She got my computer working with the remote tv but it kept disconnecting and lagged. I gave up and used the portable monitor that I brought with me. They provide snacks, which is fantastic for clients. I commuted over an hour, so the drinks and snacks came in handy. The remote tv monitor may have been user error. I followed up about an hour later and was told the rep had an emergency, so we rescheduled for two days later. The same thing happened again. It's now been over an hour past the scheduled time and still no call or communication. At this point, it feels like the free consultation doesn't really mean much if they can't even show up or follow through. This is supposed to be the stage where they make a good first impression, and unfortunately that didn't happen.
