I did the design myself on my phone. They got them done quickly and notified me right away. When I picked them up, I noticed that the printing was offset. There were two employees at the counter, one looked like a manager. I told them what happened, they jumped on it right away and was so friendly about it. It wasn't their fault, more of a computer printer error. Needless to say, they helped me re-upload my images, they insured the quality themselves on their computer, and showed me a sample before printing. They came out beautifully. I left with the new cards and nothing was a hassle. These ladies were the best!! They were so helpful and they maintained a very helpful and positive attitude. I went in and asked the associate (Santa) if she had a flash drive I could borrow cause I had my laptop with me. Can you set unfortunately?I would have to buy one, but she did one better. She showed me how I could print directly to their machines by emailing it to printandgo@fedrx.com. now I don't have to put all my files from my computer on a flash drive or carry my laptop around because I didn't have a flash drive. One of the 2 files was having trouble on their self serve machines and Santa was very kind and helped me and printed it from her computer with the code I was provided by print and go. Plus I just sent the files from my phone. This made my life so much easier. Now that I don't have to deal with a flash drive I'm definitely not buying another printer for home (pain in the @$$). I want to thank Santa so much for her help. She took some.stress.off.mt back.when I need critical documents printed from here on out.

Finding the right place to print things for a funeral is not an easy or enjoyable task. And even more difficult when it was for a child. We needed a program and Foamcore Poster done quickly and done right. Hyde Printing & Graphics was great. They were kind & personable to our unique situation. I wanted to stay with a local shop and called several places. Even amongst the big corporate shops, Hyde Printing was the only one able to meet our needs in our timeframe. They printed programs on a semi-gloss paper and they turned out beautifully. But most impressive was our large FoamCore Poster. They had the fastest turnaround of any print shop around, and it came out perfectly. While I hope you never need them like we needed, I definitely recommend them. I've been working with Patrick, Craig and Heidi at Hyde Printing for nearly a decade now. This review is a long time in coming! First of all, they are very friendly and easy to work with. When I place an order, Craig asks all the right questions to make sure it's done the way I'm expecting it to be done. They are reliable which has given me the confidence to have them send orders directly to my clients. I know it will be accurate and of good quality. Honestly, they have saved me MANY TIMES when I've had to hit them with rush orders and they get it done and never charge me. And, best of all, they are still nice to me afterwards. I decided to give them another shot as my wife was looking for some business cards to hand out while job hunting. They remembered me and said they saw the Yelp review and actually apologized for taking the extra day. The cards were due Wednesday and they called me Yesterday(Tuesday) letting me know they were ready for pickup. The cards were as expected, which is great.
