Honestly I never go here unless I'm really desperate but in each and every one of those times they've been clutch and the service is exceptional. Locations around here close rather early and don't provide notary public services so this is typically a backup but over the past decade I've needed their services here and there. Perishable items and I suspect he sat on it for a few days before actually getting it shipped. New business sorry. But do not go there if time is an issue. I will be seeking a full refund read more

Beware. I tried to drop off a package with a pre-paid UPS label. They told me to just leave it in the corner. I said no, I will wait for my receipt. They would not give me one. They said just take a picture of the label. I said "how do I prove you took receipt of it". Their reply, "YOU DON'T". This must be illegal to run a business like that. I'm supposed to trust them? They have liberal propaganda all over their walls, and sell shirts and other items with controversial political statements. That does not give me a warm and fuzzy feeling. No receipt? My understanding in Solano County is that masks are suggested but not required. I went into this location today, 6/12 around 1140. I walked in and wes told masks were required. I didn't have a problem with it. What I did have a problem with is the guy requesting me to put my mask on wasn't wearing a mask himself. It was hanging around his neck. I went to postal express to take a passport photo everything was fine when I took the photo that was taken to the post office with my passport application they informed me that the photo wasn't the right dimensions so I had to retake the photo at the post office so I went back to postal express to get refunded for the photo that they took incorrectly and he refused to refund me read more

I had the best experience here today. I came in with two huge lamps that needed to be shipped and a large box that wouldn't fit them. They made a make shift box and they were so efficient. They stuffed it with paper and bubble wrap and made such a nice box for it. I will always come here for postal needs and anything else FedEX or UPS related. They are amazing. read more

Good service, BUT extremely disappointed with the packaging and shipping of an expensive item. The guy put zero effort to protect the item from transit related damages. The lack of basic wrapping and taping before boxing caused extraordinary discontent, bad relations and disappointment.
