Very friendly and affordable place for your printing needs. I came in looking to print bridal shower invites. I was helped right away and the gentleman helping me was able to show me their samples of papers I could use and allowed me to do a trial of one to see how it printed before doing all 24 copies. The colors turned out beautifully, he then cut them down so they were the right size since they print two per page and was able to find envelopes the correct size. He was very accommodating and greeted my requests with a smile. I was hoping to get stamps to here to do it all in one stop, unfortunately they didn't have enough. For the paper, printing, cutting, and envelopes I only spent $15. I was quite pleased with my experience at CyperCopy and would be in for any special printing needs. read more

The people working here are the most incompetent people I've encountered in a long time! We shipped a letter via FedEx next day air and they couldn't spell the address even though it was literally RIGHT in front of them! They reprinted the label 5 different times and still couldn't get the name nor the address right. My husband gave up and had them ship it as it was written the 5th time with misspelled name and street name. It cost $62 and our address label is going to look so unprofessional. On top of that, I have walked past Cybercopy on several occasions without giving it a second thought. I stopped here to make some copies. These places are sometimes kind of quiet, which sometimes makes me nervous about their longer term business prospects. After all, you don't miss these kind of places until they're gone and you're off to Staples to fight the hordes. Cybercopy is a full service place, as evidenced by the list on the window, the supplies within, and the PC Stations in a comfortably furnished back room. My only quibble is that I'm an early morning person and an 8 AM opening on Weekdays and 10 AM on Saturday is already a bit late in the day. As for the task at hand, the machines were in good order, the copy quality was acceptable, the per page charge was reasonable, and within minutes I was on my way. read more

Horrible print job, if you ever give a job to this guy make sure you get the estimate in writing and don't trust anything he says. Secondly he switched the paper, he charged for gloss sheets and provided ordinary paper, I was pressed for time so I had to accept the job. Came here after wasting about 2 hours at FedEx"Kinkos" as it used to be called. Needed to make high quality invitations on heavy card stock. The quote was about $65 and 5 hours. What!!!?? Called cyber copy right after leaving. Within 1 hour I had BEAUTIFUL invites for $16!!!!! I seriously could not believe the price difference. They even cut them (free!) for me, which fedex "Kinkos" would not do without a extra charge per card!! SUPPORT THIS SMALL BUSINESS! They deserve it. read more

I've visited Cybercopy twice to get printed matter rebound. The first time, I brought in a paperback book of piano music that I wanted to lay flat on my piano music stand. Cybercopy's owner, Sikander Zaidi, carefully shaved off the spine of that tightly bound book and rebound it with a metal spiral -- yielding just the result I wanted. The second time, I brought in two staple-bound travel brochures that I wanted consolidated into a single volume. Sikander shaved off the bindings and replaced them with a plastic comb binding -- again with very good results. He also film-laminated several letter-sized copies of watercolor paintings, showing the same care and attention to detail. To top it off, his prices seem more than reasonable, competitive with those of chain-store copy centers. More recently, I brought in several books published by a small business I work for. We needed to have all their pages scanned into PDF files, so we could upload those files to Amazon.com to enable Amazon's "look inside!" feature for these books. Sikander shaved off the books' spines to free the individual pages; he then placed the pages into his automatic scanning machine, which swiftly scanned them in sequence, reading both sides of each sheet. This yielded professionally scanned PDF files, saving me dozens of hours of work -- and again, at a reasonable cost. read more

Been coming to "Cyber Copy" since I opened my business in 2012 as a 22year old. Sikander the owner has been amazing to me along with all of his employees. Lately Andrew has been doing all of my dance centers programs for our shows! not only did he build them all from my ideas, every year they have gotten better and better even with my procrastination. They always come through with my deadlines. . Recently I got Pictures from a picture day at New You Dance center in Martinez to be blown up to 23.38" by 34" for frames I bought and ONLY 5$ EACH. Sikander requested the frames so he could make sure they fit perfectly and they did. On top of that after I was happy with the pictures he personally helped me fit them into their frames.
