I excitedly went in and for the second time they refused to help me, assumed I couldn't afford to have it done and expected me to wait until the end of July to get my product. Being lazy is not an attractive attribute to drive sales and customer service. I'll give it to them though, they were consistent with my first and second visit.

The knives were wrapped way too tight. It was a challenge to cut through the tape. The owner is a good and decent man and I like the kiosk location. His prices are fair.
