Due to the high increase in porch pirates, I switched most of my important mail and package delivery to Parcel Plus. I love the text and email notifications when I have mail or packages. I also have a small business and I use them for tax preparation copies, notary services, shipping and shipping supplies . The owner and staff are very friendly , and go above and beyond when it comes to customer service. I frequently ask for advice on the best ways to package and ship items. It's nice to know I don't need to worry about mail delivery anymore and I no longer need to stand in line at the post office. I highly recommend this great small business. read more

Apparently, this business is hard up for money and customer. I used this business as the pickup place for my Ipostal Virtual mailbox. The first time I picked up a piece of mail, the owner tried to convince me to cancel my account with Ipostal and use his boxes instead. I refused due to my purpose for choosing this type of mailbox. I have received several pieces of mail after that and I was able to have my family member pick it up for me since I'm out of town (this is not a disadvantage to this service. And typically the women who works there is very nice and accommodating, except for today.) I called to check on a piece of mail that was listed as picked up, although I did not request a pickup. When I called I was told the mail was still there and that it was placed as pickup because I was out of town. Although, I appreciate the attempt at trying to assist, it made the situation more confusing because I was gone to request for it to be mail to me through Ipostal. When I called to resolve the situation I was once again asked for my credit card information and told that they would ship it directly. I informed the owner that my card information is store with Ipostal and I prefer to just have them send it. The owner got mad and started threatening to reject all my mail since I was not willing to give him my credit card information. He started to over-talk me and not listen to what I was saying at all. He then put the lady back on and she starts to accuse me of yelling at her after she said she couldn't hear what I was trying to explain. They both overreacted because they were upset because they claimed that Ipostal was getting all my money and I wanted them to ship my mail for free. I pay Ipostal every time I have mail ship and that it the contract that they agreed to as a receiving business. I am more than certain they get a piece of the cost. So I am not sure why they are constantly trying to get access to my credit when they don't need it. I also don't want to be haggled to every time I access a business or treated rudely because I don't want a service. Pass them up unless you want service from money hungry people. read more

I refer to this place as the double C's. Convenience and Customer Service is why I come here. It's small but don't the size fool you! They do everything from notary, shipping, copies and P.O. Boxes. They do sell light weight shipping bags. I rarely see them available in stores. Just ask for them. You do pay a few dollars more in than you would at the USPS. If it's worth your sanity, if don't want to wait in a long line. I also like the fact that I don't have to fill out a form and then get back in line. Yes, I'm one of those! I tell them the address and they do everything over the computer. The men that work there are great. They move fast and go the extra mile for the lady that can't use the computer or has a hard time speaking English. I value that! They also have the best candy ever! I was a mess and the morning was very hectic for me, not to mention the time crunch to get these documents submitted and Parcel Plus really came through for me! If I could rate it no stars I would. I came to this place for the first time Monday off of a recommendation to get a package shipped off. The lady that was at the counter treated me respectfully and was super friendly. I needed a return label and was told it would be $1. She said this out loud a few times and at any point in time the older man behind the counter could have corrected her on the price but he didn't. It wasn't until the older man came up to the register to ring me up that he said it would be $2 instead. Which seemed to be sketchy because the lady was surprised he was charging me $2 instead of $1. So I said it was fine but asked why he didn't correct her or tell me off the back it wasn't the right price and he just responded rudely. So I ended up getting ringed up for the label and 2 envelopes I was purchasing. I had an exchange of words with the lady and at the end of the day I ended up just wanting to pay for the label. I paid with card and was thinking the man would cancel the transaction and just ring me up for the label instead he chose to pull out cash and slammed it on the counter and said here so I just looked at it kinda surprised that he just did that so he proceeded to make a comment saying what is that not enough then grabs a nickel and slams that on the counter as well and says here. I told him he was being rude and at that point I just asked for a complete refund and left. His people skills are poor and I was in no way rude until he started being rude. Thank you to the lady behind the counter for the great service but the older man needs training in customer service. read more

This smart small business owner has a 'policy' that he will help every one else in the store before helping his notory clients because of time for pick ups for shipments. So, we sit there waiting for his precious signature for 25min and new clients kept coming in and as a notary client we have no priority. He stopped helping us to help people do $.05 copy when we are paying $15 per signature. Very Smart business decissions and a client friendly policy. It isn't the first time he did that to us. I even missed the appoitment that I needed to bring the documents to because of him but this time we have time and extra options. Save yourself time and a headache. A few months ago my wife brought a box here to mail. They weighed it and put postage on and mailed it. A few days later it was returned for insufficient postage. I also came here to get a passport picture taken for a passport renewal. After 5 1/2 weeks of processing they mailed me a letter that the passport picture was inadequate for a passport, now not only do I have to get it done again, it will delay my new passport putting a future trip in jeopardy. read more

I've used their location on lone tree way in Antioch a few times for their notary service and have always thought they were helpful. Today I went in to price a package to send, $69 for a small box. Another customer overhead me saying how outrageous that was and suggested I try usps priority mail for $13. To our surprise the parcel plus guy told him to leave the store as he was driving away customers. Not only did parcel plus lose the other customer's business, but they lost mine and my family's for good. Instead of kicking this guy out, they should have been thanking him for considering what was in the best interest of their customer instead of how much money they could get out of me. My recommendation is don't do business with them, they don't care about what's in the best interest of their customers read more
