I've honestly waited until I had a few visits here before leaving my honest feedback. There is no other way to put this, this is truly a miserable location with miserable employees. When you walk in, you can never expect to get a smile, usually not even a greeting, even when you're standing in line for a while. Always only one employee. Nothing moving quickly or efficiently. This morning I was in line behind someone who looks like they were getting a passport. I waited for what seems like forever before the employee even turned around to say he would be right with me, as his back was to me (and all the customers) the entire time. He had the customer behind the counter, trying to take fingerprints....and apparently she couldn't understand the simple concept of laying her finger flat on the scanner. No surprise here, this idiot customer parked her car right in front of the store taking up one and a half parking spots. Behind the employee was a poor UPS driver with a dolly full of packages just simply waiting to get past him to his truck. Trapped behind the counter with the employee blocking the walk way. He stood there for what seems like forever because this employee couldn't even be courteous enough to take five steps to the right let him pass by. Before this, the employee is having a conversation with this passport customer about how this is his girlfriend's neighbor and what cars are in the driveways and what color houses they are for identifying markers. All while I sat there waiting patiently, a line collecting a line behind me. The woman behind me left her letter and left. I finally took my packages and walked out, super pissed as I write this. Probably should wait until I cool off, but an angry toy he speaks a truthful heart. I waited foreverrrrrrrrrrrr for nothing. This morning was a complete display of lack of consideration, respect and urgency for other people's time. I can't stand this location. But at the end of the day, I know better than to come here. read more

One star for the pure fact that there was someone there to take my package. I definitely do not recommend going to this location until they get their pipes fixed or carpets replaced. I walked in and the immediate stench of mildew soaked carpets and a public bathroom just wafted up my nose. It was disgusting. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this location. Yikes! read more

Why do they hire only rude people here... in order to get good customer service for UPS, I have to go to different locations. Which is really annoying when I live right down the street from this location. I hope the district or regional manager see this so they can hire nicer people for this location cause for 4 years... with new managers and employees all the time, nothing has changed. read more

I have never had such a poor customer service experience at a UPS store. Three weeks ago, I placed an order to print out some documents and have them bound. When I picked them up, I was told that the machine used for binding was broken, so I would be refunded for that charge. However, the owner was the only one who could process the refund and was out of town for two weeks. The woman behind the counter took down my information and said I'd get a call. Two weeks ago, after I did not receive a call, I went ahead and reached out. I was told that the owner was back in town but not back to work yet or answering requests for help from the staff. My information was taken down again and I was told I'd get a call the following week. Last week, I did receive a call. The woman on the phone was kind and told me that the owner would be able to process my refund by the end of the week. She confirmed that I'd be receiving $8 refunded to my card and that I'd get another call when the refund was processed. Today, after not hearing anything, I called again. The employee I spoke to informed me that I would not be receiving a refund after all. She told me that because one of the other employees I spoke to was being fired, they had not looked closely at my order and misinformed me. When I asked how this went on for three weeks she apologized and reiterated there was nothing to refund. The employee I spoke with today is certainly not at fault for this mishap. However, this store is very poorly managed and the owner does not make herself available to her employees to the detriment of the business. If you can choose any other UPS store, please do. It's not worth the risk of having an issue with your service and being strung along for weeks to have it remedied. read more

Went here for a signature notarized. notary job is to confirmed that the person signing is who they are; that they witnessed the signature. Staff here demand to see the review the whole document, say it is california law. Documents contain sensitive information and demanding to read the whole document breaches signer's privacy. You just have one job is to confirm identity, you don't need to know my loan information, bank information, etc. horrible service! read more

I dislike coming to this location, because the guy who's always at the front counter doesn't show any customer service or friendly. Before they used to have friendly staff, but recently with this guy (forgot to catch his name), just make it not such a great experience. I'm there to drop off packages, at least greet and show some customer service instead of acting like we're there begging for his assistance. I usually go to the location in concord, but I was around the area and hope it was a different staff at the counter. Will avoid this location. read more

Let me tell you about The UPS Store 6508 a five star class act. Lot of business open to the public but never treat their customers like they appreciate them well you will not find that here. His name is Shane and I don't know who taught him business but that man is going places. I had a small problem and from the second he talked to me I knew he was a people person and he made sure you knew your business was very important because you walked in our door. Why can't other small and large businesses operate like Shane runs his store? The Communication, updates, timeline and the follow through was so impressive. I am in the hospitality business and if we don't make you feel like we care your not going to want to use our company. I went here because FedEx was gone, closed shop and I needed to print a paper. First- the place list a 8:30am open time. The employee rolls up at 8:35 am to open up, that is not a big deal unless you are owner of this business and don't mind. Oh well I figure no biggie, come and to see about printing a form. The guy tells me to read the laminate. Hold up... really , they want $3.50 to email it to them ? That's cool, left and to my surprise. FedEx Office move about a half block away. Have been coming here for awhile and recently they have new employees. The gentleman that I last had service from was so nice! He helped me with the paper tray and was not letting the difficulty of the machine get in his way. He fixed it pronto. A true Xerox warrior! Great attitude and wonderful fun conversation that even other customers jumped our conversation, while they had a short wait. All were happy! read more

