We went here took for specific tops for work and pants and we were able to find some cute clothes for decent price! We found lots of sales too! We found this cute beige jacket for sale for $39.99 and decided to get it because it matches with a lot of my outfits. I found some really cute baggy cargo jeans! Still a little long since I'm short, so I will have to hem them. Place is big and very spacious and organized! I was able to find a lot of my sizes in the clothes. Staff was really helpful, and helped us do the self check out since we bought a lot of clothes! I love Uniqlo because their quality clothing is really good! A great store. This review is strictly for their return policy when you buy items online. You cannot return the item to the store. I learned that you'd have to return them via mail (fed ex) which you have to pay for, it's $7 that comes out of your expected refund. You'll have to package it in a box and go to fed ex and it takes a week at least for them to receive it - it's in New Jersey. Then several more days for them to process the return (I'm at this stage right now with my online return) and a few more days to see my refund. What a HUGE hassle!!!!!!! I don't really shop here - I have done so once in the past (last year) in store during a sale for a down jacket which I have to this day and is one of my favorites, very lightweight and keeps me warm. Now I know better than to shop online - or be mindful of the exact size I need before ordering. read more

First time to shop in here. Just purchased some not on sale undergarments. It's the self checkout counter that amazed me! I was looking for a scanner to run thru my merchandise and had to ask help. Not sure what's going on with this store, I came yesterday and today and the store is closed?

9/4/2019: Please understand I do like Uniqlo but, the US Stores' inventory sadly lacks the excitement and pizzazz unlike, the Uniqlo Stores I've visited in Seoul, South Korea and Shibuya, Tokyo, Japan locations. Moreover, not only this Uniqlo location lacks the inventory choices but, also the Emeryville and San Francisco locations lack the colorful, clothing designs and offer different textile choices. Since returning to USA in 2011, I must admit I have only purchased five items from Uniqlo Stores: Two dresses I purchased online and the remaining three items-one item purchased at Sun Valley Mall, one item purchased at Emeryville, and one item purchased at San Francisco during their grand opening. If, Uniqlo offered the Far East Asian inventory within the US Uniqlo Stores, I'd probably purchase more items yearly than just purchasing the five items, since 2011. My request to UNIQLO Corporate Office is please offer the newest, updated inventory offered at the Far East Asian Stores in USA and London UK (I didn't even bother checking in due to the UK London Store egregiously was lacking inventory!) because I know USA and UK Customers don't know Uniqlo's inventory not unless, they've traveled to the Far East Asian Uniqlo Stores! read more

UNIQLO is the best place for one of a kind graphic tees. I love graphic tees so much that their tees are designed based on pop culture, anime and more. I believe I was first introduced to this store back in 2014 when they opened in Sunvalley Mall. Their graphic tees are always eye-popping. Just to name a few, I have Uniqlo graphic tees based on Bleach (anime), BT21, Doraemon and Snoopy. But I have more than just their graphic tees, I also have a light pink short sleeve t-shirt, a pair of jogger pants and a dark blue women's v-neck. read more

All Uniqlo stores are an excellent look inside and outside. This one in Sunvalley Shopping Center is no exception. The store is spotless. All merchandise is very well displayed. Shopping in Uniqlo is an enjoyment! The store layout is pretty much the same as before the pandemic. The clothing they carry is similar to a few years ago. They're mostly very simple and comfortable designs. One of the significant differences between pre-pandemic and post-pandemic is the prices. The price of most of the items is higher than before. Also, they have way fewer items on sale and almost have nothing on clearance anymore! No more bargain items now! I still like comfortable clothes from Uniqlo. But I don't have to motivation to shop in the store anymore without the bargain items! Lol! read more

Quality and well made, well sewn garments - I buy workout clothes and in the fall love buying their flannel shirts and jeans. Their items are great value and priced well. I am very upset with Uniqlo. I ordered and had it delivered to the store. Because it was a birthday gift. It never arrived. Even after 20 days. And don't think you're going to call the store. Because they have no phone. Everything is done by email. Once you get through by email. I literally emailed them five times. Same message get back to you 1 to 2 days. Had to cancel my order. Upset because some item sold out. But I was able to get some items again but this time having it delivered to my home. Lets see if it gets here. I need to shop here more often! We had such a pleasant experience looking for graduation clothes. With the attempt to start shopping early, I purchased suit sets, vests, polo shirt, and slacks from Nordstrom and Macys. All had to be returned because my 13 yo son all of a sudden had an opinion! LoL. Actually it was exciting! He didn't like the soft, wide-baggy, black slacks from Big Boys, size 14, anymore. Even when the polo fit, it did feel kiddie-like and loose/big everywhere coz he's skinny. The neck and arm length fit right so you can't go smaller. I didn't like the clip-on tie ensemble anyway. My son wanted a tighter fit pants and slimmer shirts. I knew that style was more from the Men's department. A little worried because he's in between Youth and Men's right now. I tried looking online for really small sizing in Men's. Glad that Uniqlo had dressy clothes in Men's XS(similar to size 14Y: 60-64" height, 29 waist) with just 5 days away from graduation! At the store, I explained to the sales guy what we were looking for. He was very informative and helped us narrow the selections by describing each style and fabric. I grabbed black, grey, navy pants in 28 & 29 waist. He said all the length were 34 because they alter to size. Isn't that brilliant?! They had XS button up shirts with fresh exciting prints. I chose the one with flowers, but it didn't look feminine at all. It was stylish, young, and fresh...not Office-like for my young boy. Anyway, first try was a charm! Love the Brand - fell out of love with shopping in this store at Sunvalley, Concord because - I was made to feel as if I could be a shoplifter. I selected the two shirts I wanted to buy, but first a trip to their dressing room to try on shirts. I waited for a sales associate before going to a stall. The employee , without being cordial took my shirts from me, told me she would take them to the dressing room stall for me and patted down the shirts to see if they may have contained something ( I'm guessing) , did not hand me my garments back , just placed them on the bench of the stall and walked away. I felt uncomfortable, alienated and singled out. As I write this , retail is in crisis mode because of the high retail theft that is currently taking place. However retailers cannot alienate the innocent shopper . I will not return to this store.!! read more

