I went into the UPS store on a very busy Friday afternoon around 4 o'clock and the owner was very helpful in getting our package securely packed and sent off. The item we were sending was very valuable and the person receiving it was very specific about the way they wanted it packaged. I'm going to stop coming to this store and it's a shame because it's closest to my home. I went in the store to send off a return. The Manager instructed me to go stand in a line where there is a kiosk and a customer scanning away several items. No greeting. Just a directive. This isn't the 1st time this has happened. I don't agree with this because there were THREE staff standing at the front desks (unoccupied). Why do you make customers stand in line at a kiosk when your staff can assist your customers making it a more convenient experience??? Terrible customer service. read more

THEY DONT STAND BEHIND THEIR SERVICE - Mailed very important docs from this UPS store and guarantee delivery. My docs were never delivered and tracking was stopped in Sacramento and now neither I or the staff or manager at the UPS office on Hillcrest ave Antioch could locate the 2 packages. I explained to staff I needed proof. They couldn't help. Told me sorry there's nothing we can do. I asked for the 47.00 to be returned as they guaranteed my delivery. Don't go here to drop off your Amazon packages. Make sure your box is taped and sealed otherwise they sell you tape. Customer service is terrible and rude. It's all in the way you say things. Even for items which that clearly say no box or label needed. I would go else where or if you do make sure whatever return option you choose you still package up your item. read more

I've been coming here for almost two years and have had such pleasant experiences with the workers. I've never had issues until tonight when dealing with the owner. I am taken back by how RUDE he was. I made two trips to have my packages sent back because he told me Two QR codes cannot have one package. All he had to do was scan it but he insisted I leave and repackage my items and come back. So I did that. Came back and he told me again I had to fix my items to only have one Package because the QR code was the same!!!!! He completely dismissed that he was wrong and was condescending! I cannot believe how he treated me, like I was garbage and had no clue what I was doing because of his mistake. I will not go back here and tolerate his behavior. UPS is a joke. The owner of this store Saagar Sharma, does not stand by the delivery promises UPS sells us. They sold me 3 day delivery after listening to my need. After UPS lost my package and did not deliver on time they now refuse to refund my money. I feel sorry for the manager over there Laura. I guess they are so under staffed at the stores Saagar owns this poor woman is running around between two stores. She first told me she would refund my money. After telling me they would refund my money because UPS clearly failed to deliver the package, Saagar tells her to tell me UPS is not guaranteeing their deliveries. So they will not refund. Now this poor woman is a lier. She lied to me multiple times. Don't use UPS if you really need the package delivered. read more

After going to this location over a year, even recognized by staff, I will no longer be a patron to this location. For that matter, after a call to UPS Customer Service, a patron to UPS. There is no policy to refuse service from hostile patrons or any action unless it is directly to the store staff. The policy is do nothing for their own patrons when another customer is clearly hostile. I patiently waited in line (the only one in a line) while two others were clearly on a computer in the store while another man was being helped in the store. When the staff directed attention to assisting me (clearly next in line), one of the women stepped up and said I was clearly not next. If so, why would the employee clearly recognize serving me, the person in line. Yes, this individual is lacking in many aspects. She continued to voice her attitude while also talking to the staff. It is too much to ask the UPS staff to refuse service and just allow a customer to treat another patron as such. It is ashamed we have to allow and accept this hostility from anyone. As I stepped back in line, this came to mind, and I told her she did not need to have the attitude or be rude. As she continued, I chose to leave the store because of her horrible attitude, the rude customer followed me to the door. All this because you stood in line, or someone is just simply a rude person. The point of this review... whether in any moment you are just in recognizing and refusing to accept this hostile behavior while in the/this UPS store, you are the one that is not protected. Patron this location or UPS at your own risk. Unless the staff is confronted, they continue service, and you are on your own to accept your experience or call the police. Good luck! read more

Confetti drop! :) First thing I noticed, it was clean and very air conditioned which was nice. Went during peak hours and there was no wait or big line! Woot! There was one person at the computer and another customer just came in behind me. I told the guy I just needed to print out a return label. He gave me instructions on what to do and also quoted me the price on the spot. I said ok and he answered lady's question at the computer fast and took care of my transaction, put the packing slip on and was done! So fast and easy with no complications. read more

I would give this store 0 stars if it were possible. Coming to the store, which was my mistake. I came back due to the convenience of the area I was in. Both visits have not been pleasant. but let me focus this review solely on today. I came in to make a copy of my ID in black and white. The clerk makes the copy for me, but does so on the darkest setting possible. Needless to say, you could not see my face except for my eyes and mouth. I asked to see the copy before purchasing. The man, was hesitant, but showed me. I explained to him that I needed a new copy because the one he had made was too dark. He explained to me that I asked for a black and white and that's how they come out. I have experience with copiers being an Admin Assistant, so I know how to adjust the settings for black and white copies of ID's. I explained to him that the brightness and darkness could be adjusted and he told me no, that he needed to ask his manager. I told him if he couldn't do it, not to worry and I can go somewhere else, but he ignored me and goes to the manager. The manager said the same thing he did. I explained again that I have experience with copiers and told him that it could be adjusted. As I apologize to the customer the manager was helping for interrupting her service, The manager immediately got up and told me to calm down. He adjusts the brightness to the brightest setting and is about to make a copy, when I look over it and I told him that it's too bright and needs to be darkened a bit more. The manager says no and continues to talk over me. At that point I let him know that I was just going to go somewhere else to make my copy and reach out to grab my ID. The manager does not release my ID, and instead holds on to it tighter so I could not take it. I ended up having to pull it pretty hard for it to slip out of his hand because he was not giving it back. That behavior is completely unacceptable. How are you refusing yo give me back my ID with my personal information on it. Horrible customer service. They need better employees and management. Also a few trainings on customer services and how their equipment works would help. read more

Beware of mailing anything of value from this location.My items were tampered with and didn't show up in tact on receiving end. Though I can not prove the tampering was done in the store , Coincidentally it is the only time this has happened to me and the only time I used this location.What I can say is after a discussion with the management of this store about this matter , He promised to review his video surveillance tapes and call me back,That never happened. read more
