My father dropped off his bills inside the loose letter slot at this post office location and his credit card bill that was enclosed with a check was stolen!! Not stolen from an outside blue box, stolen from the inside by an employee!! The check was washed and was deposited through their mobile bank account! Since this mess has began, we've had to close the checking account and have had to stop direct deposits and everything else!! We've filed a report to the sheriff department because it's a state issue and was told by a deputy that this is a common problem for that specific location! Today I had an experience that was beyond comprehension. I currently have mobility challenges and require the use of a walker. It was near closing time, and an older Hispanic woman with brown hair was monitoring the exit doors to prevent entry. She was on her phone and appeared to be scrolling. At one point, she stepped outside and stood directly on the opposite side of the door. There are no handicap-accessible devices on the doors, so individuals with disabilities must maneuver as best they can when exiting. When I attempted to leave, I had difficulty managing the door while using my walker. Because the postal worker was standing directly next to the door, I politely asked her to please hold it for me. She kept her head down, remained on her phone, and did not acknowledge me. As I became partially tangled with the door, I called out again and asked for assistance in holding the door. She continued looking at her phone and moved several feet away, never acknowledging my requests for help. When I tried calling out once more, she turned and hurried inside through a side door. The desk personnel noticed I was having difficulty and offered assistance. Fortunately, a random carrier walked up and helped me exit through the door. read more

It's a very small post office and for the most part it gets the job done. Yes, you will have to wait in lines, but if you aren't busy, you can easily time it for a slow part of the day. Employees are what they are, tired and underpaid and it reflects with their patience at time. My biggest issue is the package drop off. Recently it hasn't been showing the received scans at the Fairfield facility, which makes it hard to track sometimes. There have been occasions where there are no scans until it reaches the destination sort facility. So whether it's a system glitch or something else it needs to be fixed for those that are mailing packages for customers. read more

This post office steals mail and packages and they allow their mail carriers to take whatever they want off of the trucks. One package says it was out for delivery & then all of a sudden the mailman has "no recollection" of ever seeing the package. Now my package has been delivered & it's completely empty & open. I have a P.O. Box for past 10 years and I haven't been able to get there in 2 months. I arrived after being told my box is unavailable. I paid 6 months and I was paid up until Dec 31. They sent all my mail back to sender, and gave me a new box without notifying me. They gave me new keys and I had to apply for the new box. Even though I'm paid up til June. Very upsetting because I have to contact all my businesses to change address. This is unacceptable. Poor customer service. The clerk was new to this and help me transition as much as she could. I've been to this location for numerous occasions and each time all the ladies have been extremely kind to us. Shout out to Christina and Trang. Christina was so helpful with answering some of our priority mail questions and she offered great advice for our next trip to the post office. Trang just looks like resting annoyed faced, but she is actually nice. Not everyone is a big smiley person. I know I'm not. Parking can suck sometimes and you have the occasional long lines, but they do their best to keep the lines moving. read more

10/10 - BOOK PASSPORT APPOINTMENT HERE Ebony and Trang are extremely helpful. I booked a passport appointment last night around 11:30 PM for an appointment today at 1:15 PM. When I showed up, I was greeted with a smile and how can I help you today by Ebony. I explained I have an appointment for a passport and they were eager to help. Trang was putting together my passport package and luckily I brought the correct documents, but I accidentally printed the form double sided instead of single sided. I really thought the US Post Office to hold some sort of high standards. My belief in using their system for years, was always special to me. To write a review of a displaced or stolen package is to me, in disbelief. I had a package that was supposedly delivered. Then, supposedly stolen after delivery. Or whatever happened to it. Went to this local location. To ask some questions pertaining to any knowledge of my package whereabouts and or what I then can do to either find it or possibly report the problem. Waited patiently, in a very long line. No biggie, it was the holidays. Upon reaching the counter, was told by one of the clerks that I could speak to a supervisor, due to my package issue. Great. I'm getting somewhere. Awaited for supervisor. Supervisor then asked me for my cell number and said she'd call me back with some information pertaining to my package and or what I then can do if it is not found. Great, thank you. Second time they said my mailbox was not found on their system so I had to call a locksmith to have the lock replaced. They should've said that on the first place and wasted a few months waiting. This particular office seems to be short staffed which resulted in a long line even before opening I've had more success setting up a pick-up they have a kiosk but you have to stand in line again just to get help if you have mobility issues bring your own chair or your out of luck because it's not easily accessible. read more

Calling them was also the worse, as they left me on the phone for 30 plus minutes. Went to the office itself and had me waiting 45 minutes to speak to a supervisor. Told me it was delivered on time. I told them it wasn't, as I have family always at home 24/7 and they would know if a package came to the door. Their next claim, saying it was probably stolen. Told me to call and claim it as stolen. I am SO FURIOUS!! for the 3rd time my mailman had stopped delivering my maiLL with no notice. Just bc I don't pick my mail up every week doesn't gIve yoU right to stopp it!! When I received an alert that they were delivered and inside my mailbox I was pretty excited...until I got there...and no air buds were to be found! The older Asian lady here was very rude and unhelpful. When I walked in nobody was in there yet she rudely asks me "what do I need?" I shrugged it off smiled and said I would like to ship this package. I do resell I've been doing it for years. The label will be created and I have 4 days to ship. Yet she came at me with some bs that since the label was created four days ago and the shipping said two day shipping she couldn't scan it. I tried to argue the point I've done this many times no problem. She goes well now they're strict about it, idk who's they but I can tell you it was all her who felt that way. I went out right after our conversation took it to self serve scanned it in no problem and dropped it in the drop box crazy how I didn't get the item shipped back to me. I thought she said they couldn't take it? So why did the computer outside take it and then it was shipped no problem? All I can guess is terrible customer service with workers who are looking for any reason not to help. I will never come in and get physical help again I suggest you do the same there's a self service kiosk that will let you do everything yourself so you don't have to go through any hoops like she wanted me to do. read more
