Boutique Feel, Friendly Vibe, and Plenty to Buy…read more Lululemon in Lower Pacific Heights is always a fun stop, even though it's not the large flagship-style store I'm used to at Ala Moana in Hawaiʻi. This one has more of a boutique feel--smaller, but still bright, organized, and with just enough variety to find what we needed. On this visit, there was a police officer posted at the entrance, which made us feel safe. It's good to see businesses doing something to curb theft--because let's be real, when stores take losses, we all pay for it in the end. We had a great time shopping here and even made it an adventure--we took a driverless car to get there, which made the whole experience even more memorable. Service inside was friendly, and though the store is smaller, it had a solid selection. We ended up spending over $500 on clothes and left happy. The area around the store also adds to the charm, with cute boutique shops nearby to wander through after. All in all, this may not be the massive store I'm used to back home, but it's got personality, a good selection, and a safe, pleasant shopping environment. We had fun and would definitely come back.

Disappointed in the Quality and Customer Service…read more I bought the Everywhere Backpack (Black) from Lululemon in April 2024 and within two months the top strap started fraying. By August, it was already partially detached. I only carried a MacBook Air and a few daily items to and from my office--nothing heavy or rough. I continued using the bag carefully, hoping it wouldn't get worse. I stopped using a bag a bit because I was not working. Then in April 2025, the strap completely tore off, making the bag unusable. I contacted Lululemon with photos clearly showing the issue started just two months after purchase. Their response? They claimed it was "wear and tear" and that I was outside the return window--despite photo evidence with dates and a clear timeline showing the damage began well within the one-year Quality Promise. It feels like they're using the policy as a shield rather than standing by it in good faith. The evidence was solid, and they just didn't want to take responsibility. For a company that positions itself as a premium brand, this was incredibly disappointing. The backpack cost nearly $80 and didn't even last a few months under light use. I expected better quality--and definitely better customer support. Buyers beware: not everything Lululemon makes is built to last, and they may not stand behind their products even when they clearly fail early. This isn't about a bad in-store experience--this is about product quality and brand accountability, which I feel is what Lululemon is supposed to stand for. Posting here since the corporate page doesn't allow customer service feedback.

Sorry for the long review…read more Been living in the sunset district for 3 years. After Nordstrom closed, I found myself shopping at a local boutique in the sunset, routinely. I found a couple of items I can't wait to wear. the pajama sets they have are top quality. They are very similar to the sets I've found in high end bed/linen company's in town.I've also purchased a cute top that gets me many compliments and a leather purse that transforms into a backpack. They have many items including jewelry and beach items. I'm telling you, come and find your next item you can't live without.

It's also a great place to get a gift for a special little one! There's always a decent sized sales rack at the entrance. What makes this store truly amazing is the owner. My family from Ukraine recently fled the war and arrived in San Francisco. The owner reached out to me and told me she has a care package at her store waiting for my almost 6 year old nephew. I had tears when reading how generous of a person she was. Not only did she give him incredible See Kai Run shoes, but she also have super stylish pants, shirts and PJs. My family and I are forever grateful for her kindness and generosity. Thank you, thank you. Support small businesses like Small Frys!

When I went to pay they did not offer the discount. I told the cashier I'm in the plumbers union and he asked for proof of union card. That said, I am writing this review right now because the last time we were in the store, we were helped by someone we'd never seen before: Aleigha was not only energetic, fun, sweet and helpful, but somehow she got my younger son through three shoe fittings (tap, jazz and ballet) in one sitting... I can barely get his attention long enough to pick out food for lunch. She juggled my older son's three shoe fittings at the same time, effortlessly. I'm not sure how she did it, but we left with everything we needed and in record time. She went above and beyond. Aleigha is a rockstar, and I hope we see her the next time we have cause to be at SF Dance Gear.

And when I asked for a size smaller, a bit harder, any minor adjustment, no problem they had it in stock. In the end I was indecisive not because I didn't like any of them but because I liked all three final contenders! Amazing deals too: elastics come with purchase of shoes not separate purchase, 6th pair (or maybe after 6) is a free one. If only I had come here for my very first pair, I'd be getting a free one now haha Staff were also kind and helpful. The week before I brought in my Gaynor's with sinking issues and told them all the different solutions I had tried that failed. They were knowledgeable and let me try a sole liner which up til now works. And since they were out of stock they let us have their sample free of charge! And this week when I was trying shoes they had some comments about how certain shoes fit, but weren't pushy at all about which one I should buy. Not great with how indecisive I am but nonetheless very thoughtful. Will definitely be back

Terrible customer service. Aldea Home & Baby should be embarrassed by how they treated us…read more We ordered a stroller and Nuna Pipa Aire car seat because we wanted to support a small business. Instead, we got 1.5 months of delays, disorganization, rude treatment, and no reliable timeline for the one item required to discharge a newborn from the hospital. I am currently admitted to the hospital for six weeks with a high-risk pregnancy, and my husband has had to deal with their confusion and attitude while we prepare for our baby under extremely stressful circumstances. After waiting far too long, we asked for a refund so we could buy a car seat elsewhere in time. They refused, then suddenly claimed it was ready and tried to push it on us anyway. This store is disorganized, rude, and completely lacking accountability. No one should have to chase a baby store for the one safety item required to bring their newborn home. The least they could do is honor the refund but they can't even do that. Seems like this is a common experience if you look at their Yelp and Google reviews.
