I contacted Eagle eye on a Saturday, through email, inquiring about custom engraving I wanted done on a Yeti cup I purchased. I was hopeful they would be able to make this with a quick turnaround time of a couple days. I quickly received a response and much to my surprise, they were able to accommodate my request! I dropped the cup off on Monday and picked it up on Wednesday. It is perfect! It was a gift for one of my dear friends, of over 20 years, who is moving across the United States. She absolutely loved the gift, it almost made her cry. Thank you so much!!! read more

This is the best place in the area to purchase trophies! I am the Team Mom for my daughters Solano United Soccer Team, and called ahead to purchase trophies for the girls. I spoke with the owner, Mary, who was just wonderful! We ended up doing the whole transaction over e mail, and I loved the trophies so much we ended up purchasing them for my son's Team as well. Under $8 per trophy and all the kids (and parents) were so impressed! Each was engraved with the players names and team name. Mary was so sweet, she came in on Veterans Day (during the parade - downtown Fairfield) while the shop was closed, for me to pick them up! I highly recommend Eagle Eye Engraving!!! Thank you Mary and Team Eagle Eye! read more

I will continue to use her company in the future and tell others where to go if you want the best service and price. She doesn't charge for rush engraving and also donates back to the Travis AFB community. Thank you Parking is off a busy road so it can be challenging but there's a small lot to the left of the building. read more

I cannot believe I am the first to review this place! Nuts. At my previous place of employment we did A LOT of business with Eagle Eye Engraving. We were always pleased with the work they did, and even I went back to have something personal engraved for me(which turned out beautiful). The staff is very friendly & greets you right when you walk in the door. When I would come pick up heavy items, most of the time they asked if I needed help to my car, which was nice. I would definitely recommend this place! Their showroom could use a bit of rearranging, but nonetheless the items they have on display are one of a kind and show the quality of work they do. read more

I had to get a very special plaque done for a retiring colleague, so I had to make sure that I didn't just go "anywhere". The consensus from my fellow faculty members was to check out "Eagle Eye Engraving" located nearby in Fairfield, and I am SO happy I did. From the first phone-call followed by the ensuing email correspondences, Mary and company went above and BEYOND their services. Not only were they polite and courteous, but they made sure that I understood all of the options and choices in hope to create the best plaque possible. As a result, I have a beautiful plaque at a VERY reasonable price. If there is ever any type of engraving work needed, do not hesitate to contact Eagle Eye Engraving here in Fairfield. You will not be disappointed! read more

Mary at Eagle Eye Engraving is amazing! So creative, helpful, and fun-thank you for a fantastic job!

I worked with Mary, and she was the best! She was responsive (prompt, too), courteous, and helpful. Needless to say, I was extremely satisfied with the customer service. I also wasn't really sure what I wanted, but she walked me through my various options until I was able to find what I wanted. I was also satisfied with the end product (well, the proof anyways since I haven't seen the end product yet, but I have no doubt it'll turn out great). I'm already thinking of calling on Mary/Eagle Eye Engraving to work on other projects. Finally, as others noted, the turn around for the product was fast. Thanks again, Mary! read more
