The most reliable UPS location and open on Sundays! Easy Amazon return kiosks and drop off! Conveniently located near: Safeway, Target, Tesla charging, Hallmark, AT&T, Crumbl to name a few stores. Plenty of parking and service has always been good. I do miss the old staff but the new staff is friendly - I haven't had an issue and I go here a lot. read more

Simple and easy. I just simply dropped off my package with no issues and it was nice and quick.

Excellent service Everytime Very courteous and helpful Prices are very good and lines moving very fast over there They have great hours of operation too read more

Not a huge fan of this UPS. It's usually insanely busy and the line is out the door. Today however it was practically empty which was nice but there was no welcome in or any customer service at all from staff today and that's typically how it is here. The customer service is lacking big time. I feel like the employees here just expect you to come in and drop off your items without needing or asking for anything. Once you need assistance it seems as though they are not really enthusiastic about helping you. Whenever I come here I make sure I don't need help and just try to drop off my stuff and go. I come here out of convenience if I'm in the area but mostly I'll go to the UPS on Elmira. Customer service is way better. read more

Always so nice family owned very helpful customer service is always good and professional

Hopefully this review will post separately from one I gave three years ago for this location. I must admit that I was waiting to see how service was going to be impacted under the fairly recent ownership change but I have been pleasantly surprised and very pleased...every time! You wouldn't know that Preet was one of the owners because he's constantly in motion, while very pleasantly greeting and helping customers. Sam, who stayed on from the previous ownership, is equally as kind, patient, and hardworking. And anytime a compliment is given about the service, it never fails that other customers in the store chime in to agree! This location is a bit further away from my home but well worth the drive. read more

Always fast. I didn't realize I could have a preferred UPS store until I came here. I really don't go to any other UPS store anymore and I live in Davis! Thanks for the amazing customer service. read more

Nice friendly service. A very busy store. Make sure you have all of your codes ready.

I was In and out in seconds on a Friday morning. Well staffed this morning by three employees at counter today.

This place rocks!!! Fast, efficient, and friendly. They processed my Live Scan with no issues. In fact, they take walk ins all day. I can't say enough how convenient it is to be able to walk in to get a LS done in 10 mins. The lady that helped me did it quickly, and helped a client print out documents at the same time. She didn't miss a beat. If I have a choice, I come here because their price per service quality is outstanding. read more

This review is for prior of the new ownership! Always loved going to this store to do my Amazon returns, PO box service, printing and shipping. It's close by to my work so it's not far for me. Great customer service, friendly greeting staff, self-serve shipping and prices are excellent. It's sad to see them go but hopefully they're on to a bigger and better journey whatever that may be! We will see how the new ownership goes..... read more

My experience here has always usually been good. But yesterday was the worst service ever recieved. The older man that works there was extremely rude to me and my dad after we tried explaining to him the issue we were having. He immediately got super annoyed and raising his voice at us. Super disappointed and disgusted with his ugly behavior. read more

I have had many great interactions with this team, new and old. However, I have a mailbox for my business where I receive checks. Over the past few months, FIVE confirmed checks have not been deposited into my box, all sent from a variety of locations. Using another mail service prior to UPS, I never missed a check in the mail. Imagine my frustration telling a customer that their payments were not received, only for them to show me proof the checks were sent, and then they have to cancel and reissue the checks. This is a poor reflection on my business, and the only common factor is this UPS location. I will be closing my account soon and seeking a refund. read more

Very efficient branch. they have 2-3 people behind the counter on top of 4 self service kiosks for Amazon returns, which makes it so convenient. I've been here after Christmas for Amazon returns and a regular day and these kiosks were truly helpful. The staff behind the counters are always ready to help seniors who are having trouble with their packages. They also make sure you have your returns receipt ! They also wear clean crisp collared shirt/ uniforms - which is pretty rare these days. 5/5 starts for this UPS branch. read more

Absolutely BEST customer service for all needs. A simple Amazon return became complicated. He spent time working it out for me. He was patient and supportive. I cannot give them a high enough recommendation! read more

I stopped by to do my Amazon returns and found out they also provide livescan services. I came back to do livescan and Sam and Preet were great. Definitely will be coming back . read more

The manager or owner of this location is very rude and pushy. Under the pretense of keeping the line moving he makes wise cracks to customers and speaks in a very condescending manner. His staff also appear tense. Relax sir. No one is in that big of a hurry. Focus on quality of customer service not quantity of customers served. Can't recommend at this time. read more

Best friggin UPS store I've ever been to. So fast, efficient, clean. I've always associated ups stores with the dmv or post office. People who work at the pace of a snail and just unhappy people. Not over here. They're high energy and super fast! read more

Had an Amazon return and it was packed inside with customers. Come to find out they now have return item kiosks which makes your visit much easier. Scan, drop and receive your confirmation. Doneski! Was out of there less than 5 minutes! read more

