The only good thing I can say was turn…read morearound time was fast as I needed pretty quick due to another company being out of stock of the trophy I ordered. When I received my invoice I saw that I was being charged $5.20 more for each trophy than I was expecting. After pointing this out he tells me that's what I ordered when I gave him an item number. His web site shows same item number for 2 sizes. I had spoke with him before ordering to see if he had the trophy I liked in stock. Im very sure I said which size, he claims I didn't. Either way there was a flaw on his web site and he should have been a better business man and honored the price for the trophy. All he did was offer $20 off. Just not ok & I feel very ripped off! Only reason I even picked up the trophies is because there is no way I was showing up to our team party without trophies for the kids! (Peter Zirkle knew that!) upon picking up my order Peter goes on telling me a big story that "one day I will miss tripping over skateboards and look back and see it's just money!" REALLY?!?!? glad you feel that way taking MY money! 6/12 trophy plaques weren't even attacked to the trophies and just floating around the boxes! Great quality? I think not! Never again will I do business with this man! And I truly hope others see this and take notice! Shady business owner!

David and team are always helpful insightful they get the job done timely in a very professional manner. Communication is absolutely top-notch. While some businesses seem to be going away and I'll say it perhaps a little bit older school businesses like trophy shops are becoming fewer and fewer. I am so thrilled to have a personal connection and an ongoing relationship with Diablo trophy. I really do my best to be very timely in my requests. But I will say on the rare occasion where I needed something sooner than you would even think possible or a last-minute change or last-minute edition they always seem to make it happen. If you're considering someplace for your trophy and other needs, check out what they have to offer.

I found Aviva Design in an online search. I've been working with Aviva Design as our embroiderer…read morefor my work for a little over a year. Our previous embroidery company had minimum quantity requirements that we just couldn't meet for our small business. We have polos and jackets that we need embroidered a couple times a year. Most of our orders are for under 25 pieces. The Owner, Yonka, is great to work with. She has never turned away our business due to small quantity of items. We purchased polos through Aviva Design and had them embroider them. But, primarily, what I do is bring them already purchased pieces to embroider. This has never been a problem with them. Other embroidery companies I've used in the past would not embroider customer-provided items. We are very particular about what pieces of clothing we put our logos on, so finding an embroidery company that will work on our pieces we bring to them is crucial. Aviva Design ensures that your artwork design and size will look perfect on your clothing items. Yonka showed me some thread options for my last order (it was a new logo that we hadn't had embroidery on yet). I really appreciated her showing me the options for the gold color. Aviva Design consistently meets my deadlines for embroidery. Drop off and pick up of items always goes smoothly. I fully recommend Aviva Design for anyone needing embroidery!
