Overpriced printing services. Go to UPS or elsewhere. Went in to print two shipping labels. The manager (I assume) printed on recycled paper, both labels on the same sheet then proceeds me to charge 1.50 for printing services. 75 cents per sheet is ridiculous (except it was just 1 sheet with both labels on them). Pricing on the wall says otherwise and should be significantly less. The manager then proceeds me to ask me if I have my packages with me, I said no. I'd rather not give him the privilege to mail off packages to say there is volume and need for a mailnmore in Benicia. read more

Absolutely the Best Customer Service Ever! The Owner is incredible. There was an issue with my FedEx delivery and he stayed on it, contacting FedEx daily and figuring out a way to get my notarized papers to where they needed to be before the deadline! I really have been trying to give this local place business. The last 4 attempts I have been turned away. It really seems like the owner wants nobody's business. First they don't accept QR codes at all. They can create a label for you or you can bring your own postage but it is 2024 - the business needs to evolve. Second, the owner is not solution oriented. Whenever I am trying to accomplish X I'm usually met with a dry and impersonal reason why he either doesn't want to or can't. Unless it's an emergency - I would skip. read more

MailNMoreBenicia is unable to use QR codes to print a label. The gentleman behind the desk helped me through figuring out how to get the label in a format he was able to print. Extremely helpful. Super efficient notary, mail service, and live scan fingerprint vendor. The lady behind the desk informed me where to wait for fingerprints for a law license renewal and the technician knew exactly what he was doing and got me in and out in about 5 minutes. Have used this company for mailing packages or to notarize papers. Always happy with the service. But today when the owner mentioned her politics about the face mask and vaccine it changed things for me at that moment. I did not realize that Benicia passed a mask law to wear a mask in businesses even if you got the vaccine over night. So I bought a mask from Vanessa. Yet, a customer walked in without a mask and handed her a paper and walked out. She said nothing to him. She went on to state her politics how she was pro for wearing a mask in her business, that she had kids at home. I stated that Solano county was the lowest vax county in Ca. It's why she was for the mask she mentioned. Also, her co worker was standing there listening and was giving me the steering at me for my opinions. Giving me dirty looks. I think Vanessa could have left politics out of the conversation. I will no longer be doing business with Mail and More! I don't need a lecture on polices! read more

I used to love this place due to the convenience of it. However, not too long ago I came to drop off a package. The package was lost with no trace of it anywhere. There was no information that I even dropped it off and was never found at the location. Luckily, the company I was making a return to gave me my money back. But it caused a big mistrust for me and can never come back. read more

So odd to see the 1-star ratings alongside the 5 star ratings. All I can do is relate my own experience. The lady I see whenever I go there seems plenty polite to me, never had any problems. Usually my needs are quite simple so it's hard to give a very meaningful review. Today, however, I had a package that needed to be shipped (already pre-labeled by myself with a UPS tag). I needed the box wrapped up with packing tape so I offered to buy a roll, but she offered to wrap it for free - very polite. When I got home a few hrs later, I then realized that I forgot to write the RMA number on the box. OOPS! In a panic, I called to ask if the box had gone out yet. She assured me the box was still there, and asked if I just wanted to give her the RMA number to save myself the hassle of driving back down to write it myself. Again, I found this very helpful. Who knows, maybe later I'll get bad service but as of now I have nothing but positive things to say. read more

Did the Live Scan fingerprinting here. I liked their customer service. There were two employees who helped me today: a guy who greeted me and directed me to the girl who helped me do my fingerprints. Didn't get their names but they were very nice and helpful. It was expensive, but I'm guessing that's the norm. Paid $74 total. It was also fast. Took about 5 minutes. I came here as a last ditch effort in getting some iron transfers printed. The UPS store couldn't do it because they didn't have the correct printer (one that wouldn't get hot and ruin the paper). I wish I could give Mail N More TEN stars out of five. I've had a mailbox here for a few years now, and this store has gone out of their way for me so many times, especially Vanessa. She is always pleasant no matter how high-maintenance I'm being. We moved out of town about a year ago and still keep our mailing address here. We haven't been able to get back up to Benicia to pick up mail since the Covid-19 stay at home order started, so I called today and asked Vanessa to forward my mail and check through it for my W-2 forms. She was so patient and helpful with me that I wanted to thank her by writing this review, though I can never really thank her enough. If you need a mailbox or shipping/receiving in the Benicia or Vallejo area, this is definitely the place to go. They go above and beyond more than any business I've ever dealt with. read more
