I agree with the previous awesome reviews of Thread Monster! My experience included great pricing, an excellent final product, expert guidance on my questions about - logo size and placement, color, T shirt style choice - while leaving the decisions with me, and friendly customer service. In fact, Josh went above and beyond to listen to my needs, provide mock ups, and deliver my order on time. It was fun working with him and I will be ordering from Thread Monster again. read more

I am so glad that I found Josh and the guys over at Thread Monster Printing. These guys are absolutely a pleasure to work with, extremely clear with their responses/feedback as well as easy to get a hold of - all things I appreciated. The pricing was great and the quality of the work that they did was seriously out of this world. Can't wait to do another project with them! If you're looking for any type of printing for apparel, look no further. Josh and the team will take care of you from end to end. read more

Awesome is not over stated here. I have a long experience with Screen printers and a lot of it is not good. Josh just nailed it on all fronts. I sent him the vector art file of our company logo. He got back to me in just a few days with mock ups. I explained the importance of the color accuracy and how that had been a problem in the past. He delivered our shirts one week later perfectly done. Fair pricing, outstanding service and superior quality, can't say enough. read more

Superior quality, service, and delivery! Josh was enthusiastic about providing our small company with branded t-shirts in a short run with a quick turn-around. Despite the pressure to deliver quickly, he still produced a superior product with excellent printing and vibrant colors. Josh and hiss staff very friendly and professional. I had a meet and greet with Josh the owner and after about 20 min of telling him my vision we were on the same page and I put my order in. He has everything down to a science to make your experience at Thread Monster a great one! He even has a graphic design guy on staff to bring your vision to life! They are great at what they do so they are booked out about 2 weeks out and even 3 weeks during the holidays. Josh promised my goods by Thanksgiving and I received them on Tuesday before Thanksgiving! I will be using them again and will defiantly be recommending them to everyone in my circle. Josh and his team are bar non, the most professional T-Shirt company I've ever dealt with. From start to finish everything was absolutely seamless (no pun intended). The quality of the shirts and incredible detail were beyond anything expected. They absolutely nailed the look our company was going for. Look no further. This is the company you want to trust with your business and loyalty. read more

Owner was called several times and emailed with no response back(left messages as well). I called a third time finally got a hold of Josh and he asked me to email him with the details of my job. To date still no response. I had to pick up my merchandise as I left it with them with a hand written note. Still no call back. They must be busy beyond belief or turning business away. Josh is nice guy but does not follow up. I'll take my business elsewhere. Owner claims I never emailed him. Email was sent on July 22nd at 5:22PM. Our band ordered a couple of runs of T-shirts. They turned out excellent and are a great promotional tool. Ordering was easy and they offer a quick turn-around with a reasonable price. The quality of the T-shirts was great and they are very comfortable to wear. Several washing on my own shirt has not changed the size or the quality of the image. read more

Love this company and its people!! I first found this company through a friend about 2 years ago and can't go anywhere else! Its a great guest experience turned into a great friendship! Josh has helped me, the company I work for and many businesses, studios, and friends in the Walnut Creek, San Ramon, Danville, and Concord community. He has a quick turn around and goes to great lengths to provide a world class experience for his guests! I typically send delicate fabrics to TM and they are careful, precise and timely. My time is valued, price is great and quality work Everytime! Josh definitely cares for his people and community. It's more than a job or product he's processing but the relationship he builds through his craft! 10/10 would recommend and only place I would use. read more

These guys are awesome. As a small business owner in Concord I try my best to do business with other small businesses in the area. I was working on a very short timeline to get a few last minutes items procured. The fellas at thread monster didn't disappoint. Josh took my ideas and ran with them. I ended up with a great looking super soft product. Can't wait to do business with them again. read more

Josh and the crew were fantastic in taking care of our printing needs for our softball team shirts. They were able to turnaround our work in little time possible. Customer service is superior stuff. I am thoroughly impressed with Thread Monster printing - I highly recommend them for any of your custom printing needs! I was in a very tough predicament - about a week before my company's biggest trade show of the year, the signage company I was working with told me that they would not be able to meet my deadline. I was struggling to find a printing company that could meet my tight turnaround, so I contacted Josh from Thread Monster. Initially, I thought they'd only be able to print some shirts for me, but soon enough I realized that they'd be my one-stop shop for everything I needed! From the start, Josh was incredibly helpful and genuinely one of the nicest guys around. He talked through numerous options with me, giving me his honest advice when I was deciding on price vs. quality on certain products. Once I had my order finalized, Josh continued to communicate with me regularly on the status of my order. Thread Monster Printing had my order ready a day ahead of my super short deadline -- I received 200 custom shirts, 6 feather flags, and 2 retractable banners in less than a week! Any other company here in the Bay Area would charge you additional fees for "rush" orders, and even the rush service wouldn't be this quick! I also had a slight issue with the text on my signs as my company uses a very distinct font, Josh immediately got back to me and offered to replace them for free. Not only do they provide amazing products, but their customer service is TOP NOTCH! I will continue to use Thread Monster Printing for all my custom printed products - both for work-related and personal needs! Thank you Josh and the rest of your awesome team! read more
