Nabil is amazing! My boyfriend and I are attending a black-tie wedding and, somehow, we waited until the last minute to get a suit for the occasion. T-minus TWO WEEKS until the event we walked into Pheroni's and Nabil greeted us kindly and set full expectations for what our options were and what price to expect. We ended up going with a purchase rather than a rental because of the upfront options we were told. I was really impressed with his knowledge, warmth, and kindness - he made sure to point out what looked great, how to pose within the suit when standing, the different options for tailoring the pants and jacket, as well as options for pocket square and tie. Oh, and before I forget - timing worked out! We had the suit ready for pick-up five days later - a good 10 days before we needed it, even though we were on a time crunch. Just got my husband his suit, dress shirt, and shoes here for my graduation ceremony. George was wonderful and very helpful. He helped us pick out the whole outfit from top to bottom. My husband light weight/non-wool navy suit was $170 with $12 hemming for pants. Very reasonable price compare to Men's Wearhouse. Note that this store carries off brand items. But that didn't bother us. I'd rather buy 2 suits from here than 1 suit from Men's Wearhouse. But I can't speak to the quality of the suit since my husband hasn't wear the suit to any functioning yet. We would definitely come back to this store for another suit for my sister's upcoming wedding and for George's excellent customer service. Horrible... NO customer service even when my friends and I walk in the door. Even for us that we're walking around the store, checking stuff out, no acknowledgement until I approached the only lady who was there, doesn't even care for her job, why? Because she's on her phone talking to only God knows who. I don't know how this place continues to be in business. My friend was trying on one shirt from the rack, which fell (wasn't screwed into the wall, and came apart while getting what he's looking for) and the same lady gave my friend attitude. And the lady that help me.. I believe her name was KATIE.. she was extremely helpful, because the shirt that I needed they did not have my size.. so she had me try on another shirt in a different size to make sure the sizing was right and she ordered it from another store and have the shipping expedited so that I was able to get the shirt in time for my party. On the days I dress bummy, when I go into an expensive for high-class store, I usually get overlooked, ignored, or they assume I don't have enough money to afford anything. I walked into this store on a bummy day and was pleasantly surprised. The guy working passed no judgment, was kind and helpful, and helped me find exactly what I needed. He also had a very kind and contagious smile. He was very busy and still stopped what he was doing to help me out. I wanted a hat identical to the one my grandfather wore, and I ended up finding one that was about 98% similar. He taught me how to care for it and even had a pretty good conversation about my grandpa and his hats. Weddings the 16th. Went to 3 places in the mall. Called around for tux rentals. HOLY CRAPPERs... suits are expensive. Heading home and I see the Pheroni store. The lost art of friendly and great customer service still exists with the gentleman there. Fitted my guy and we walked out knowing the tailoring will be just as great as the service we received. Cost of suit? Suit, shirt, tie and alterations...all around $250 where a rental was gonna be almost $150 read more

We have been clients for years, but never again! Due to unforeseen circumstances my son is unable to attend his prom, we ordered the tux Monday night today, Tuesday morning I called to cancel... I was not due to pick it up until next Monday! They told me they couldn't refund or even offer 1/2 example I pay for alterations only! They will only give me store credit so my contractor husband can use for suits! Do do what drywall in? We have rented tux for Cruises, Wedding and Proms for years! Ordered a full suit with the pants to be hemmed and picked up a few days later. Store owner guaranteed me that it would be ready for pick up and when I come in he tells me that he didnt send the pants yet so i had to come in two days later to pick them up. Waste of gas and time Second complain is I ordered 7 bow ties for my friend. I asked the lady worker if it was okay if my friend comes in and picks them up for us and pays. She said that was totally fine and that the bow ties would be ready on friday. My friend comes in on friday and the lady tells my friend that she didnt order the bow ties because we were supposed to pay before she ordered. Worst service ive ever gotten. 7 wks ago they ordered a shirt for me. I was told 7- 10 days. Come 10 days and every week after that they continued to tell me "next week for sure" and refused to refund me. This is week 8 and still no shirt. Update : wish i could give them no stars. Claimed to have reached out multiple times with options for me. So i show him the call history where he didnt, but he wont show me his?? Keep in mind i speak enough egyptian arabic to know all the lies he and his employee were feeding me. Even asked that i change this review today when i came in.
