I'm so glad I found this location of Minuteman Press in Lafayette. It's so close to my house, very reasonably priced and the quality is excellent. I first visited when I was in a state of panic needing some flyers printed for a meeting at a doctor office with 20 people along with bringing lunch. I printed enough for my other clients too. I was thoroughly stressed out but with the calm reassurance of Steve and Brody I had what I needed printed before the time frame I was given and giving me so much relief. I can't say enough about this establishment and have since been just as pleased with the results the next time I went to have some more items printed. I have ordered from this shop for my organization for years but now I cannot get any customer service. I placed an order and they charged the wrong card on file. They now have charged the right card but have not refunded the wrong card and have not sent me any receipts. It has been three weeks and I have called 4 times to get this resolved and it still isn't resolved. I will be taking my business elsewhere. read more

Great prints, great pricing and the service is fast. They accommodate urgent orders which is nice.

The staff here is very friendly and easy to work with. So friendly that I feel like I've done business with them forever, even though I probably contact them twice a year. They are good at staying in contact with you via phone or email, and are always courteous. If something comes up, such as the paper is out of stock and needs to be ordered, they will let you know right away. They also get the job done, usually before the expected time. I think they close at 5:30pm, and had no problem staying a wee bit later to wait for me to pick up my job since I couldn't get off work early enough to get there before closing. And everytime I get there, they always carry out the (large!) box to the car for me. read more

Each time I go to Minuteman I work with Charlie, who's always found at the front desk and honestly pretty amazing. He has an incredible knowledge of paper as well as printing, and is always very helpful when figuring out last minute printing details. He provides great personal, across-the-counter customer service, which is rare to find in this day and age... particularly at a print shop. Wow. What a difference a year makes, I was in this place last year and the old guy at the front counter looked like he had just run a marathon......slow, lethargic and not too much kick in his step. This year I was greeted by a young, sprite energetic fella that made me feel good about how my order was going to come out. Thought I'd also check with this local business and their price was very competitive. They picked up the job from my office and the next day delivered them to my office and I hadn't even paid! I can't be more grateful for Minuteman Press in Lafayette. We had placed an order for Lawn Signs for our Middle School graduates about 6 weeks before the graduation date from a company in Texas. The SUNDAY before we were to receive the order, we received an email saying our order was out for delivery - we received NOTHING. We called and they said that that email was in error. In fact, they said they had not even gotten our order in place and that we had to pay about $400 MORE in order for them to try to get the order for us on time. After arguing with them for hours, I gave up and paid the money. Come THURSDAY (1 week before the ceremony), we call again because we see online that it STILL says "in production" when it was SUPPOSED to be delivered to us. They told us that NOW, they couldn't get the product to us until JUNE 3 (which was the WEEK AFTER the ceremony!!!)!!!!!! So then I told them to CANCEL the ORDER and REFUND me my FULL amount. I think after the second time (when they demanded more money from me), they didn't even PLACE the order and they didn't care. At this point, I was pretty desperate - where would I find a place that could turn this kind of order out (300 lawn signs) in a WEEK during a pandemic?!!! Well Minutemen Press in Lafayette CA came to our rescue!!!! Not only did they get our BEAUTIFUL SIGNS printed on time, they even DELIVERED them to our school on the day of the ceremony!!!!They saved our butts and made all our GRADUATES Happy Campers!!!!
