Wow, very impressive customer service. I had a very last minute single print I needed. My printer at home was ok but not really doing the job. I was running errands and stopped by to see if they could help me out with pretty much a tiny job of printing one thing. Our company has been using AlphaGraphics in Walnut Creek for different printing, reproduction, and scanning for the last 10 years or so. Business cards, letterhead, pads, flyers, brochures, booklets, basically everything. Greg really knows his stuff when it comes to printing, and he isn't afraid to share his valued opinion when necessary to make sure the job is run efficiently. Definitely a good place to start when you need something printed. We took our business card printing somewhere else a couple years ago, and were not happy with the customer service or quality. Greg was happy to take us back and explained why the quality was lacking, and what could be done to improve it. As for the customer service, he showed very quickly why he is a respected pro. I needed some pictures downloaded from the internet blown up for a 4th of July parade. I took them in, and while I waited (about 15 minutes) they took my 3 photos and made 2 copies of each, apologized for not being able to make one as big as the other two and charged me less than $10 for the whole job.
