It's an older Mom and Pop type of shop, which was quaint. I needed to receive a fax, what an inconvenient way to transmit information in a digital age, however I digress. I called the shop and asked if the service I needed was available and I was assured that it was. I quickly found the location and went in, stating that I had called. I was told that I could have a seat and wait for my fax to come rolling in. No issues. Fax came through, I paid, and I left. Only complaint is they charge $1 if you have to charge under $10 but that's common it small shops. Friendly staff, expeditious service, would use again. read more

A good family business. I was able to e-mail a simple document to them, get it printed out and then fax it all for $2.15! It is way closer to downtown Vallejo so not only was it faster and less hassle and cheaper than Kinko's but it was also a lot closer. The place looks like it is more set up for larger print jobs but they did have all the same copiers that someone can just walk in and use. And on my trip in the daughter started helping and the dad said hello. Pretty nice. read more

Its a nice place. It's convenient for those of us who reside on the "forgotten" side of the city but worth the drive if you live across town. It's pretty much a hidden treasure so you're not waiting in line for 20 minutes for a machine you'll only be using for 20 seconds. Not that you'd actually have to USE the machines because the people working there always do it for you. I usually go there when I need to send a fax or two or when I'm too lazy to order ink cartridges and need to print an assignment, nothing major like pamphlets or wedding invites so they don't really charge me. Even if they did, I'm sure it'd only be half of what Kinko's would! read more

I stopped by to print off one black and white document. They said I could send the document I needed to print to their email address to print it. I emailed it twice, correctly to the email address they provided and verified. However, after 10 minutes they claimed to have never received the email from me. I asked if I could simply use their computer to pull up the website and print it from there, they politely said yes. After finally printing off my ONE PAGE BLACK AND WHITE DOCUMENT, they charged me $2.05! Seriously?? I only came here because I figured it was a small, local, privately owned business...but I could have gone to FedEx and printed the same one page document in half the time for $0.50!!! HORRIABLE. I went to have my brother obituary done. The price was outrageous for 100 copies. Almost $400. Not only were the names I clearly wrote down for them MISSPELLED from his kids names to 5 different pallbearers. And other words. They dated his passing 2018 on the front cover. We are in the year 2017. When I got there and asked if they could discount the price because of all the mistakes. the owner was so rude told me NO and I still owe $50. And I should be grateful they made them. I will never ever do business there again. read more

Either this store has outstanding customer service or I just got lucky with great staff that day but I have never been treated so kindly Usually employees at stores like this come off as snobby with too much knowledge of their job or they are just miserable and hate what they do... but not here; when I was little miss damsel in distress, Digital Copy came to my rescue... got all of my paperwork faxed in on time and due to the insane amount of pages I copied I got hooked up fat! Came here to print something on my thumb drive. They have great and fast service and variety of printing options. I wanted mine to print on glossy card stock. No problem! The price is affordable too. Color printing 49 cents per page and card stock 20 cents per page. It was done within a minute. A great place to go if you need high volume printing. I had a 1400+ page pdf I needed printed and bound and the owner was super helpful on the phone. I went in to drop off the file (it would have taken twice as long to try and upload on their website b/c of the file size) and the same man who answered the phone was there and even printed out a the first few pages for me to see if I was ok with the quality. The job was done the same day which was pretty fast since I came in later in the afternoon. Overall I would definitely recommend this place. read more

Came just to simply print a couple pictures for my son's presentation. Got on the computer, found the photos, and let them know I was ready to print. I needed to print the pictures in color, and it took 20 mins for me to get my photos printed, because the lady helping me had no idea how to print them in color. Then when she finally figured it out, the pictures were not formatted well so they came out grainy. No apologies for not knowing what they were doing or taking as long as they did. And I still had to pay full price! Horrible customer service. Just because I don't have a big print order does not mean I, nor my time, does not matter. read more

There was a court case yesterday, an attorney was asking for an additional $600 in fees, however, because of the fax and verification report sent from Digital Copy showing proof of service by fax, the very unethical attorney was not able to get the additional $600 in fees. I have stopped in for small copy jobs several times and these folks are always pleasant and helpful.

A real communication problem here. I called ahead to be sure there was a notary public available only to get there and be told two different stories. First: that he forgot his notary supplies. Second: that he wasn't there because he didn't have regular hours during the holidays. They said I should come back tomorrow. When I asked how I would know if he was in tomorrow, they said to call. But that's what I did today, and that didn't work. Judging from the excellent reviews here, I would imagine their other services are more reliable. read more
