According to the TSA website, you can renew your TSA PreCheck up to 6 months before expiration. Even though I was within that timeframe, she repeatedly told me I was "too early" and should come back closer to my expiration date. I explained that I'm traveling next month and wanted to avoid any issues, but instead of helping, she suggested I just travel with my marriage certificate. Nobody wants to carry unnecessary documents while traveling when this could simply be handled correctly the first time. On top of that, she claimed my Known Traveler Number account didn't exist. I had to repeatedly ask her to enter the full account number correctly before my information finally appeared. After that, she continued the interaction with an obvious bad attitude, huffing and puffing the entire time because she clearly did not want to help. The owner was not helpful either. If I hadn't been persistent and informed about the TSA renewal policy myself, I honestly don't think this would have been completed properly. Very disappointing customer service experience. Save your time and money and go elsewhere!

No surprise here, this idiot customer parked her car right in front of the store taking up one and a half parking spots. Behind the employee was a poor UPS driver with a dolly full of packages just simply waiting to get past him to his truck. Trapped behind the counter with the employee blocking the walk way. He stood there for what seems like forever because this employee couldn't even be courteous enough to take five steps to the right let him pass by. Before this, the employee is having a conversation with this passport customer about how this is his girlfriend's neighbor and what cars are in the driveways and what color houses they are for identifying markers. All while I sat there waiting patiently, a line collecting a line behind me. The woman behind me left her letter and left. I finally took my packages and walked out, super pissed as I write this. Probably should wait until I cool off, but an angry toy he speaks a truthful heart. I waited foreverrrrrrrrrrrr for nothing. During their visit, a matter came up requiring an apostille, or they would simply have to cut their trip short and return home to handle. I reached out to Lynda through Yelp and got an immediate response. We coordinated an appointment and she met us at my home and took care of business. So why does she deserve 5 stars for essentially doing the same thing any other notary public willing to go to Sacramento would do? The exceptional customer service! We ran out of legal paper and she was willing to bring some she had at her office for no charge. Saved me a trip to the store, and she didn't nickel and dime and insist that we pay her for printing, etc. Additionally, after our initial appointment, we realized something had to be corrected and we needed an additional copy. She came back to the house late that evening, AFTER her other job, to get it squared away so she could go to Sacramento for the apostille the next morning. No additional charge! Lynda provided thorough communication throughout, including the next day as she went to Sacramento. She asked if she could deliver the documents to our house the following day as she also had work that night, and unfortunately that didn't work for my in-laws schedule, so she made time to swing by that afternoon before starting her other job that evening.
