I've never purchased a trophy for someone before and the Alpine team member I spoke with on the phone was really helpful and gave me great suggestions. She walked me through their website to give me visuals of what she described which saved a lot of time. Afterwards, I e-mailed her my order. Maybe could have done it on the phone but e-mail was easy plus I had control over what was engraved (no typos or anything). Not having to make a trip into the store to do any of this was really a time saver. I didn't do a lot of price shopping but I paid about what I expected. I believe they offer bulk pricing too. The trophy was available for pickup when they said it would be ready (about a week) which was important because I needed it the next day! read more

In the beginning of the our 2016 season, we discovered a series of misappropriation of funds by the previous president. We caught the issue early enough, however the damage was done. We are a small league supported by registration and fundraising and the funds that was taken from the league really put a dent in our season. We made some changes and stream-lined a number of our processes and managed to keep our league going despite our challenging start. We thought we were past the worst until we came to the end our season when we had to order trophies for our players & cheer. We found out that the trophies we ordered last year were also part of the early mishap from the previous member. This was devastating as we thought we were not going to be able to provide trophies for our hard-working players and cheerleaders. Once we explained our situation, your company was gracious and gave us another chance and continued to take our business. The order process was super easy! All I had to do was submit our trophy choices, player & cheerleader names and Missy took care of the rest!. We even had a custom insert logo made! Alpine Awards does great work. We've had soccer jerseys and sweatshirts made at thier location and everything has been top notch. However, the 5 star rating comes from how Alpine handled an issue for me. We ordered sweatshirts for our soccer team, which I had to get by a certain date. The day prior the sweatshirts came in, and there was an error on the embroidery and Alpine made the error. They bent over backwards to correct the error, do extra embroidery for me and get it all done the next business day so I could give the girls their sweatshirts prior to their game. Yesterday I went in to see about getting a plaque made at the last minute and at first they told me that they would be able to make it in 2 days and then I went to my car to get something and I came back in and they let me know that unfortunately they would not have enough time to set up my business logo but that they could still make the plaque for me with a generic logo. Unfortunately I really wanted the plaque to have the logo so I went home and ordered the plaque on line. This morning they called me to apologize about how it was handled as if they had done something wrong. As a business owner I find this type of customer service incredible and I would highly recommend Alpine Awards to anyone who is looking to get any type of Awards made.
