Seems she discriminates most against her own race of people. Blanca, learn to be more humble, you wouldn't have a job if it wasn't for paying customers. Don't forget that. It's a small town and apparently a lot of people know who she is. I have always witnessed her being rude and short worded with customers but I guess this time it was my turn to experience her horrible customer service skills. As soon as I walked in she was very rude did not greet or say hi. Every questioned that I asked of was a problem. Very short and rude. Did not want to answer much. She gave me the wrong information and had me pay $7.99 to download a sku bar to be able to process a refund just to turn around and tell me it's not the correct sku and I would have to drive across town to the post office instead. Is she serious?. Mind you I recently had a horrible traumatic accident that currently has me disabled. It took a lot in me to be able to walk into this store without suffering the pain I feel from walking simply to be treated like garbage. This woman has so many complaints of the lack of customer service and is well known for how rude she is. It's clear from all the Yelp reviews. I honestly do not know how this person is still working here. When asked what is her name she refused and sarcastically asked for mine. She was not wearing a badge so I repeated to ask for her name. After 3 attempts she throws a business card at me which stated her name to be BLANCA. I have proceeded to file a formal complaint with coorporate and I strongly believe that word of mouth goes a long way. This employee needs to be trained more in this field. Was not happy coming here. I paid UPS $7.99 for sending my package here for pick up. My tracking tells me the package is there. When I show up, they tell me it's not there. The manager makes me wait until all the other customers leave to find my package. They also told me to come back later for my package when the tracking said it was there. They made me wait 15 minutes plus wait for other customers to leave before they actually took time to look for it and find it. Not happy with the delivery of customer service. Also lacked initial willingness to make sure I was taken care of even when I showed them my tracking information. read more

Today I went to Staples and FedEx in Concord and both failed in pricing and service. I finally landed at the UPS store on Bailey road. Joey helped me. He was kind and knowledgeable and remembered me from my call! He helped me with my prints and orientation and when I needed 90 copies, he suggested getting a 100 which gave me cheaper pricing and a few extras that I ended up needing. The manager Tom was also nice because he allowed Joey to spend the time with me that I needed to complete my project. This store is usually busy, but they do staff enough for their lines to move quickly. Everything is posted and samples so you can see. I highly recommend this location over the others and you should ask for Joey when you go! read more

Came to get my fingerprints done for a volunteer position. When I arrived with an appointment I was asking for confirmation I had the email printed. The lady at the counter said I could not use the email because it did not have a QR scan. I pointed out that it states to print the QR code or "this email" the words are literally right there as well as confirmation numbers. She won't even look at it. I explain I've done these before and you just have to enter in the numbers she refuses and walks away. I go back to my car find the email on my phone not wanting to have to come back. I come back in and have her scan it she then informed me it's a self serve appointment. She turn on the computer and I have to figure out how to scan my prints. She doesn't even uncover the scanner that is covered with a towel. My only instructions are hit next. The system clearly isn't set up for people to do it themselves. I can see one finger is rejected but I cannot replace it. I ask for help she can't fix it and says it's fine and clicks submit. Clearly,it will be rejected and I will not be coming back here to resubmit. I will also not be sending any of my volunteers here. Update: I was just notified that it was indeed rejected. read more

From the phone call I made to inquire about notary services to the actual signing and mailing, everyone I encountered was friendly and professional. In the days of face coverings and with my slight hearing loss, I was worried about understanding the people speaking to me. The staff here is friendly, but that's about all I can say for this place. The store is old, dirty, and cluttered, which I could deal with, were it not for their short-sighted shipping policies. They will not accommodate 3rd party UPS shipments unless you pay for overnight or 2nd Day air. The whole point of using 3rd party billing is so my company can pay for the shipping on their own account, can track it in one spot and will not have to reimburse me! Plus, I don't need the boxes to get there tomorrow... The staff here will try to tell you that UPS won't allow 3rd party ground shipping, but the local UPS branch told me it is purely the store franchisee's decision. Bad business... My advice to the owners is this: instead of trying to make a couple of dollars on the shipping, be helpful to me on my 3rd party shipping request so that I will come back to your store and buy packing materials, boxes, tape, notary services, etc. You had a customer IN YOUR STORE who now will never return. I went to this location on several occasions and each time the owner is very mean, rude and cheap! I am a notary and asked for a UPS bag he said he didnt have it and didnt offer something else. The second time I came in he told me that I could not talk on my cell phone and that he doesnt allow cell phones inside the store, mind you that i was not talking to him on the cell phone. i was greeted with this as I walked in the store. I am currently at the UPS Store 1064 located at 640 Bailey Road Pittsburg, Ca 94565 and the service is horrible. The store owner/partner Shannon Lum has allowed one of her staff members to defer handling my matter of them closing my mailbox account by mistake. Blanca made the error and closed my account out, sent an email reflecting the closure. I immediately came in to explain that I signed a 3 month agreement and it has been a little less than 2 months since I opened the account. I feel like there was no real concern to assist me as a customer. Finally at 2:29 pm Shannon comes over and says that she will take care of it now and extend my contract 1 extra month for my long wait. Simply ridiculous. Can't wait to move in to my permanent address. People need to listen, rather than talking when you are the consumer and know how you have been wronged. read more

I needed to return a box to At&t, which is prepaid for, and she tells me in a snobby way that I need to pay $1 for them to tape it up....ummm you are a shipping place no one shld have to pay for tape, that's ridiculous, it will take me longer to swipe my CC for a $1, than for you to tape up that little box! I recommend PostNet off of Salvio in Concord they are awesome, I've used them 2x already and their employees are super helpful and nice. They bubble wrap the package and tape it up for you and double check to make sure you have everything you need in your package. read more