This is hands down the best UPS Store location anywhere! The location of the store is convenient and the store itself is squeaky clean and always easy to get in and out of. I have used them for notary services, live scan, passport photos, document shredding, shipping, and Amazon returns. I've also had a private mailbox at this location for 3 years which I fully intend to renew indefinitely because of the convenience and safety it provides, particularly for package delivery. What sets this particular store apart from other locations is the staff. I absolutely adore all of them! They are all incredibly kind, humble, friendly, and hardworking. They go above and beyond to ensure a seamless experience for all customers. No matter the service you need, you can always count on them to get you in and out with lightning fast speed and efficiency. This business is a gem in our community! I'm so grateful for how this business makes my life easier. Do not hesitate to utilize this store for all of your business needs. read more

The staff here is AMAZING! So friendly, fast, & professional. Their customer service is top notch. I do a lot of my Amazon returns here which now are self service but it's a very simple process. When I have other needs I would definitely come to this location just based on how great everyone is. Highly recommend. read more

I have been going here for years. Everyone that works here is super super nice! They give you all the options with best pricing on shipping and tell you the safest way depending on what your sending. The line may look long but it's amazing how fast they get everyone in and out without jeopardizing customer service. In addition to shipping you can get documents notorized and have documents shredded. Great place read more

Best UPS Store ever. They're quick, efficient and clean. I like that they have lots of Amazon return stalls so I can quickly get in and out. The staff here is always helpful and very kind. I wouldn't go to any other UPS. read more

I was out in Vacaville a few weeks ago and checked out the UPS closest to my hotel because I had some Amazon returns to make. I was very impressed by the customer service and efficiency of this store. I really liked that they have a self-checkout for returns, but the staff is also available and very friendly if you have questions. They have all the material there available for your returns. I wish we had anything remotely close to this level in L.A.! read more

This place is always busy but the worker is extremely proficient and makes sure everyone is serviced promptly. The clerk (Asian) is friendly and works hard! Not sure if there are any other workers but every time we go to drop off items, there is another person in the office taking on the phone (I believe it's the owner). I've been here almost a dozen times and the same clerk has helped me. Kudos to him! read more

Very unprofessional. Won't be going back. The way they don't even have a sign or anything notifying the public that they are down

The employees at this store are amazing. they always make you feel welcome and answer your questions. it's the only UPS store I ever use. I want to send them my appreciation and a big THANK YOU to all the staff. read more

Talk about efficient, the team here tries to utilize their time to get people in and out. This store is small and probably wasn't expecting so much Amazon package returns so you may see a line on the busy hours. They also do print jobs and passport pictures and more. read more

Always great service! Line went by quick and offered a tracking receipt without having to request one. Will use for all our shipping needs.

My favorite ups store to go to! The employees are always so nice, quick, efficient and helpful! I love that they have 3 kiosks to help with Amazon returns or ups packages to send out! It makes it so easy to get in and out quickly and they are always paying attention and helping people! They always greet their customers with a smile! We have never had a problem with this ups store or the employees since we started going here a year ago! I have a ups store closer to where I live but I travel a few more min to go here instead! read more

If only every business operated as efficiently and friendly as the people who work here. Although they sometimes get slammed with a bunch of people, they take care of their clients in a timely manner. Also have taken passport pictures here. Great management, training and team that make this business easily the best UPS store in the world! read more

I want to give NDA and his team a 5 star rating. I brought a job in that I thought I would have to leave and he finished the job on the spot. Very professional. I would highly recommend The UPS Store on Harbison In Vacaville. read more

Always fast, knowledgeable and take care of all my postal needs without having to go to the post office.

I've almost never had to stand in line when I've come here and the staff is always friendly although sometimes you get someone who maybe is new or not trained well enough in some areas although that is rare. I'd much rather pay a little more and come here than go to the local post office any day read more

I used this ups location for the notary service. Sam was very quick and efficient. She was a multi task person. I highly recommend this place. There was no wait either and easy to park. read more

Fast and friendly service. There seemed to be a lot of people coming in for retailer returns like Amazon. I liked that there were multiple self service kiosk to do so. You scan your return code, package it with their bags, and that's it. Seems a lot more efficient than standing in line. Highly recommend this location! It's also very clean. read more

I am admin for Vacaville Parents United. I needed a lot of copies. A friend said she goes thru the UPS a store on Harbison in Vacaville for her children's swim club because Nate the manager is awesome and the prices and service are stellar. Guess what? She was right. I didn't know that normally there is a 24 hour min turn around time and I needed to walk out of the store with 250 copies cut 2 ways. Nate did it for me!!! Then a couple days later I needed 500 copies cut in half. This time I made the copies. Nate had to step out but the staff at the store provided all the help I needed. There is no other place in town that will beat their price, or their service when it comes to copies, in my experience. Also I ship things back to Amazon. Even if the line is almost to the door, you have never seen a team work as fast as they do Thank you Nate and all your staff . I'll se you all soon! read more

This was my first time here and I left very impressed. The person working the counter was on fire with her quickness and skill. I got there shortly after their opening time of 7:30 am and there was already a line. Not to worry because the service given was efficient and at the same time friendly, and the wait was very short. This UPS store will definitely be my go to for all of my shipping needs. read more
