On top of the many issues since the beginning of our contract, they will raise their prices without telling you. The clause in the contract is that if you don't dispute it within 30-60 days (don't remember which), that the price increase will stick. Not a good way of doing business. The latest issue was my credit card had not been going through for months. Instead of calling and telling me, the drivers thought it was their place to tell employees to "tell their boss" to pay the bills. As soon as we found out, we called to let them know we were aware and paid down the balance. And again, instead of calling the owners, they tell the employees the same thing and pause our service. RIDICULOUS!!! I can't wait for our contract to be over. Let's see what BS they pull when I try to cancel. There are many shops, but not many that are willing to do small orders. I'm glad I kept searching. It led me to John. I sent over an email on Wednesday, called to set up a drop off time on Thursday, dropped the items off Friday (we ordered our own garments) , and they were ready for pick up on Tuesday (yesterday). The process was seamless. He is very knowledgeable about his business. He recommended certain changes and they were spot on. We sent him the svg file and he was able to digitize it for the embroidery machine. We had a variety of garments embroidered, and they all look great! The stitch work is exceptional. The shop is a quaint little space off of Clayton Road. There is street and lot parking available. You do have a flight of stairs to get to him. Definitely worth every step lol. From the moment you elk in, you can see for yourself his work. From delicate doilies to leather motorcycle gear- the embroidery is top notch. He is closed on Sundays and Mondays. He opens at 11am. Overall, a 10/10 experience. We will be using him for all of our embroidery needs!!

The entire time my husband was walking/trying the shoes on we had a bunch of what appeared to be loss prevention folks near us and following us all the way to the paying line.
