I went in and for one thing it was so great to get a parking space right in the front. I went in because I had a document that somebody sent me by email and I needed to have it printed up. I needed to sign it and send it back. The guy that was at the counter was so sweet and helped me with it and was just so patient. When I went to pay with my phone, he was like oh don't worry about it cause it just was one copy but I just wanted to make sure that everybody knew this little place existed! It's in a little tiny strip mall and I think most people wouldn't go there. The only reason I went there is I was looking for FedEx and I guess it's an authorized FedEx place so it gave me the map to it, but I had never been there or had known about it the value that you get is incredible and just that kind of old-fashioned nice service. I loved it glad I went. read more

Cornerstone Copy & Mail - The front - Printing Services Near Me - Walnut Creek, California

Needed a document notarized one late Friday afternoon. Was pleasantly surprised that no appointments were needed. $15 per signature. So grateful for the easy and quick process! read more

I had a shipping challenge that seemed impossible. FedEx said it couldn't be done. UPS said it couldn't be done. I was ready to give up. Then I met Mike at Cornerstone Copy & Mail. Where everyone else saw a problem, he saw a puzzle. He thinks outside the box to figure out how to get things inside the box. His creativity, persistence, and problem-solving are on another level. He refused to quit until he found a solution. In a world that keeps talking about AI replacing people, Mike is a reminder that true ingenuity, experience, and determination are still uniquely human. He's a one-of-a-kind packing and shipping genius, and if you have something difficult to ship, don't waste your time anywhere else. read more

I had a great experience with this business and I look forward to using this business in the future if I need notary services or mailing services with FedEx. read more

I needed a painting boxed for air travel as luggage. A custom boxing effort was required. He did a great job. He added rubber corner protection and even made a handle to carry the box easier. The box had to be within 63" in circumfrence, hence the custom box. read more

I came here to print some flyers for my son's school. Everything came out great! I was able to do some shredding, make high volume prints, and purchase the folders right there. Boom, done! The owner was incredibly kind and the prices are reasonable. This is a local gem, looks like they also do anything that a fed ex can do! (Plus mailbox rentals and notary). read more

Mike was really helpful with getting my flyers made in time despite the time crunch towards closing hours. If you need to get any copying done in Walnut Creek, this is the place to go. Prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend. read more

This shop is the best print and copy shop I've been to. Mike is helpful, smart and considerate. If you need larger jobs he can handle those too. I wouldn't go anywhere else read more

This is such a friendly, efficient place. It really feels like a neighborhood vendor. The staff is kind (looking for discounts to make mailing less expensive, taking time to talk through options). They also have a lot of services for such a small shop. read more

The service at Cornerstone Copy & Mail is fantastic! I need over 100 copies for a Toastmasters speech contest. They not only printed them out, but they collated them in order for me! They've bee helping me out for years! I highly recommend this business! read more

I had an order for a large print job that needed to be collected in the morning. I so appreciate the store manager who went above and beyond-- he came in early morning to start the order and have it ready in time. It was extremely kind of him to do so. In addition as I waited for him to package the print job we had a really pleasant conversation. Appreciate him being part of Walnut Creek. read more

Wonderful service. I needed help with notarization of 5 different documents and advice on how to request an apostille from the Secretary of State. They were very knowledgeable, patient and helpful. They advised me on the best shipping rates, how to communicate with the Secretary of State and assembled the whole package of documents for me. I'm very pleased with their services. read more

Great owner. Knowledgeable and efficient. Super helpful and friendly. For all your shipping and printing needs.

I chose Conerstone primarily because it isn't a franchise, it was close to my house and the cost were reasonable. I stay because of the owner, Nikhil. Great guy! Always friendly and goes the extra mile to help you out. I highly recommend. read more

Personal competent service, fast and efficient. Support small local business! Good value read more

This place is a locally owned place - so I try to throw my business to local small business owners as much I can. The owner is nice and patient and tries to give you the personal touch. We use this place whenever we need a notary. For shipping much better service than the big franchises. You can use a variety of shipping. read more

Rip off!! They charge almost double to ship packages! You are much better off going to the post office. They also do not post their rates, which is a little sketchy. read more

Fantastic service! I spoke with Mike over the phone as I was calling around for the latest pick up times. Mike went above and beyond and was able to answer my questions; he was very knowledgeable. Highly recommend this location! read more

