There are many shops, but not many that are willing to do small orders. I'm glad I kept searching. It led me to John. I sent over an email on Wednesday, called to set up a drop off time on Thursday, dropped the items off Friday (we ordered our own garments) , and they were ready for pick up on Tuesday (yesterday). The process was seamless. He is very knowledgeable about his business. He recommended certain changes and they were spot on. We sent him the svg file and he was able to digitize it for the embroidery machine. We had a variety of garments embroidered, and they all look great! The stitch work is exceptional. The shop is a quaint little space off of Clayton Road. There is street and lot parking available. You do have a flight of stairs to get to him. Definitely worth every step lol. From the moment you elk in, you can see for yourself his work. From delicate doilies to leather motorcycle gear- the embroidery is top notch. He is closed on Sundays and Mondays. He opens at 11am. Our previous embroidery company had minimum quantity requirements that we just couldn't meet for our small business. We have polos and jackets that we need embroidered a couple times a year. Most of our orders are for under 25 pieces. The Owner, Yonka, is great to work with. She has never turned away our business due to small quantity of items. We purchased polos through Aviva Design and had them embroider them. But, primarily, what I do is bring them already purchased pieces to embroider. This has never been a problem with them. Other embroidery companies I've used in the past would not embroider customer-provided items. We are very particular about what pieces of clothing we put our logos on, so finding an embroidery company that will work on our pieces we bring to them is crucial. Aviva Design ensures that your artwork design and size will look perfect on your clothing items. Yonka showed me some thread options for my last order (it was a new logo that we hadn't had embroidery on yet). I really appreciated her showing me the options for the gold color. If I could give 0 stars, I would…read more I brought my graduation stole to T-Shirt Source in Daly City for embroidery and even paid extra to expedite the order from the normal 7 days to 3-5 days because my graduation was coming up. The day before I was supposed to pick it up, they called me and told me they had "lost" my stole. Instead of taking accountability, they told me to go buy another stole myself and that they would embroider the replacement "on the spot." I ended up taking time off work trying to deal with this mess, and to make things worse, I could barely even get ahold of the store while trying to figure out what was going on. When I asked if they could at least reimburse me for losing my stole, they told me they couldn't because they were "no longer making a profit" off my order. There was little to no apology, no urgency, and absolutely no professionalism. Then after all the back and forth, they suddenly "found" my stole and told me to come pick it up at 5:30. It became pretty obvious that they never actually lost it -- they just lied about it to buy themselves more time. This was one of the most stressful customer service experiences I've had, especially considering this was for a major life event. Really shitty service. I would not recommend trusting them with anything important or time-sensitive.

Whenever I go, whether it be during the week or even weekend, there's always somebody in framing, and all the other people are usually upfront at the cash registers. I only ever see one person working in the floor, but they are always busy with a line of people trying to talk to them. I do like the selection of art supplies, and they even have fabric, which is cool. Kind of rare to find that at Michaels. I always find what I need, and if I do need help, I'll ask the framers cause they seem to be more knowledgeable and available than anybody else. Great pricing for large amounts of items.
