didn't need one for a prepaid package". It's now 2 weeks and here I am waiting for a credit from the store and they have yet to receive it. I'm afraid they might have a little scam going on at this location by keeping returns for themselves. I bet they are enjoying my little 170.00 dress! STAY AWAY. This location used to be good. If you have an expensive package or an Amazon return that is expensive do not use these people. I have a $1100.00 return that I dropped off that never made it out of the store in Brentwood. The manager washed his hands of the ordeal because it is an Amazon drop-off not an actual shipment. Stay away! I believe that the package never left the Sand Creek location and it was stolen from that store. read more

I concur with other reviewers. Some rude customer service here, on two occasions for me during Christmas time and another for my son. We now go out of our way to another UPS branch or to Kohls for Amazon returns. Shame because this is closest to us, but I myself can not get out of my mind or forget how they treated me /us and how they made me feel. I had to come on here and rave about Debbie. She made my whole experience with UPS so much better. I went to the Oakley, Main St location for notary, and they turned me away. They said notary stopped at 5pm but I checked the website and the store front door and no sign of notary hours. I was so frustrated. I called the Brentwood Sand creek location and they said notary stopped at 6. As the website states, and I walked in at 540pm, I got greeted with a happy smile, I'm so sorry I didn't get her name. A beautiful young lady who was going to print my travel consent form for me, and called Debbie to start my notary. Debbie was a pleasure to talk with. Made me and my husband laugh, handled everything like a pro and VERY efficient. She even saved us $3 with having a travel consent form ready for us to use. We walked out at 5:50 with our notary in hand. THANK YOU DEBBY and to the young lady who helped us at the front desk! I'll be coming to the sand creek location moving forward. I live in oakley but with that type of service and efficientsy I'll make the trip. The oakley location could learn from this place. read more

They changed ownership recently. Service with prior ownership was amazing. Good people, felt like a small mom and pop shop. Those people left and now being run by young kids who lose packages. The other day we were called, asking if they had given us a package by mistake. On a separate occasion, we were told a package was never received, when in fact it had been, per UPS. They gave us that same package 3 weeks later. We now have another package that post office says was delivered three days ago, but this location says it has not been and blames the USPS. We are again in limbo. Manager will not take responsibility for anything and says it's our job to review tags received. Do not use them. UPS location on Lone Tree is much better with solid staff. read more

No customer service. I am a frequent customer and when a mistake was made (theirs) they blamed me and would not refund or make it right. The old gray hair lady was nasty, not the least apologetic and blamed me for all of it. Even the owner, Saul laughed and said oh well. Beware! They charge an exorbitant amount to ship usps and they do so without telling you. It's only after you get the receipt do you see it was charged as "priority" when you asked for regular. They also refuse to return when the error is noticed. Zero customer service. I will never go to this business again. read more

We used the UPS store for their (very convenient) notary service. Our notary was very thorough and helpful in making sure we signed our documents properly. Price was very reasonable and much less than a drive to you notary. Definitely recommend. read more

Hey, I do not know why I continue to use this UPS store. This is finally the last time we went in to ship a package to be delivered. Next day. There was a check in there that had to be there to cover another large check that was written, they did not ship it in time out of their store to make it next day on time. Package was delivered to them to be shipped out and the receipt says 11 AM on Thursday. It did not show up Friday now they are telling me it will not be delivered until Monday by 7 PM. This is ridiculous. They also charge an absorbent amount of money to ship a package overnight, the same package from my company would have cost $43. They charged $150 and it did not ship overnight as it was supposed to. We got there at 9 AM this morning to see if we could resolve this problem. they said there's nothing they can do now the manager is not in in a situation like this they should have called the manager and got them on the phone immediately. We still do not have our package and the worst part is we are not going to be in the area where it is being delivered on Monday now we have to have it next day air to do another location because we are traveling. Well here's my encounter with the rude lady with the southern accent! I went to drop off a package. I waited in line to watch her be rude to the two people in front of me. I extra polite in saying hello & letting her know I was just shipping a return & asking for a clear cover for the shipping label & tape. Here's how that conversation went down: Rude Employee: "We charge $1 for tape." Me: "What? Are you kidding me?" Rude Employee: "No." Me: " Uh, thanks, but I'll go somewhere else." *As I was walking out* Rude Employee: "We all charge. It's the company policy. We're all under the same management." Me: "I've never been charged in any location." Rude Employee: "Well I'm going to call them & tell them they need to charge." (Like she knew which locations I've been to) Me: "You better call them all, cause no one else is charging for tape." Yeahhhh. With all these reviews, how is she still employed there?? read more

Do not print your things here! I called before coming to confirm their process of printing. I was not told on the phone when I called the hour prior that I would have to wait 24 hours to print 2 pages or 15 mins to wait print (remember that part). I was greeted by a rude woman who said that she had 24 hours to print my document. I politely told her that I have used this service at other UPS stores and they print on demand on the spot. She then changed her response to a curt-- "Your going to have to wait 15mins. I haven't printed it yet". I then was told to wait outside the line for them to help other customers. When I was FINALLY helped she printed my documents WRONG and instead of apologizing was additionally rude while reprinting the documents. I have used this UPS store 3 times. Each time there is an older woman working there that has no idea what she is doing. 2 out of the 3 times I have used this place my packages were never sent. It was a nightmare trying to get the proof that I had sent the package. I unfortunately had to use this UPS store again today. 3 other customers before me walked out of the store cussing because she had no clue what she was doing. I hope that my packages don't get screwed up again. The manager of the store really needs to take a look at this employee and figure out if it's worth keeping her if their rating sucks and customers are unhappy. read more

The staff were nice to me and very cordial with customers, so I did not experience any of the rudeness other folks are mentioning here. In fact, it was a busy day and the clerk who helped me repeatedly apologized about the wait. However, I do agree with the comments that the store nickel and dimes you for everything. I needed to get some documents printed and so I emailed them to the store. They pulled the documents up on the public computer in the store, then charged me for computer usage! It was a substantial cost too: $3.50 for the 5 minutes it took to get them off Gmail. I was happy to pay for the print outs and copies, but the computer usage piece is super shady (read: a scam) when I'm not actually doing anything on the computer and there was no other way to get them the documents I needed to print. The sad thing too is that I KNOW they are making a lot of money from all those Amazon returns, so it's not like they have a reason to be adding charges to customers. Are you tired of being in a good mood? If so, go there to get something notarized, they'll wipe that silly smile off your face quick! They should be called The OOPS Store... Why can't I vote zero? They're close to my house so I've been using them to notarized documents for a while... but frankly, enough is enough. The dreadful lady doing the notary work is very hard to work with, doesn't listen to directions, can't seem to ever do a job without complaining or having to see more documents etc... today I just had to walk out. I've been to other places and I've never encountered such nonsense. She's grumpy and rude, a complete waste of time. Last time she wanted to add her own piece of paper for California... instead of the one provided by the people requesting the notarized document... Save your time and money, go to the postal annex or any other place... damn... go to the homeless shelter, you may have better luck getting stuff notarized there. read more

Shipping process never goes smoothly when dropping off packages at this location. I try to make it as simple as possible. I always have my packages packed and taped up with the prepaid shipping label already on them. All they have to do is put the packages with others for the driver to pick it up. Super easy. But somehow they never get it right. I have had a few packages disappear and were lost before making it on the truck. I have had overnight packages sit in the store until after the guaranteed delivery date came and went. Either the employees are not trained on proper procedures or they simply do not care. I'm shipping fedex now. read more
