I went in for notary and had the most racist encounter with the notary working there. She keeps on…read moreasking the staff on how to fill the form. She stop each time she pick up a pen to write something. It took over 30 minutes for her to sign a piece of paper and stamp it and does it wrong. Then continue to act like she knows what she doing. We decide to walk away because she wants to over charge us after the whole encounter. We went here for years and had great experience with previous crew. This new crew is horrible. The sad part is when we went to the notary across the street from them, the owner told us a lot of people come to him for notary because of the horrible treatment they encounter at this place. It validates that we are not the first that got mistreated and won't be the last. Glad to say we will never go there ever again.

I decided not to wait around because who knew when they would actually open. I had to make a separate trip which was a bit irritating that they weren't actually open during their stated business hours. Other than that, I've had no issues.

We arrived with a return and just because the item was huge we gave her the consideration to bring it to the side but we got her attention that we needed her to scan it for return.. No reply.. We waited 5 mins and still she was attending to her laptop and other walk in customers .. One man walked in and she also snobbed him .. She walked out of her desk to get something she printed and she walked pass us and nothing.. We called her attention again and still she attended to other new customers until one nice guy worker came probably from his break and we told him to scan the return because we've been waiting for more than 15 mins.. This woman should not be in the front desk because she fails to attend to customers' needs, let alone didn't have the audacity to respond to us.
