The most reliable UPS location and open on Sundays! Easy Amazon return kiosks and drop off! Conveniently located near: Safeway, Target, Tesla charging, Hallmark, AT&T, Crumbl to name a few stores. Plenty of parking and service has always been good. I do miss the old staff but the new staff is friendly - I haven't had an issue and I go here a lot. read more

Not a huge fan of this UPS. It's usually insanely busy and the line is out the door. Today however it was practically empty which was nice but there was no welcome in or any customer service at all from staff today and that's typically how it is here. The customer service is lacking big time. I feel like the employees here just expect you to come in and drop off your items without needing or asking for anything. Once you need assistance it seems as though they are not really enthusiastic about helping you. Whenever I come here I make sure I don't need help and just try to drop off my stuff and go. I come here out of convenience if I'm in the area but mostly I'll go to the UPS on Elmira. Customer service is way better. read more

Hopefully this review will post separately from one I gave three years ago for this location. I must admit that I was waiting to see how service was going to be impacted under the fairly recent ownership change but I have been pleasantly surprised and very pleased...every time! You wouldn't know that Preet was one of the owners because he's constantly in motion, while very pleasantly greeting and helping customers. Sam, who stayed on from the previous ownership, is equally as kind, patient, and hardworking. And anytime a compliment is given about the service, it never fails that other customers in the store chime in to agree! This review is for prior of the new ownership! Always loved going to this store to do my Amazon returns, PO box service, printing and shipping. It's close by to my work so it's not far for me. Great customer service, friendly greeting staff, self-serve shipping and prices are excellent. It's sad to see them go but hopefully they're on to a bigger and better journey whatever that may be! This place rocks!!! Fast, efficient, and friendly. They processed my Live Scan with no issues. In fact, they take walk ins all day. I can't say enough how convenient it is to be able to walk in to get a LS done in 10 mins. The lady that helped me did it quickly, and helped a client print out documents at the same time. My experience here has always usually been good. But yesterday was the worst service ever recieved. The older man that works there was extremely rude to me and my dad after we tried explaining to him the issue we were having. He immediately got super annoyed and raising his voice at us. I have had many great interactions with this team, new and old. However, I have a mailbox for my business where I receive checks. Over the past few months, FIVE confirmed checks have not been deposited into my box, all sent from a variety of locations. Using another mail service prior to UPS, I never missed a check in the mail. Imagine my frustration telling a customer that their payments were not received, only for them to show me proof the checks were sent, and then they have to cancel and reissue the checks. This is a poor reflection on my business, and the only common factor is this UPS location. I will be closing my account soon and seeking a refund. read more

Very efficient branch. they have 2-3 people behind the counter on top of 4 self service kiosks for Amazon returns, which makes it so convenient. I've been here after Christmas for Amazon returns and a regular day and these kiosks were truly helpful. The staff behind the counters are always ready to help seniors who are having trouble with their packages. They also make sure you have your returns receipt ! They also wear clean crisp collared shirt/ uniforms - which is pretty rare these days. 5/5 starts for this UPS branch. read more

The manager or owner of this location is very rude and pushy. Under the pretense of keeping the line moving he makes wise cracks to customers and speaks in a very condescending manner. His staff also appear tense. Relax sir. No one is in that big of a hurry. Focus on quality of customer service not quantity of customers served. Can't recommend at this time. read more

I have used them for notary services, live scan, passport photos, document shredding, shipping, and Amazon returns. I've also had a private mailbox at this location for 3 years which I fully intend to renew indefinitely because of the convenience and safety it provides, particularly for package delivery. I was out in Vacaville a few weeks ago and checked out the UPS closest to my hotel because I had some Amazon returns to make. I was very impressed by the customer service and efficiency of this store. I really liked that they have a self-checkout for returns, but the staff is also available and very friendly if you have questions. They have all the material there available for your returns. Not sure if there are any other workers but every time we go to drop off items, there is another person in the office taking on the phone (I believe it's the owner). Fast and friendly service. There seemed to be a lot of people coming in for retailer returns like Amazon. I liked that there were multiple self service kiosk to do so. I am admin for Vacaville Parents United. I needed a lot of copies. A friend said she goes thru the UPS a store on Harbison in Vacaville for her children's swim club because Nate the manager is awesome and the prices and service are stellar. Guess what? She was right. I didn't know that normally there is a 24 hour min turn around time and I needed to walk out of the store with 250 copies cut 2 ways. Nate did it for me!!! Then a couple days later I needed 500 copies cut in half. This time I made the copies. Nate had to step out but the staff at the store provided all the help I needed. There is no other place in town that will beat their price, or their service when it comes to copies, in my experience. Also I ship things back to Amazon.
