I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received today. My Amazon app wasn't showing my package as a return in transit, which was unusual since, as most Prime members know, the app typically updates as soon as the return is scanned. I visited the store to investigate, and after 30 minutes, we discovered that one of the staff members hadn't put the return label on my box. Now, my $1,000 item is being shipped back to Amazon without any tracking information. A few lessons learned from this experience: 1. Print and attach a return label, I recommend doing it at home. 2. Always hold onto the slip that the store provides--it's your proof of in-store return. The one I received wasn't a tracking label but simply stated that the item was returned in-store on a specific date, a basic "cover yourself" document. read more

I'm applying for Italian dual-citizenship. I had to have four documents notarized, so I went to the friendly UPS store on Waterman. The Italian Consulate wants documents in your maiden name. I was questioned about my application being in a different last name, even tho I was signing the documents in my married name. The application had my currant address, and my birthday, plus my spouses name. Why would a notary be interested in my documents, they are irrelevant. Aren't they supposed to check your signature against your ID. Her name is Cierra, extremely rude and loud. Now since I have signed all four documents they need to be re-done. They stamped my application. Now everything is a mess because my appointment at the Consulate is coming up soon. I feel my privacy has been violated. read more

After reading the reviews of this store, I was very concerned. However, I needed to get a live scan and it was the only store that was open and in my area. It was busy but the staff worked diligently and the line went down fast. I was told that I needed to return at 1030 for the service. No worries, I returned at 1035. My live scan process was completed in about 5 mins. I paid and was on my way. The customer service was good. She was efficient and told me what to expect. No complaints from me. read more

When I walked in today to fax a document there were 4 employees behind the counter and only on helping a customer, I was glanced at not acknowledged glanced at again and then the employees looked at each other and one of them finally broke free from their chit chat to ask if I needed help. She helped but not once was anyone pleasant they seemed to busy watching a video on the computer and gossiping. Customer service is a concept lost on these ladies. This is why I tend to take my business to the UPS in Vacaville on Harbison, which I will continue to do from here on out. read more

Saw two employees tell a customer to do their own amazon return at the amazon return kiosk--especially on a non-busy day when 2 employees are not doing very much at all. This customer was not employed by the store to be doing their own amazon drop offs and scanning. Two young ladies just watched the customer slowly do his self return. I, too, was directed to do the same. This UPS store didn't hire me to process, pack my amazon returns with their equipment, when I only came in to do a drop off. Please, hire more workers--or put those lazy ones mentioned earlier to do more work. read more

Please be aware that UPS is charging people for overnight but do not have to uphold that apparently due to the pandemic. I was charged for overnight shipping and has told only that it would be there sometime on Tuesday. (This was a Saturday afternoon) It did not get delivered until 11:30 Wednesday. Don't waste your money... they don't have to actually be held accountable to deliver overnight. read more

The manager seems to dole out preferential treatment to whoever just does what they want to. Customer asked if they had to wait in line again to ship their item. Manager told them yes if they wanted to ship it. Same customer leaves the store and comes back in goes back up to the register cutting off everyone else. Another customer calls them out because everyone else had to wait in line (roughly 20mins) and instead of enforcing the customer to wait back in line the instead serve them and threaten to kick out the customer who called out the bs. What is wrong with people why did your manager or employee enable this behavior? This is why your reviews are at where they are. Your staff deserves it. If Amazon wasn't patterning with Ups I doubt people would be using this location after seeing what happened today. Your staff owes that man an apology for the inaction of management. read more

I went to store at 8:58, door was unlocked. The worker just showed up. Door was unlocked so I opened and immediately told we are not open. I went there less than two weeks ago to ship an item to a friend who lives an hour away. The sales associate at the store said my small package weighed so little it could be shipped using stamps so I did that based on her recommendation with no tracking. I mailed an item worth $450 dollars( a softball mit) It was promised delivery with 5 days. The sales person did not ask the value of the mit. It's been over a month and the mit has not been delivered and presumed lost. Of course it was not insured, and no one asked to confirm the value of the item. I went to this location on 8/15/22 at 3:30 I was in line the clerk said can I help you she saw that I had a package to be mailed and said oh it's going to take to long let me help someone else, at this point I was Pissed because I had to go stand back in line because she was too lazy to help me person that she helped instead of me took just as long. When the other person help me she was very polite and it probably took her two minutes to process my package. You hire these young people and they don't wanna work. I know it may not be the stores fault but supposedly, my $2,500 package was attempted to be delivered at 4:58 pm . If that was the case , the delivery person would've seen me outside cleaning my truck or I would've seen them on my cameras . Wasn't to thrilled with my own experience, and i read most of the reviews on here and its basically the same same. Clearly management doesn't read these reviews. As the store opens at 8:30 am, I arrived around 8:20 am. While waiting for the store to open at 8:29 am the employee that opens the store parks right in front of the store and finally goes inside but doesn't actually open the door until 8:32 am. She actually held the door open for me, and I thanked her but nothing from her. Kinda weird for someone who works with customers first hand, would've thought she could said good morning or something among that, but no courtesy from her. Walking up to the counter she ask if I have a drop off. I replied that I had an amazon order drop off. Instead of asking me to join her at the other end of the table from where I stood. She asked if I had the amazon bar code. Told her I did. and this is where she lacked communication and basic knowledge of how to talk to a customer. She isn't pleasant. The only nice thing was that the amazon return at UPS actually worked and was easy enough. Bottom line, management needs to give this lady some training. read more

I was instructed by Comcast to drop off my rental equipment to any UPS store and Erin courteously helped me do exactly that. She was the first to greet me as I walked in, and helped walk me through what needed to be turned in and which documents to retain for safe keeping. Everything was accounted for scanned promptly; I was out in less than five minutes! The store is neat and organized, staff are friendly and the 15 min parking zones right in front of the store makes it readily (accessible especially if you need to send large or multiple parcels). I just recently moved, and visited this location for notary services and the customer service was EXCELLENT!

This location opens at 10:00 am on Saturdays. It's currently 10:10 and the doors are locked and lights are still off. I always have problems with this location. Now I have to come back again at a later time. What a waste of time. Update: Worker strolls in with a Starbucks cup in her hand and doesn't even apologize or acknowledge she was late. read more

My son and I have been in several times and no matter how friendly we are to the older lady (black hair) she is non responsive. I have also experienced this with one of the younger girls back in May. Went here to have fingerprints done needed to take for state boards. Was told it would be electronically sent as well as faxed. Even called back right after I left to double confirm and was told yes that both would happen. 1 month later and they never faxed over the form! Delays me moving forward. Tried calling and no one answered so I went back in and they had 4 people working with 1 customer . Definitely should have read the reviews before going to this location! Thought since it was in a nicer area they would be more efficient but nope! read more