This review is for Uniqlo in general and not the store. The store and customer service at this particular location were spot on. However, Uniqlo sizes don't match the American standard sizes. For example a medium t-shirt from Gap would be considered a large at Uniqlo, it's a slight inconvenience but if you ordered clothing online I see how that can add some confusion. This Uniqlo location isn't as large and doesn't have a wide selection of items as the one at the Stoneridge mall, but they do have wonderful customer service here. The staff are very friendly and helpful, which always adds to the shopping experience. Despite the smaller selection, I was still able to find what I needed at a good price. Today I was rung up by Armani, an h&m employee at the Sun Valley location. She was absolutely wonderful! As soon as it was my turn she welcomed me with a warm disposition. Armani was personable, knowledgeable of all products & services h&m offers, as well as solution oriented. I encountered a problem during my transaction and she quickly found a solution. Priceless! I made sure to share her outstanding customer service with her supervisor on duty. Unfortunately, her supervisor didn't seem too cheery nor too concerned with Armani's wonderful service. It's so nice to have a Uniqlo finally open up so close to me. Being Asian, I find that Uniqlo clothes fit me better. The store is always kept tidy and the workers are always friendly. Although the store is nowhere as big as SF's, they still offer a wide selection of clothes and it's all at an affordable price. For example, I was looking to buy a pair of jeans. I originally bought a pair at American Eagle, but ended up returning them after stepping into Uniqlo. The jeans at Uniqlo saved me at least $10. The shirts are also pretty creative and I love how the clothes are so colorful. They also offer free alterations to your jeans if they cost a certain price. read more

It reminds me of H&M with more funky clothes with nonsensical sayings, mixed in with affordable causal and office wear. I like the pajamas and leggings. I'm a small in Gap clothes but here I'm a medium. Makes sense since it's a Japanese brand and I'm no skinny Asian girl. The store is immaculate. Staff are helpful. There is a 30 day return policy. You can get alterations on site. Everything is reasonably priced and there are some cool graphics designers like Jonathan Adler. Overall it's a well priced store for casual clothes. UNIQLO. I'm so happy this place has a UNIQLO. I always find something when I go to one of these branches. I'd say it's somehow a better version of American Apparel. It's very color driven which means you find one clothing style in many different colors. At the same time it has a little bit of an outdoor retail store. I had recently had a gift to exchange or swap sizes with and had no idea that this store had existed. I was happy to know that there was one nearby and I didn't have to go to the City to make the exchange. I was armed with the gift receipt and was able to exchange 2 shirts for ones that were equal in value. The people were very nice and were able to assist me and locate a certain size which was out of reach literally. Worst return policy! I'm a big online shopper especially since covid hit. Uniqlo does not allow you to return web order to the stores. In addition to that, if you have a store bought purchase, you can't return it anywhere else other than the exact store location you originally purchased it at. I usually like to shop at uniqlo at union square but recently I came here and the customer service sucks. First time they wouldn't do a free alterations because the item I bought was 1 penny less then the 20 minimum. The item I bought was 19.99. Second when I came back here later, the young gentleman was tripping about giving me a bigger bag. I spent 80 dollars at your store and I asked for a bigger bag to carry the items I just bought in the store and he insisted he can pack everything in a liquor bag type size. What I feel about clothing I have bought from Uniqlo goes beyond love. This is the kind of store I have been looking for all my life. Went to the store and bought a jacket. They forgot to take off the security tag!!! Second time this happened to me

Just the facts so you can draw your own conclusion. Opens at 11AM. Greeter polite but couldn't direct me to the item I wanted. No one else to ask. When found, delighted to find sign saying item on sale. Check out so pleasant I didn't register price until I got home. Charged regular price not sale price. Individual stores don't have phones so called 877 number. Had to press the option I wanted 5 times before it registered. No wait for assistance, but person could not hear me and told me to call again if I could hear them. Made new call that worked, but told no option but drive back to store. Could not give me phone number for store. Drove back,received credit, I hope it goes through. Manager told me they were sorry, but could do nothing for the inconvenience. As you can tell by my rating I was not pleased. Don't expect customer service. Can't comment on item, haven't worn or washed it yet. read more
