The woman who helped me was quick and pleasant to work with. She did the measurements and suggest a curved edge so it is easier for me to lift the acrylic when needed. This place is great. I've been here a few times and got random items I couldn't find anywhere else. At work I had really been struggling with storing my materials for years and needed something specific made. I could never see what I had or what I needed. The young man kindly called a lady from the back where she was working, I knew from her Facial expressions, she definitely was not a good mood. Pre covid-19 solid 3 stars. During covid-19 customer service kind of sucks. Went there wasn't opened at 8. A guy says call I call and they don't pick up. Run to ace hardware then grocery Outlet then call finally they pick up. Got some scratch remover. They are only pick up only. Your order is ran on the phone then put out on a table. Someone can mistake their order with yours as it's just sitting there. read more

Extremely rude customer service. I called them asking for a custom sneeze guard as we are trying to reopen our small business during COVID-19, the guy who answered the phone was so rude and unhelpful. It shouldn't be this hard to be polite especially when people are already going through a tough time. If you want to get any custom orders I would suggest looking online as these people will be little you and then treat you like you're not important.
