I have a vertical sliding window and every year it's been a pain in the butt trying to cover the excess hole when I put the AC in the window. The woman who helped me was quick and pleasant to work with. She did the measurements and suggest a curved edge so it is easier for me to lift the acrylic when needed. At work I had really been struggling with storing my materials for years and needed something specific made. I could never see what I had or what I needed. My Husband & I just drove 45 mins to Tap Plastics on Contra Costa Blvd. in Concord, Calif. I was gonna have someone measure & cut some Plexy glass for me. The young man kindly called a lady from the back where she was working, I knew from her Facial expressions, she definitely was not a good mood. I called them asking for a custom sneeze guard as we are trying to reopen our small business during COVID-19, the guy who answered the phone was so rude and unhelpful. It shouldn't be this hard to be polite especially when people are already going through a tough time.