Friendly helpful service, clean attractive store, in my neighborhood. Nikhil (I think that was him) covered my shipping label with transparent tape so that it would stay legible even if water got on it, and took care of everything. I needed to ship just one package, but it was simple and easy. And if I had timed it better I could have picked up dinner at Vanda Thai next door, but unfortunately I came when they were closed. read more

Have used many times for FedEx, mail, copying, exceptional service. Example: recently the post office lost a package. Nikhil at Cornerstone spent more than a week filing claims that finally recovered the package and got it delivered. Who else would have done that? read more

It's terrific to have this resource so close by! I was dismayed recently to find that I could only return an item I had ordered by using USPS. Since the local post office closed, I was dreading the long drive and even longer wait in line just to drop off the package. But when I saw Cornerstone would accept USPS packages, I rejoiced! It was close to closing time, so I called to confirm when they were closing. The awesome store representative answered, even though it was just five minutes before the end of the day, and he offered to stay a little late for the drop-off. Hallelujah! Great little store. read more

This is for the owner (I believe), Michael. Although we did not use his copy services, we did go in with an urgent request from my son. We were met with decency and compassion, a smile and even a candy for my son on his way out. Thank you Michael. You have earned a new customer next time we need your services!! read more

I have been going here over the past year or so and have always been very impressed with the services and products received. From shipping to mailing to printing and notary, this is the place I prefer to go. Nikhil the owner is kind, helpful, and goes above and beyond to assure your needs are met. He went well over above and beyond helping me with shipping and other needs for a move. I couldn't recommend this store any higher - reliable, honest, friendly, and great quality. I will miss having this as my go-to local neighborhood shop! read more

Cornerstone Copy & Mail really is as good as it gets! The business is owned and operated by Ann and Michael and they are fantastic! They are always so welcoming and helpful. I am not in love with having to run business related errands, but it is always a pleasure to stop by Cornerstone. Ann & Michael are always so great with doing my special projects. They have helped me ship a large shipment (3 big boxes) to Germany. They assisted with the customs forms, tracked the shipment and even helped package it. They have also created special size shipping boxes for me. The services at Cornerstone are what you would expect to find at any postal services business - the draw at Cornerstone are Ann and Michael. They are great to work with and totally dependable! read more

Stopped in for.a quick notarization. No one else there so we were in-and-out in 5 minutes. Quick, friendly, efficient. Just the way I like it. read more

Nikhil is the new owner of Cornerstone, which I have been coming to for eight years. This is the best it's ever been. Phenomenal service and honest pricing. If he can't get the job done, he will tell you where you can get it done. Great inventory of stamps and cute cards and wrappings too. Just a lovely local business without the nightmare lines or incompetence of Fed Ex or UPS office or worse, the postal service! Hurray...finally, an alternative! read more

I use this location when I need to send out Ebay packages via FedEx using shipping labels I printed out on my own printer. I just love the attitude of the people who work there. Every time I need to drop off the package the people working in the store always are VERY happy to take my packages for me. And if I ever need any normal mailing or shipping items I can't do on my own I will bring them to Cornerstone I rarely have to go to the US Post Office and the other day I had a certified letter which I had to personally sign for. There were 25 people in line and 1 person working the counter. Are you kidding? This is why I would use Cornerstone and never go to the US Post office. Keep up the great work and attitudes at Cornerstone. read more

Best & most personalized copy place in Walnut Creek. Not like Kinkos. Family-owned small- business. I highly recommend.

I found the business via Yelp as I was looking for a local mailbox. The reviews were great and I can understand why. The mailbox rates are very reasonable compared to other shops. Shipping services seem reasonable too. If you have any shipping questions - you'll get an honest response. The owner and workers are dedicated and you won't go wrong supporting this local business. read more

Fellow working was extremely patient with my loud toddler and helpful with printing. I'll be here again!

Excellent service always! Ownership has changed a couple of times since I've been a customer, however the owners and service are always excellent and accommodating! Cornerstone Copy is my choice for fast, efficient and friendly service. The owners are knowledgeable, fairly priced and a pleasure to do business with. They also have a computer/printer station so you can print from a memory stick or other media, and, if you need to do a last minute tweak in a document that option is there. They'll also take your clean, used packaging material for subsequent re-use. So they're not only professional and friendly, they're sustainably oriented. What's not to like? read more
