We recently needed new business cards printed. Our graphic artist did an amazing design (color bleed off the edge, metallic ink, etc). We contacted 2 other printers who told us they didn't have the equipment needed to print our cards (or if they did, we were told we would not be happy with the results). Hyde Printing was able to print our cards and they did a fantastic job! Our cards are beautiful and we've received many compliments about them. The time and price were reasonable considering what we were asking for. We will use them for all our printing needs. read more

My complaint is specifically on the quote and pricing. I emailed the job specs and requested a quote before proceeding. The manager at Hyde printing was very pleasant and confirmed with me not to worry about the price because it would be a good deal. Given the urgency of the order she said that they would need to begin right away and would not have time to get a quote back to me. I took her word that the price would be good and said to proceed with the order. I picked up the job order two days later as promised and the work was good and to my satisfaction. Not exactly excellent but will give four stars for the work. To my amazement the price was hundreds of dollars higher than I would have paid any place else. So where was the "good deal"? I argued to the manager and owner and received a $100 discount. Still not even close to a price I would have paid. My argument is that I was not give an initial quote. So two negative stars for that. Again good work, but bad on pricing. read more

My printer that I had used for over 20 years in Pittsburg closed up shop. I was driving near downtown Concord, and found Hyde Printing. Upon entering, the office manager greeted me kindly. She was easy to talk to, and seemed to know what I wanted exactly. So I placed an order for prescription laboratory slips. She was a little flexible with the price, so I felt good about the order. One week later, I get a call saying that my order was ready to be picked up. It was supposed to be ready 2 days before I got the call. Not a big problem though, I understand things happen. Upon arriving there, the second thing that bothered me was that she made 6000 slips. I thought I had ordered 4000 slips. Obviously I had to pay more for the extra 2000. She adamately said that I had ordered 6000. I dont think I did, but even if I had ordered that much, the way she was telling me that I had ordered 6000 bothered me. What happened to the customer is always right? Anyways, I took the slips back to work and opened the box. We have a swirl in our logo, and the swirl came out ugly. I wrote her telling her about this, and she replied back that this was because we had faxed over the swirl logo, and it came out bad out of her fax. I don't think so, because I saw the faxed over logo, and I am the one who OK'd the logo design on the slips. I'm pretty sure what our company logo looks like, and it sure isn't the design on the slips. So now we're stuck with 6000 ugly lab slips. And she still thinks its my fault. One red flag is ok, two is suspicious, but three red flags on a transaction signals that we should not do business with this company. Last time we received good customer service from a printing shop, our relationship lasted over 20 years. And all she had to do to remedy this is to say "i'm sorry, it won't happen again." She never once said that. read more

I just received all sort of products which I ordered from Hyde Printing. We are thrilled with the quality! The silk screening is excellent on the shirts and sweats. Their promotional items are great. We ordered totes, coffee mugs, water bottles, magnets and pencils. Everyone is raving about these items, super cute and terrific quality! We also have an annual calendar printed, which turned out AWESOME! Most places locally don't do both paper printing and promotional items; this is such a find; one stop shopping. Hyde Printing is family owned and has been in business locally since the 1980s and I can see why. They have very competitive pricing for paper printing and promotional items and their turn around time can't be beat! A few months ago when I had my first outstanding experience with Hyde Printing, I meant to write a review but life got in the way and I forgot. After a second truly outstanding experience with them again today, I had to stop and make sure I took the time to write a review. I dealt with Heidi on both jobs and she is second to none - extremely kind and treats the customer so well. Customer service is a lost art for the most part but it is alive and well at Hyde Printing and thank goodness for that. Heidi was so great and went way above and beyond in helping me and making sure I got what I needed. And did I mention it was a rush job? Oh yes, it most definitely was a rush. If you have any printing needs, I cannot recommend Hyde Printing enough. Seriously. Heidi is the best EVER and goes above and beyond for the customers. Don't go anywhere else!!! read more
