I went into Journeys And was immediately greeted by the team. Thankfully Kayanna came up to me and asked me if I needed any help finding anything specific. And was very urgent in going to get the shoes that I was hoping they had. When they didn't have the shoes in my size that I was looking for Eric offered to order them for me online and ship them my house for the same price I would pay in store. Very helpful staff! I purchased my very first pair of Sperry's here and the worker helping me was happy to go in and out in order to get the perfect pair (right size/color) for me. I did have to make two trips thought since the first pair of socks showed with my shoes on but I returned the unopened pair for some socks for flats and they didn't show when putting on my Sperry's. read more

Horrible person don't go ! Got there at 1 pm. Angelina store manager lazy to get me my size. Puts someone else in front of me. That just happened to pop up in the store after me...having me waiting for 20 minutes with my kids hanging in there... Save your valuable time and don't shop here. They don't take back returns at all even if all you did was try the shoe on. (Unfortunately, It also depends on which associate you get helping you, the chubby female in particular was not so nice the other employees there were beyond more approachable!) & if you really need to return shoes go to other journeys, they're better with returns. I went in a few weeks ago to get my son a pair of shoes or two. I was greeted nicely and right away asked if I needed some help finding anything by a young lady. I showed her the vans I wanted and asked for a size 7. She came back with a box with only one shoe in it and said "this is the last 7 we have in the store".. So I knew that the other shoe had to be the display on the shelf.. so I asked her and she confirmed it was. The display was a little dirty and you could tell it had been tried on a bunch of times so I was a little hesitant to purchase.. (especially with all of this covid stuff going on ) but I really needed the shoes and had planned on just buying and cleaning them up anyway. (vans had about an hour wait to get inside and I was in a hurry.) I asked her if they offered any kind of discount for buying a display shoe in that condition and she said "let me ask my manager". So I sat down and waited as she went to talk to the manager a few feet away from me. I could tell the manager was not pleased by this question and brought the girl helping me to the back with her.. she comes out about a minute later and says.." my manager actually found another size 7 if you want to check them out " . As I grabbed the box and looked I noticed there was no display on the shelf any more.... I asked her "so where is the display shoe" I could tell she was embarrassed and didn't want to make eye contact and said "it was put away" but it was really because, CLEARLY it was she SAME EXACT SHOE. So her manager must have told her "just tell her we found another pair she won't know the difference ". But guss what.. I DID. I just handed her the box and left. Obviously The manager thinks her customers are stupid and it's a shame because i actually liked and spent good money in this store. I planned on buying the shoes anyway but after that I wasn't giving this place any more m money. She could have just said "no" but instead they tried to trick me into buying the same ty display shoe. Used to love this store but I won't ever be coming back. #disappointed if I could give zero stars I would. The one star would be for the nice young lady greeting at the door. read more

Nothing but great things to say about Devin at this location! My partner and I came in to buy some docs and he was very helpful throughout the whole process. They didn't end up having the size we needed, but Devin mentioned they could order them for us and get them shipped to our house. Very attentive, but not pushy at all! None of the stores carried them in the store (online only) until I called Journeys in Sunvalley mall.
