When I called to see which store location my package was returned to because that information was not included on their tracking site, Wynn, an employee there, took my tracking number but said he wasn't sure what to do since he wasn't a manager. When I asked if he could check for my package because I wanted to save myself the travel to the wrong store, I asked if he could take my last name and he got very loud yelling, "WHAT IS IT" and when I gave him the info he interrupted saying "NO ITS NOT HERE". However, on the tacking site he was the one who signed off that it was delivered earlier that day even before my phone call. The tracking info said it had been dropped off in Pittsburg but didn't differentiate which store nor provide an address it said it had been delivered to. My package was labeled correctly but was sent back to the store because it was claimed that the person I was sending it to "moved". However, that's not true. Then Joe, the manager proceeded to tell me over the phone it was potentially a matter of her name not being on the lease , although it is in fact and I've had packages successfully delivered to her before. I was never given a refund just a bunch of run around, no answers. Joe blamed the carries and left it at that. Horrible experience. read more

It'll be cheaper to order prints online and pick up in store. I came in store to print 1 b&w page and ended up paying over $5 for that plus a computer service I didn't use. I've been here on multiple occasions and The ladies are pretty nice. read more

This is the only UPS store open on a Sunday. I have had the pleasure of being helped my Jessica Threat. From doing my passport photos, to Amazon returns, to fingerprinting. She has the best customer service I've ever had at any UPS store. On multiple occasions, I've witnessed her being alone with the line out the door, always multitasking when possible. She does her best all the time and it sure shows. I wanted to buy her a coffee or Jamba Juice and she always humbly declines. She is an asset to this company. Even when lines are long before closing, she is always considerate of her customers. Letting them know she will be right with them. Absolutely stellar service. Great customer service! I was extremely impressed with the employees. The new Mexican girl was having trouble with my package, and the other two staff were extremely kind and patient with her, training her in front of me and showing her step by step. I had to ask for their names Maria, Laiqa, and Jeanette thank you so much for sending my package. Laiqa and Jeanette are knowledgeable and pleasant to be around. We had a great 15 minutes talk going back just for the staff. I've never had a problem with my shipments when I've gone there, and the young man who helped me the last time was very professional. My girlfriend and I walked in this morning into the store and we met up with this rude unprofessional employee that wanted to talk back to my girlfriend he got pretty Snappy with her he is very lucky I didn't tear him a new you know what I've been coming to this place since it's opened I've always gotten good service but today this guy was very rude very unprofessional we asked for his name and the manager's name and he refused to give it to us and told us to get out of his store from the looks of his appearance he looked like he was very hungover we asked him what his name was didn't want to give it to us instead he said get out of the store whoever the manager is of the store I will be contacting you very soon in regards of his attitude read more

I love this ups store. The lady's that work there are always so nice and helpful!! I recommend going here other than any ups store around, the customer service is so much better!! Even my 7 year old granddaughter noticed, she commented as we were leaving "those ladies are always so nice" and let's face it kids tell it like it is!! I have used this UPS location to ship many times without any issues. My most recent experience however was terrible and I will not go back there. I needed to ship some documents to Tennessee and there was a new associate at the desk. I gave her my phone number several times and she couldn't find my past history in the system. I finally had to give her my drivers license and she created a new profile. She entered all of the details for my documents, and when I reviewed I noted that she had spelled my name wrong (John she spelled Jhon), and she had my phone number wrong (she had inverted the last 4 digits). I advised her of these errors and after she revised them I noted that the last 4 digits of my phone number were wrong again. Once she finally corrected it I confirmed all, paid for the shipping, and took my receipt and tracking number. Several days later I checked to confirm that my documents had been delivered and saw that they were delivered...to Sacramento, California. I returned to the store to find out what happened and the same associate was working at the counter. I explained that my package was delivered to the wrong address and she said "what do you want me to do". I advised her as politely as I could that I wanted her to find out why my documents went to the wrong address. She then asked for my phone number to check in the system and when she entered it she advised me that she couldn't find me. At that point I told her that I would speak to another associate. Fortunately I brought duplicate documents and the other associate was able to find me in the system and ship these to the correct address. I was charged for the second shipment and I asked the associate who was able to assist me to tell the owner that I wanted to speak to him. She took my name and phone number and advised that she would give him the message. I never heard from him. If I could give negative stars on this review it would be 5 of them. read more

I go out of my way to use this store. Everyone here is so nice and helpful. They say hello when I come in, ask how that can help, and then actually help! I've used the location on Contra Loma and the response I get there is like I am the lowest of the low. Like I said I drive out of my way to use this location. read more

This is one UPS store on Century Blvd. is different from other UPS stores in the area. This store has staff who are working to make our visit to their store become smooth, comfortable, and worthwhile. I find my visits to your store pleasant. Went today for an Amazon return and an employee named Juan "helped" me. He was rude, refused to help me package the item and even charged me for a bag to return when the shipping label clearly says no bag is necessary. Being that he works in a shipping store you would think packaging an item would be part of his job duties. But no he refused to help had the worst attitude and has completely turned me off to UPS!!!
