The sad part is when we went to the notary across the street from them, the owner told us a lot of people come to him for notary because of the horrible treatment they encounter at this place. It validates that we are not the first that got mistreated and won't be the last. Glad to say we will never go there ever again.

It was 9:30 am 3 other customers were standing outside holding their packages and checking their phones or watches because the store wasn't open yet. I decided not to wait around because who knew when they would actually open. I had to make a separate trip which was a bit irritating that they weren't actually open during their stated business hours. Other than that, I've had no issues.
