And seemed to act hella annoyed with me. I basically dropped off a bed frame to be returned over two weeks ago, and she basically said she couldn't help me, if I don't have the tracking number then I needed to call customer service which she didn't provide. Which is fine. But she was not kind at all. She was short, and rude. I am out $300 dollars for a package that seems to be lost by them. And being a little kind could go a long way when people loose sh!t. Maybe she was having a worse day than me, cause her attitude blew chunks. But I have been in here three other times, and the people that work here just seem like they hate being there or helping people. If you hate people go work at the DMV, where people expect you to be a jerk.

The staff here are kind and highly efficient, regardless of your purpose. Whether a paying patron shipping a package, or simply dropping off an Amazon refund, I always receive exceptional customer service. I once stopped at a different UPS store, as it was on my way running errands, and received far less than even the superficial "professional" customer service one would expect at any business establishment. The Crescent UPS staff have never requested I do their job, and for that I am grateful. The line may get long, but each employee will serve you with courtesy.

He didn't even give me a chance to finish my sentence. Once he scanned my box. He started to help the "regular."