This UPS store is located in the College Square Plaza so there is always ample parking. They even have two 15 minute parking space right in front of the UPS store so people can quickly get in and out. I came to return an Amazon package and the process was so quick I couldn't believe how simple it was. This 5 star review is mainly for the incredible staff here. Whether I'm here to ship something or as of late, send back an Amazon package, each staff is always very helpful and efficient. During my most recent visit Ian assisted me and was very friendly. I mainly wanted to comment on how helpful he was to the woman in front of me who was a bit older and confused about the process and so on. He guided her through her options and was very patient with her. They are clearly doing something and and even though they are so many UPS stores closer to me I will continue to give this location my business because of their patient and kind staff. read more

If you are shipping back an item for Amazon, make sure to tape your boxes completely or they will charge you. Even though on amazons website it just states it has to be in a box. I hope they pay their employee a bonus for every customer they charge to tape up their box. read more

Always an easy experience here at the Golf Club Rd UPS Store but I had to send something next day and needed help. Shane immediately took care of everything giving me additional, very helpful info for later. I had to follow up with Shane and he totally remembered my transaction, went way above and beyond to help and kept me 100% posted about all the steps as they were happening. He may be over qualified and I might steal this amazing kid from this store for my own shop! Delighted by my experience here. Needed passport pictures for my 18mo old and chose this location for its good reviews. The staff (Shane) was super patient and helpful as we tried (and tried and tried) to get a decent picture of my son. Shane even brought out a sheet of bubble wrap to distract my son, and eventually we got a good shot. Very poor customer service here. I sent a package to my sister in Portland with no required signature from receiver. Almost 2 weeks later I get a call from this location saying my packaged had been returned because the driver didn't feel comfortable leaving at my sisters house?? They said they took it to a local UPS store near her house and kept it there for 7 days. Apparently they left a note with the location but my sister never received it. Long story short they refused to refund me or resend it even though the driver didn't follow my shipping directions. I should have shipped it from Fedex not only are they cheaper but they insure your package up to $100 no charge. I will never do business here again. read more

I see him get snapped at and spoken to rudely and he's so graceful and courteous. Great job Jose, hope you know you have potential far beyond this position! Bottom Line: 5 stars for customer service! I'll be back! This UPS Store is in the College Square Shopping Center, behind the Chevon, Wild Birds Unlimited, and the Giant Chef. Parking is ok, though if you're coming strictly for UPS business there are a few 10 minute spaces right in front. This one seems smaller than other stores, and I don't have a box or anything so I can't speak to that. So here is my story: I came here because it was the next closest one to where I was after I left a different UPS Store. I tried to drop off my return package at that other location and they said my package wouldn't scan because there was a problem with my label and so their advice was to adjust my printer settings and reprint the label. The staff there was perfectly polite, so I told them, no big deal, I can do that, thank you for your help, and I left. Because I didn't want to have to delay my package to the weekend, I thought, at this point I have nothing to lose, let me try the next UPS Store down. Sure enough my package didn't scan again, so I was getting ready to take my package back and leave. To my surprise, Jose offered to reprint my label. He was very kind and patient with me and my son-- Jose entertained him with a UPS snowglobe while I searched for the return label in my app so I could email the label to the store. This took me a while and so he was able to attend to me and two other customers, even though he was the only one in the store. When I was ready, Jose printed out my label and said he'd take care of the rest. Given that customer service was so different between these two locations I'm not sure what their standard is, but it really felt like Jose went above and beyond to help me out. This location is clean and bright and clearly has great customer service. I've already decided that if I need to do more business with the UPS Store, this is the one I'll be coming to. I am not one to give a yelp review, but the customer service at this store is outstanding. I could not find my receipt for a package that did not make it to the intended location. Today I received the most efficient assistance from Ian. Not only did he find my tracking number from months ago, but he helped me by also contacting the offices and check to see where my package was. Ian called me back promptly two times and I was able to receive the information needed to locate my package. I really appreciated the service that seemed to go above and beyond what I was asking for, especially as I was in a tight bind. This is not the first time I have had great service at this store. I also visited this store another time in December and January when another gentleman was working. Unfortunately, I missed his name, but he had helped me with sending a package and also printing pictures. I was very grateful for the friendly, compassionate, and helpful attitude. read more

This is an amazing UPS location because their lovely staffs, they are very friendly and helpful to their customers. Especially Ritu, she is so kind and friendly to me, she borrowed me the charger when my phone was dead, so I can contact Amazon to ask for the return policy. On October 18, 2019, I carried a heavy electric scooter box at this UPS store, and wanted to return it back to Amazon because it was a broken scooter. However when I called Amazon and was told this item cannot be returned and refundable any longer. I was angry and need to contact the manufacture, but my phone was dead, thanks to Ritu's charger, finally I got my refund. read more

Dissappointed in this UPS shipping location store. I brought in a package to ship on a friday, said i needed it to arrive by the next thursday. Cashier gave me 2 prices for types of delivery. I was shocked by the price she gave me as I sent the exact same size box a week prior at another UPS store and it arrived in 2 days for much less. I cant understand how the cashier/store associate could not accurately read the rates and delivery times. I shouldve just taken my package to the other UPS store. I feel they overcharged by close to $30.00. read more
