I am over the moon with the service I received today!! Vic and Wil both greeted me with a warm hello upon my arrival. Both of them were kind, respectful, and helped me find the right shoes for my son. I had ordered shoes online in a specific color but they were too small so I had to exchange them. While they didn't have the color I wanted they helped me find another shoe to replace them. Another thing, I didn't have a receipt because I had lost my email... instead of being annoyed they had poise and were just so peaceful with the whole transaction, imputing the right information, etc. I wanted to add that while Vic and Will were helping me they were simultaneously greeting/helping other customers, most of the customers didn't return the kindness. The store was really clean and well organized!! The only thing I would suggest are carrying more Adidas Ultraboost, most of us wear them in our hou

One star for the guy who helped us. I would give him a five but unfortunately his colleague, Kristoffer was horrible and just service just sucks. Kristoffer, was on the cashier and ask if I were VIP. So I asked him to try a number, because I vaguely remember I signed for it a long time ago, but couldn't remember the phone number. Unfortunately, the number I gave didn't work. Then, m BF asked him if we could try another number. Guess what Kris said, "no, I can't g back" with an attitude. Unhappy that he was working. Foot Locker, please ensure you hire people who will represent your company with great pride and offers excellent customer service. (I was once in the industry, and FYI, no matter what the case was, I was always happy to help customers.)

The store was pretty busy, as expected on a Saturday afternoon. The first person we talked to pointed the other side of the store for kids shoes rather than assisting us directly or connecting us to someone in the kids section. Once we moved to the kids row we were assisted by two people. One guy called another guy who was in the back shoe area to request the pair we wanted to look at. The best part of the experience was that they offer price match to any of the stores in the mall. The Jordans priced at $140 at Footlocker cost is just $93 tax included, for the price I found online at another retailer that happened to be down the hall. An additional bonus was the courteous attention by the two unnamed gentlemen who assisted us and the manager. I made the gross error of not keeping names in mind but we did have an overall pleasant experience.

Nice, newer location in the mall. Their in-stock inventory is very limited for boys who no longer wear kid's sizes (which is size 7 and under), but are still on the small side of men's sizes (like 8, 8.5). So our choices are extreeeeeemely limited. Or else they say to go online. The employees could use a course in customer service and greeting / acknowledging people when we're ready to check out instead of ignoring folks until they finish fooling around with their homies.

Received fantastic customer service here today. The Foot Locker at Sun Valley Mall has much better service than the one at Stone Ridge.

Really love the store layout, not sterile, has personality to it, the variety of sports items, apparel, shoes, and was even pleasant enough with the air-conditioning and fans on. Can't give it 5 Stars, though. Would love to, but this place has more items missing price tags than Grocery Outlet! Mentioned it to a couple of the employees, one replied there are "some items" where that is true ( more than some ), and another assured me that the items I was referring to had price tags on them. Yeah, No! At least in the energy bars / nutrition / protein powders / hydration packs, etc. department. Yes, there are some stickers designating price / bar and price / box, which IS helpful, then...a row or two or three of suddenly no price tags. And look at it this way, if you're going to put in the effort to label containers with expiration dates like "5/27" ( which seems like the store did in the spirit of good customer service ), then you CAN actually make the effort to clarify to the customer what item is what price. ( Why does this seem like basic Common Sense here, and if managers are not on top of this problem, then that is on them. I spent too much time walking the aisles, trying to find pricing, asking for help to scan items, discovering more things without pricing. Fix that problem ASAP. Or install a scanner in parts of the store for customers to utilize on their own. ) Overall, check out the store. Here's another reason why: I observed (2) separate employees, one younger 20's male in the running shoe department, one latter 20's female in the ski boot department, personally attending to customers, giving their input on products, doing some old-school sales and persuasion. VERY GOOD to see that. Both had product knowledge, were hands-on, was refreshing to see. Thumbs up!

The old lady that works there was unexpectedly rude during an unprompted interaction. With no eye contact or interaction between us she walked up to be and began speaking to me. When I looked up I was just confused because I wasn't even sure she was talking to me or the other person who also walked up next to me on the other side. When I didn't respond her attitude escalated and she spoke to me in a condescending, "talking at" manner, as if I didn't understand English. The completely unprovoked rudeness was so unwarranted.

Thanks to the VIP program, I was able to exchange them within the 90-day return window and work with Travis again. Travis is knowledgeable, patient, and great at explaining how each shoe moves and supports your foot. Based on his demonstration, I switched to the Brooks Glycerin Flex, and I'm glad I did. During a run, I stepped into a hole in the pavement, and I truly believe the stability of the shoe helped keep the injury from being much worse. Road Runner Sports is an excellent resource for runners and athletes because the staff considers your stride, foot strike, comfort, and activity level--not just the shoe's appearance. The prices are comparable to other retailers, but here you also receive expert guidance and the added protection of the VIP return policy. Congratulations to Travis and his future bride on their upcoming Halloween wedding! I definitely recommend this location.

He noticed my mother-in-law was wearing a 7.5 wide and although it was a good fit, suggested an 8 wide instead to better accommodate her feet. And it was! She felt more balance and less tension and it showed on the treadmill when she was able to increase her MPH. He didn't just stop at the size, though; he performed a full walking analysis and constantly monitored her stride to ensure the fit was perfect. Even though the store was incredibly busy, Marcos never rushed us. He must have gone back and forth to the stockroom at least a dozen times to pull different options, knowing full well we were only there to buy one pair. He personally swapped her insoles into every single shoe she tried on--and we probably went through about 8 different pairs in various sizes. His expertise really shines when he talks about the technical side of things, like toe-gap and overall comfortability. On top of the technical fit, he has a great eye for aesthetics; he picked out colors that perfectly matched my mother-in-law's personal style. It's rare to find this kind of dedicated service. We will definitely be coming back to see Marcos when it's time to get shoes for my wife!

I purchased a pair of softball cleats for my daughter online. Unfortunately, they ended up being too small. She wore them briefly while sitting in the dugout at practice, immediately realized they hurt her feet, and took them off. The cleats were essentially brand new. When I attempted to exchange them at the Fairfield store, I was met with resistance from management. Anna Pintane refused the return and was extremely condescending throughout the interaction. Instead of listening to my explanation, she lectured me about how cleats should be worn around the house before practice and even told me that if they didn't fit, I should sell them to a teammate or on Facebook Marketplace. I couldn't believe that was the solution being offered by a store manager. The entire interaction left me feeling dismissed and disrespected as a customer. Fortunately, I decided to try the Pleasant Hill location. What a completely different experience. Mike McKensy (store manager) was absolutely wonderful. He listened, understood the situation, treated me with respect, and promptly processed the return of the cleats that were still essentially new. He was professional, friendly, and focused on helping the customer rather than finding reasons not to. Mike turned a very negative experience into a positive one and restored some of my faith in Dick's Sporting Goods. Customer service like his is exactly what keeps people coming back. If you're shopping at Dick's, I highly recommend the Pleasant Hill store and especially Mike. He is an outstanding example of how customers should be treated.
