All the local engravers, laser and a few diamond drag, said they couldn't do it and they didn't know anyone who could. One suggested I try the bay area. He assured me he understood exactly what I needed and that he had the equipment and experience to do it. It was an hour drive to Vacaville, but worth it. Just when I was about to give up hope that anyone could carve into real brass and not just a thin sheet, Bay Stamp got the job done exactly the way I wanted, even texting me pics of alternate font ideas (which I utilized).
